Great location, decent coffee and nice staff I only rated P11 two stars due to the fact customers cannot pay with card How can this or any cafe not offer card payments for its customers? Its 2022 people, get with the times!! Very strange and kind of ruined experience

Finally decent coffee in Heidelberg! My chocolate croissant 🥐 was very tasty too.

The cocktails were good. The service was great. On the negative side - an extremely limited selection of food (only some pre-cooked stuff is available) and no possibility to pay with a card, only cash is accepted.

The place needs a serious change on the approach towards clients. When we came the waiter asked us to seat and didn’t come. When I came at the bar after different minutes to make an order, I’ve been told that I need to wait on the table and that we will be served according to the line. We waited and other people seated in the meanwhile, the waiter started to take orders from people and completely ignored us. That’s was a very rude and not welcoming attitude and we left the place. People should show the basics of good manners and education.

Cappuccino and croissant were decent with a friendly server. The cappuccino could have more than warm but it was a decent break if you like people watching and don't mind a little nearby traffic.

Who doesn't love to chill in P11, have a beer, talk to friends. Definitely a 5 star place with its own character which it's impossible to replicate.

It was rainy outside, so we spontaneously decided to take a break here. Such a cozy place! Especially sitting by the window and sipping the hot coffee with some sweet treats made our day..

Great atmosphere! There is place for everybody, it's cozy and cool, bathroom good. Coffee could taste better, but probably it's only my taste.

The location of this cafe bar is great, but it can be a bit loud at times. The coffee, tea, and pastries are all very tasty. One of the standout features of this place is its late hours. The service provided by staff is satisfactory, but it has room for improvement. The only downside is that they do not accept card payments, only cash.

Best ingwer Beer and it is without alkohol . You get ice and lemon with it it taszes amazinf for 3,80 euros definitely worth it.

Good coffee and cakes during the day, but during the evening the place becomes amazing. Good music, beers, wine but especially the people behind the bar were amazing. Easily 11/10

Here you'll find a great atmosphere, nice drinks and cool ambient music. And the hottest waitresses in town!

I came in, was taking a seat at the bar and wanted to ask a question. Two bartenders were chatting with each other, I waited about a minute for them to notice me. At some point I said excuse me and the fhead turned, put up his hand and said: QUIET! Lol. If it wasn’t so disrespectful it’d be funny. I left right away. Ridiculous!

The staff were very friendly. I had a light lunch and my coffee was great.
