I ordered a pizza on the go , the management said they have so many take away orders and I have to wait for twenty minutes 25 minutes later I am given the pizza only to get home and realise it’s not cooked , Basically raw dough on the areas covered by the toppings.

7 🌟 taste, service and atmosphere. The Pizza Hut with the authentic American flavor. Excellent tasting crust not just on the edges 😋. Fresh and I mean Fresh tasting Greek salad and no skimping of lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, green peppers and cheese. Hey, don't take my opinion for it eat-in 😉 or take it home. It's just as good cold for lunch tomorrow.

We missed this place over the last few years. The new restaraunt is very nicely decorated, adequately staffed and nicely positioned to overtake the majority of the pizza business in Innenstadt MA. Wait staff did very well today as well. The entire restaurant was full.

We ordered 2 large pizzas with cheesy crust. The pizzas were delicious, but the crust part was more like dough. I have tried them in Pizza Hut of another country, and they were definitely better than this. But overall, the taste was good. It was just hard to get the waiters' attention, but it was kinda understandable since the day we visited was very busy.

I loved this Pizza Hut for their service. One of the servers received and seated us. She checked on us and was so efficient that when we were done she brought a pizza box to take home the rest of the unfinished pizza.

I called the staffs to check and they ignored me three times. I was constantly calling"excuse me" to them but they didn’t care their customers' needs at all. They were just chitchatting the whole time to each other and nobody even told me please wait for a moment. Ultimately, I started to raise my voice to call them to bring my check and they came to me and shush me into my face. I was threatened by calling the cops but apparently it was their fault that ignoring their customers and doing chitchatting the whole time during the work time. Never come here again and hopefully it'll disappear soon from the city. Racist!

The food was delicious but the staff was very, very slow.

The pizza is good, but unfortunately they got our orders all wrong last time we visited and it wasn't busy at all, so no excuses for that. On another note, they seem not to use any gloves while cleaning, preparing the food or serving it! I didn't see any employees wearing gloves and we had a clear view of the kitchen and dining area.

My family and I went to Pizza Hut Mannheim in the City Center for dinner last night and we had a good time. The restaurant is located in a convenient spot near the main shopping area and has a spacious and modern interior. We ordered some salads, wings, and pizzas to share. The pizzas were hot, cheesy, and tasty. We especially liked the pizza marketed as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles style, which had pepperoni, smoked ham, pineapple, and jalapenos. It was a fun and flavorful combination that reminded us of the cartoon we used to watch as kids. The service was also friendly and fast. The staff was attentive and helpful, and they brought our food quickly. They also gave us some free refills on our drinks and some coupons for our next visit. The only downside was that the prices were a bit high for our budget. We paid €39 for a large pizza, which seemed a bit steep. We also had to pay extra for some of the toppings and sauces. Overall, we enjoyed our meal at Pizza Hut Mannheim City Center and we would go back again. It was a nice place to have some pizza and relax after a long day of sightseeing.

IF there is something I like about this chain is the consistency of the taste and way pizza is done somehow globally.here was not the case.pizza was not cooked well and ingredient poor quality. No salad bar , no self service drinks. Service team slow and distracted.on top of this too pricey

Less greasy than American Pizza Hut and has tuna pizza (add olives). Not great, but it's a Pizza Hut so whatya expect?

Even though Pizza Test very good they have very bad staff I will say… They are rude with you. In my case they are arguing me for the place.. they have many places and they want you to sit at a specific place for no reason ☹️ Then they took order and after 25 min again they took one more time and 40 min we have waited… this might not be with everyone but for me this is the case. Pizzas test really testy and I am giving better stars 😉

I was surprised by the friendly service, something I didn't expect at a fastfood place, but everything else is not worth going. Starting with the "Homemade Limonade" which I got told by the waiter is just sirup to large pizzas costing 20€ this place is just not worth your time. You can get better pizzas at every Italian restaurant in this town and in most it will cost you less. We mainly went to try out the cheese crust and I hoped at least that would be something this place does well. However the cheese hat literally no taste, so eating the crust simple tasted like eating soft bread. I'm addition the place is a children's playpen with yelling and running. I think for children's birthday it's a good place to go, if you want a good pizza - go anywhere else.

The taste is a little different from what you get in the US, but it was still good.

Basically I waited an hour for a burned and expensive pizza pepperoni that was tasting to tuna. Also saw a rat inside the restaurant.

You ask for a pizza and you get a pizza. A good pizza. No fancy crazyness or complications. Very good. Staff is friendly.

The pizza is what is expected from an American Pizza place with a more refined taste thanks to German regulations. The dough feels light and fluffy and the meat and cheese have flavor beyond just salty.

The place was in the middle of the City Centre just at the right place for any food chain I went in the evening time on weekend thinking 💭 I should wait at least around half and hour but the circumstances were completely different 🤌 Service: it was up-to the mark, the people (waiter) were so friendly Waiting time: Didn’t have to wait for sitting 🪑 nor had to wait more than 15 minutes after ordering Place: Very clean and tidy, facilities for everyone Pizza Quality: just perfect for a person I would definitely recommend to visit

Yummmy!!! The pizza 🍕 was delicious freshly baked, right temperature, my family enjoyed, no takeaway boxes was needed, the staff was great and I love the bathrooms very clean.

We were assigned to a location that hadn't been cleaned up, so I asked friendly many times but ignored it, and the waiter came to the back and asked what help we needed, I said I needed our table to be cleaned up, and she turned out Seeing me, I raised my voice and said that I hope this place will be cleaned up. As a result, his attitude was very bad, and he said to me, please don't yell at me , I'm disappointed and angry.

We go there two days in a row and they messed up both of them, they promised they gonna give us free pizza bc of that, never arrived. But it was good, only positive thing.
