It tugged at my eardrums, penetrated deep into my head and suddenly, it was quiet... I was standing next to a murky pond, fed by a glowing spring. Just below the dirty surface of the water I saw it: the spirit of Talos! He emerged slowly, like an old creature awakening from his torpor. The water rippled, its head broke the surface, and its maw descended over me...

In fact the place is fake. Here, a few funny colleagues had fun creating artificial hype with esoteric fake reviews. On site you will find a pond that is neither beautiful nor special. What is much more interesting is that there is a rain collection basin further up that the city uses to assess the risk of flooding.

At first I didn't understand anything, absolutely nothing. But then I immersed myself and became one with Iden of Talos. Not immediately and not uncontrollably, but where there was only green, it suddenly happened. And the hand. Yes, the hand.

For a long time the exact depth of this "pond" was unclear, only quite late, in 1973 Karl Großmüller managed to explore this cave in a spectacular dive and prove a connection to the Neckar. The rumors about monsters in this pond may also come from a catfish from the Neckar that got lost there because of the very close connection. It's definitely worth a visit, but in summer pond lenses block the view into the depths of the Talos throat. Therefore only 4 stars.
