Wir können die Trauringschmiede Mannheim nur weiterempfehlen! Die Mitarbeiter nehmen sich die notwendige Zeit bis man die, für sich, perfekten Ringe konfiguriert hat. Telefonische Rückfragen werden transparent beantwortet. Wir hatten jetzt insgesamt vier Termine (Konfiguration, Abholung, Änderung/Gravur, Abholung), jedes Mal bei einem anderen Berater und alle waren sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Wir haben das Geschäft immer mit einem guten Gefühl verlassen!

I cannot recommend this store for custom jewelry. My boyfriend spent two months going back and forth with an employee and their goldsmith. I went to the first appointment with exact photos of what I wanted and to ensure we knew my European ring size. During the two months there was very little communication and he had to engage to keep things moving. The last email he received said they cannot guarantee I will like the ring that I crafted and they would not take on the project. Bringing photos and discussing every point in detail of my engagement ring during the first appointment meant nothing. It is bold of this store and their goldsmith to make such accusations and waste so much time. The positive reviews may be geared for anyone who wants to pick one of the many simple rings they offer. If you are wanting something unique and outside of the German standard then I suggest going somewhere else.
