I actually had a good impression on Primark. For example Primark in Berlin. Unfortunately the Primark at Mannheim is undoubtedly the worst ever store I had seen because of their Racism towards the foreign nationals. If you notice the person who was standing at the entrance gate and the lady giving instructions to him. I particularly noticed their behaviour very rude and unpleasant. They have different rules of different customers and have different rules for their staff. I totally lost the respect towards this racist behaviour people. I never get into this outlet for shopping. Worst experience, not a good outlet.

Nice place for family members shopping under one roof, competitive price, different brands. Discount sale counters are attractive to many of us. More counters could be, added if possible. I enjoyed shopping. Thanks.

More Clothing styles in moderate price. Located in the city center. You can buy a good quality hoodie in the range of 10 - 15€. Usually crowded in the weekends. The clear signs are not available on floors so you might have to spend more time on searching your kind of clothing.

Its not enough posting Indian people smiling on your walls, you should give respect to people of other races. People at the first floor cash register are very unfriendly and rude, especially the lady with Russian flag on ID. Spoiled our whole shopping experience. Loved the collections but let down by the bad service.

I have always loved Primark however my experience with this particular store was unpleasant to say the very least. Very rude staff in the changing rooms. They will deliberately try to intimidate you and make it hard to communicate don’t know why. seems like they need to learn a bit about good customer service. The Zara and Hollister stores nearby are so much better.

I've been a loyal shopper for over 3 years - only caveat: some clothes don't hold up well after a few washes. Otherwise it's a great deal.

It was chaotic. Clothes not where they belonged or even all over the floor. It wasn't the stores fault. It was the customers. The store clerks tried their best to clean up the mess, but it was a losing battle

Best offers and classic upto date fashion clothing is available here. There are many cheap deals on jackets, jeans, tops and sweatshirts too. The shop is accessible ♿️ and has accessible elevator too. The staff is very friendly and help you out to find better options too. There a huge trial room but still there can be a que to wait. The good thing is they have all sizes from 2XS TO 2XL which makes them more open to people of all categories.

It's usually crowded and messy (which the customers are more to blame for than the staff). The staff is 50% friendly and 50% rude. When there was an issue with card payment, I was blamed even though it was definitely an issue on their side. Errors happen but the staffs reaction was plain rude. By now they have upgraded their card payment systems so I hope those kind of errors are rarer. All in all: you get what you pay for
