The room was not cleaned upon check-in, the WiFi connection was very poor and the fan is incredibly dirty. Never again.

Everything still seems pretty new, the beds aren't sagging yet, shopping is about 6 minutes away from public places, 3 minutes you can get everywhere. The kitchen is also in the room so I don't need any more

A room with a kitchen, a bathroom - clean, everything you need to make breakfast or dinner. There could only be a hairdryer in the bathroom. When you open the window you can hear the trains passing by, which is a bit annoying at night.

Caution! Always make bookings, cancellations or extensions in writing. I had rented the room for about half a month. I received confirmation over the phone and on site that you had paid for everything, you could leave the key here and just leave. Months later I received several debt collection letters because I was apparently still in the room and hadn't paid anything. I didn't have a bill beforehand or rented the room. Secretary claims that the statement is not true, suddenly it was like a "fraud". This as a customer who just wanted to enjoy his stay in Mannheim or do business. After several letters and threats from a lawyer, this was canceled. I would advise everyone to do everything in writing, For a dusty room with very poor service, in my opinion not worth recommending. I have to admit that the location is really good, and that key collection and delivery takes place without staff. But you have to be careful here and document everything when you hand it in otherwise it will mean that you continued to sleep in the room without a key.

I enjoyed a lot my stay at Stäy Guesthouse in Mannheim. The location is great, near a tram station that brings you to the city center and other spots. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Yessef, who made me feel at home and gave me great suggestions. He is a nice pal and I liked chatting with him. The place is clean and organized, with cozy rooms and good structure. The bed was comfy, the shower was hot, and the Wi-Fi was fast (although not that stable, it was enough to stream). I would highly recommend Stäy Guesthouse to anyone looking for a pleasant and affordable place to stay in Mannheim. Thank you for everything!
