We stayed here one evening. Really very nice and elegant place. I really like the furniture and its design. The menu is very nice and vast, we didn't try the food because we stopped for a drink only. I took one of their specials, in the photo it seemed well represented and a nice presentation arrived at the table. The friendly staff and sometimes a little absent. But we found ourselves very well. My drink was very good but there was a lot of ice in it. Next time we can definitely try something different.

This place is a complete rip off! Their shisha tastes horrible. We have been there 3 times in total to give them the benefit of doubt, but every time we have had to send the shisha back. The last time, the attitude of the staff pushed us over the edge. We complained about the shisha and sent it back - but the manager still charged us for it and refused to acknowledge that there was anything wrong with the shisha. The drinks are overrated and expensive. Service is slow and their customer service is terrible. There are other nicer shisha bars around the area that I could recommend instead

They never seize to amaze me! Been here three times, interior is exclusive and shisha is real good, prices are on point and manager Abdullah is very friendly, always smiling and warmingly greets customers. Music is always in discotek tune, not loud.

No wonder it’s the best Shisha Lounge in Mannheim. It’s clean, the interior design is very chic and the waiters are attentive. You can order comfortably and anytime thru QR Code. If you have friends who come over in Mannheim, bring them here and you’ll never disappoint them. -1 star though because the Pizza could be improved.
