We ordered ahead and were told when everything would be ready. I arrive a few minutes after the time they said only to watch a very difficult process of finishing our subs. For whatever reason our subs were given to the employee that just walked in the door to finish. I don't know if it was his first day or what was going on but in the time it took him to finish our 3 subs (he only needed to add the veggies and oil) the guy that started them took an order, made a sub and gave it to someone that walked in well after I had been there. Hopefully the fella figures this out

Showed up with bus load of softball girls. 25 people. Workers where amazing, food was great. Have showed up to plenty of restaurants with a bus with annoyed workers this one is not one of them. Great place

Stopped in on our way home to Rapid City, SD after attending Chiefs/Vikings game. Not only the subs hit the spot, the staff was awesome and wished us well on our trip. We made home safety.

The staff has been always been wonderful fully written down my order to a t. Yet getting the warm sub with anything I’ve had multiple visits has left me completely disappointed. Would love for a double check from the crew before bagging just a dry meat sandwich

The Philly Cheesesteak is good! No green peppers, sub out the American for Provelone, add a little mayo and that's all I need. I usually get it to go and add some Lawry's seasoning salt or black garlic salt.

This Jersey Mike's is the best one we've ever been to! We visited the other one in town first, but as first time visitors we didn't appreciate the speed necessary to order when we hadn't even been to one before. We were also the only customers in the store. No patience for my first-visit questions. We've been patrons of Riverfront Jersey Mike's since! Employees are still in a hurry, but much more kind, patient, & always with a smile of appreciation for our business. The sandwiches are SO good that I always buy TWO- one for now & one to take home for later- we don't live in town. The Riverfront tables inside & outside are always clean, & the garbage cans are never overflowing. The soda pop station has always been spotless. I love the Shore Points rewards- what a great deal, plus I'm always getting texts for special deals. There is usually a coupon at the bottom of my receipt too- just wish it was good for more than 7 days since we don't get to town but once or twice a month. I'm amazed how many people have never heard of Jersey Mikes- we tell EVERYONE because the "Mike's Way" sauce is AMAAAAZING!! We no longer visit any other sandwich shops!!

I've been a pretty big fan of Jersey Mike's since I moved to Mankato, I regularly order from there. The other day I ordered the chicken, bacon, ranch sandwich and I got so sick. I have had this before and it was good.. but this time I was on the toilet all day. I only eat once per day, so I knew that this was the issue. Literally two days later I hear about an employee who was making sandwiches, handling raw chicken and then touching the bread/meats/produce without changing her gloves. I am not impressed at all. Proceed with caution.

I generally go here quite often early in the day. I went later in the afternoon and was quite grossed out by what I saw. The woman who made my chicken bacon ranch touched the frozen/raw chicken then also grabbed my bread and refilled her lettuce container while wearing the SAME gloves. She then proceeded to do the SAME thing to the next customer. I had her come over to have a private conversation about this, instead of notifying who I assumed was the manager. She asked if I wanted a new sandwich, I said sure. She changed gloves then still used the same spatulas which were just touched with her raw chicken gloves, and used the same contaminated lettuce. I was only on a 15 min break from work, so it wasn't worth getting into. I made a post about this on social media and was horrified to find out numerous friends have had similar issues at this Jersey Mike's, and some have even gotten I'll after eating here. I figured it would be best to leave a review so management knows, as well as the general populace.

You guys were my favorite for Meatball Subs!! Why did you change them? The meat was mushy and unflavored and the sauce was almost non existent. I am so sad to say I won't be coming as much. (The staff is still amazing and the other subs I've had are good-but the meatball was perfect)

I always come to this location. Always dependable, great customer service and they more often times know my order already. But today on 9/2/22 at approximately 11am was an exceptional visit. I originally was going to go to Papa Murphy's just down a little ways but was treated with horrible customer service. I should've just went to the tried and true JM's here to start but lesson learned. I was just fuming from my experience but whoever the raven haired girl is that works here, please let her know that even though she had about 6 or 7 other sandwiches going (I'm assuming between another lady in front of me in the line and online orders) that she just rose to the occasion and made my sub and the other's with great speed and quality! She asked in a polite way, "#13 on white correct?" She knows me and my order without having to ask me what l want every time. Please consider her for management!! The other gentlemen working there were VERY respectful and had great customer service as well. I was very prepared and ready to give you my money as always. I don't know how you guys are training your workers but they're all just wonderful!! Keep up the good work!!

Food is top notch! I do not like it that they beg for money or pressure patrons to round up the bill to the next dollar. I am not cheap but EVERYTIME you order, the pressure to contribute to Jersey Mike's cause is primary. Not customer service. Then, they enjoy all the kudos for the generous donations they make to their causes. However, it's the patrons who make the donations.

Wife and I stopped in for lunch. Since this was my wife's first time being there and some time for me. The lady whot ook our orders was very helpful, explained everything in detail, and didn't shy away when we ask her what she recommended. She was very helpful when asked a question about a soda. The customer service alone was outstanding. The food was great as well. We had the hot subs and they were plentiful and flavorful. Wife and I looked at each other, then she said "why have we been going to these other places." Not sure why, I told her but we will be coming here more often.

I've been in many times and they are always so friendly and helpful. Nate has helped me save a little extra money on changing my order and it's the small things like that that have me coming back!

9/13/2021 8pm - First time to Jersey Mikes. Walked in there with a friend and waited patiently for a few minutes while the staff just kept talking amongst themselves about personal things. A few more minutes awkwardly passed and we just left... as we did not want to bother them or wait any longer to be acknowledged at the front counter. Disappointed in the staff.

These sandwiches are a game changer. You won’t be disappointed! Great service and staff.
