I don't know why so many negative reviews. The place is amazing - convenient location, tasty bakery, nice coffee. Moreover, there are not so many family oriented places nearby - mostly expensive restaurants or take away cafes. We spend here about ~15€ for 3 capuccino, and 3 bakery items. I totally recommend this place.

The staff were nice, I bought a slice of a cake and a cappuccino; the cake was mediocre the coffee simply undrinkable. I asked to make a new one, which she did but it was still mud, sadly.

Staff is VERY RUDE AND IMPOLITE. They were not willing to COMMUNICATE. Although we paid our money, they treated us like we were begging for a favor. They charged DIFFERENT PRICES for the SAME TEA to my friend. There is a Starbucks, where you will be treated like a humanbeing, near to this bakery. Türkçe: paramızla rezil olduk, tavsiye etmeyiz.

Polite workers, quality product!

Caffè and sweetes are good, but already 30 minutes before closing, they put everything away, and it's not possible to eat anything anymore because they tell you it's over (even if it's there, but it's upset to get it) .. let's talk about the time when it is open, not after closing!
