Do
not
use
this
company!
They
force
customers
to
pay
for
1
day
shipping
which
is
really
expensive.
I
can
understand
this
is
due
to
the
fact
you
sometimes
ship
livestock.
My
package
only
arrived
a
few
days
later
resulting
in
most
of
the
livestock
dyeing.
I
then
asked
what
they
would
do
about
it,
the
agreed
to
send
me
a
new
package
free
of
charge.
I
specifically
told
them
not
to
send
it
at
that
moment
but
a
couple
of
weeks
later
as
I
was
on
holiday
and
would
not
be
able
to
receive
the
package.
They
sent
the
package
anyway.
I
told
them
I
was
not
home
to
which
they
told
me
to
simply
not
pick
up
the
package
at
a
pick
up
location
where
it
has
been
left
by
the
courier.
After
this
I
had
to
wait
weeks
for
them
to
finally
send
the
package
back
and
then
issue
me
a
refund.
However,
they
only
refunded
me
the
cost
of
the
livestock
and
not
the
shipping.
How
can
they
expect
the
customer
to
carry
the
cost
of
the
courier
when
the
customer
has
done
nothing
wrong.
Now
I
have
essentially
paid
50
euros
for
one
snail
and
two
eating
blocks
not
even
worth
6
euros.
The
customer
care
is
also
rude
and
very
sarcastic
and
take
their
time
to
respond.
Save
your
money
and
go
elsewhere.
I
have
luckily
found
another
online
store
that
sells
the
same
snails
for
a
fraction
of
the
price
and
also
do
not
force
customers
to
pay
such
high
courier
fees.
