Place is somewhat run down. Rooms are on the larger end, but carpet is full of stains. Plastic floor at the kitchenette, clogged shower heads from calcination, and little updates since the 60s. Close your eyes and sleep one night if you have to.

Very spacious room with kitchen and underground parking . Best location for long business trips. 2 Supermarket, 2 tram station, bus station, pizzeria, bakery and fast food are just 2 min away. Reception area is not open for all time that is not good. TV is small.

Spacious rooms with a kitchen and a couch. (Paid) underground parking provided. Location is a little bit out of town. Overall a decent place to stay for a short while.

I am working in Mannheim for a Project and resident long term in the Boarding House. The rooms are quite large and have a small kitchen. The working personal is very friendly and tries to fulfill the wishes you have. Nearby there are Lidl and Edeka. but if you are looking for Bars and Cafes - there are not any. But there is a tram station nearby. The Boarding House is nearby the B38, so you only 15 - 20 min to Mannheim by car.

Hotel with kitchen facilities.. more spacious but not all few rooms are big but some are compact

Very good but they should clean the bathroom daily not just changinging thr towel.
