One of the best waffles in town. The crew are very friendly and the service is great. Its located in the main street of the city center. Optimal location. The waffles tasted amazing and its worth the price. There are a lot of options and we can customize the layers we want and name the waffles in our names. The coffee was also good.

The ice cream was extremely good, however the service was a disaster. It took forever to get a menu and then to take the order, serve the order... the service was really inefficent and not attentive at all.

Paying customer kicked off the table in a rude manner. Racism? After finishing a very nice waffle (no complaints there) a waitress told us to leave the table and we can’t sit outside anymore - because they made a mistake in our order (to go instead of eat in). Some staff apologised for their mistake and brought us plates. But once we finished waffles and just enjoying the rare sunshine and chatting, a random waiter (or owner?) started being extremely rude and yelling in front of many strangers saying we can’t sit there as we only ordered to go. I don’t think this was normal and I can only conclude racism is the reason for this treatment.

It was a good evening. The food was tasty and beautiful. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was convenient. The music was nice. The light was soft. The space was clean. We'll visit the place again.

The Staff are very friendly and helpful. We have received our order really fast and it was decorated with our names. The prices on the other hand are really high in comparison to the quality. It has low flavor and the texture is not very pleasing. I think the idea is nice but was not implemented in good way.

Went here to get takeaway. I can say that it was not a good experience for us. We asked for takeaway and we were made to eat immediately there, as soon as we asked if we could do takeaway we were told in a rude way that by now this had been done. We originally asked for a bubble waffle but we got a normal waffle because the bubble waffle didn't take away, but at least they could tell when we paid. The unkind lady towards us, in the end we had to pay another waffle to make it bubble waffle. The personal who was behind the counter was really very rude to us and above all bored for a job that they have to do, if they don't want to sell it is right that it is written out that they do not want to work, because one orders and pays must also be well served and not bothered. We will definitely not go back here, as we didn't like the bubble waffle flavor much and the very high prices, not to mention the really rude staff.

The food is very tasty but the options are mostly not available. Nevertheless I can recommend the waffles. They're really good!

I have always tried their ice creams and they are really good- not so sweet but perfect. I love their walnuts caramel flavour, it’s so yumm that I took picture after eating it half already 😂😂 People are polite and amazing. I would love to try their waffle soon

If u love your desert, we highly recommend it! We actually entered here following the amazing smell on the street. We ordered a waffleria special and a pancake special with extra cream and two Turkish black teas. Each came with sauces, fruit and absolutely amazing overall flavor. The tea was.super delicious as well. What we did not like is that the place was much too crowded and the server got our order wrong and only brought us one serving. We shared and waited for the second. Very nice experience if u love sweets and are not in a hurry.

Cozy waffle place with a large selection of waffles and crepes. Usually crowded during summer but we were lucky to be here during winter. Great for the kids with easy access by tram, and in the center of Mannheim city centre. Staff are quick to take the order but are usually stationed near the entrance so getting their attention for additional orders can be testing. The hot chocolate we had was thick and hit the spot on a cold winter evening.

Here, you can choose your own toppings for the excellent waffles. Their hot chocolate does not particularly appeal to me. however, a great spot for waffles.

Me as a sweets lover, I will say that this was very sweet for me. Too many dopings. I bought tea for almost 4 euros and it turned out to be an ordinary tea bag.

Never order Eischokolade! It has this weird taste! Never felt like chocolate and milk!!!!! Tf? And also he wasn’t kind enough to offer us a new drink! Customer satisfaction = ZERO!

In Germany didnt try any really good Waffles This place settings is ofcourse hipp, its a good place for going out The waffles are okay, crepes are okay as well, the ice cream and the coffee are pretty good

This us a waffle place mostly, but they sell some sandwiches as well. You get a paper and fill out what you would like on your waffles. It was really good! The family loved it! Keep up the great work ladies!
