I went there with my family and kids. Loved the view as I'm sure everyone goes there for that. We didn't order food as it was way too expensive. We just got the Sheesha for adults, soup 🍲 and French fries for the kids. Overall experience was good.

Moreover, they got our order wrong and when we confronted them about it, they never confessed their mistake but rather starting giving justifications that it’s the way they prepare that specific dish. I visited with family. A must place to visit. Little bit costly but as the place is far away from local shops and transport so it can be justified. Couples must visit. Cool and calm. The silence of the trees can be felt. Breakfast was complimentary and very good. Some construction is going on... So may be after two or three years, it would be a remarkable place to visit. As you enter you are greeted with giant flies living and dead both, restaurant was far up the hill with no room service at all, quality of food was terrible and service was even worse, employees have 0 training. No place for drivers to sleep or even use the washroom, they had to go near a construction site in order to use a bathroom. Staff had no knowledge of anything in the resort, they told us the restaurant was a 10 minute walk and didn’t mention any elevators or stairs to it either, no signs are posted either for directions. Was a terrible stay at what could’ve been one of the best. Do not recommend anyone come here. Only thing good is the location but its not worth it for that type of service.

Had complimentary stay on ground floor apartment rooms. The view is amazing, greenery everywhere with all sorts of elevation. The room looks pretty and clean when I arrived Can't rate for room service as I didn't ask for it. But in the two rooms I booked, one had tissues missing while the other one had towels missing. Was kinda weird coming from a well known hotel. I didn't ask for the missing items as it wasn't that much of a hindrance. Overall, I would say the views are amazing and that's the main highlight for the visit I had for 2 nights

Very nice place to visit with family. Scenery is very good. Its 7 KMS ahead from Monal restaurant pir sohawa. You can have nice photo graphs, terrace cafe is a good place for lunch, tea etc. The food taste & quality is good, the service is also good from their staff. Sandwiches, Salads, Pizza, BBQ food is on their menu. Its recommended that only fit cars/vehicles take route to this place because the slope is steep & fit car engine is necessary for travel.

Highland Country Club is a bery peaceful serene place. It's a little farther than the Monal, and the road in the end is very steep with very sharp turns, but it's totally worth it when you reach there. Very bad experience at staying at this resort. Spent 1 night and stayed with family. The room smelled like there’s some drainage leak upon complaint no action was taken. TV was not working not even local channels. There was NO amenities present in room no hair dryer upon repeated request it was informed that there is only one hair dryer and that’s with one customer after waiting for more than an hour and with our repeated request finally hotel staff informed that the only hair dryer is damaged and not working. We requested for additional mattress which costed 2500+tax additional but it was so thin and uncomfortable. Hotel restaurant is good 15 mins walk up hill and there is no room service. In short, I would not recommend anyone to waste their money and more importantly their precious time.

The surroundings the peace the quiet the hills are a beautiful relaxing retreat away from the city, however the staff esp front desk at the hotel are ridiculous. I stayed here one night as my niece booked me a night with her for my birthday. Firstly we were given a room on a low ground so we asked for a higher room and if possible an upgrade however no flexibility no kind gesture as you would get in most high quality hotels especially given it’s a special occasion; we had to pay extra to get a room two floors higher for better views. Anyway next.. room was lovely no doubt great furniture and interior design comfortable heaters working as it was winter nice balcony lovely views etc! Problem with half filled toiletries and not enough things had to call down several times! Next the tea coffee had two sachets of coffee and two black teas two green teas. Rang down for a few more coffee sachets and black teas. Guy came up and said we have to replace the whole set which costs something ridiculous like 500 rupees for a whole new set replenishment of tea coffee etc and as I asked for 3/4 coffee 3/4 black tea bags this would mean 500x4 lol I mean I was like are you feeling ok? This was the most absurd thing I’ve ever heard in my life and I’ve travelled the whole world and coming from the U.K. this was the most stupidest thing I have ever heard of! Even in the cheapest of 2/3 star hotels when there is a kettle in the room you can ask for as many tea coffee sugar and milk sachets that you like obviously free of charge and here the highlands resort is trying to charge for tea bags and Nescafé small coffee sachets! A real joke! Anyway aside from that facilities are good, main restaurant complex is a steep hilly walk away so you must drive there from the hotel unless you’re super fit and can hack it. Food is a bit pricey but not too bad esp when you compare to monal etc! Shisha is also available and overall nice atmosphere great views from the main resort outside although inside the main restaurant ground level they’ve ruined the view by building a stupid shopping area right in front of it! No sense of ruining natural beauty and trees in favour of stupid shops which could have been placed to one side! Aside from this overnight stay I visited a couple of times once for morning coffee and once for lunch as well great food options cooked well but yes on the slightly pricey side. Overall restaurant staff friendly and helpful. Great entertainment traditional rabab and tabla players in main restaurant.

I had gone to this place just to dine at the restaurant. So I'm not aware of what the rooms or lodging looked like. The location of the hotel was great though, overlooking the mountains and extremely silent. The restaurant was good. Menu items and everything we ordered was delicious. I do wish they have some kind of umbrella/canopy in the outdoor eating area because either the sun or the rain will make the dining experience little less comfortable.

Only rooms are good, clean and big. The breakfast area is so far from the lobby and all the way there's walk in hilly area, it's not easy for small kids or elderly family members to go without car so either it should be nearby or there should be shuttle service for it. There's ample parking space. Only problem is that the place is quite far and the final ascent is quite steep and impossible for some cars.

Nice quiet and secluded place. We visited towards the end of December 2022, and the road below was full of out of town tourists, but we were the only ones in the highlands. We had a party of 15 and were there just to have dinner. The service was very quick, and attention to detail was extraordinary. I didn't know the scale of the place until we explored it. There's so much to wander around, all managed and maintained by highland. What made me admire their management the most was the fact that I was unable to make it to my paid reservation. They retained it and let me utilize it 6 months after I made it. The place is good and spacious. It has an open air restaurant and a hotel as well. prices of food are reasonable as compared to other competitors. There is a paid play area for kids as well. Place is calm and peaceful away from the hustle bustle. But it’s scenic view at night is totally blind coz there are no lights on the surrounding mountains. So you don’t actually realize the impact of elevation. It’s accessibility is comparatively difficult coz of its high steep slopes and distance from centre. The best time to visit this place is in day light or evening when mountains etc could clearly be seen.

Just be prepared for the expense that comes with such an unforgettable location. A must visit place.

Visited on 9th of November with my office team and tried their hot and sour soup it was yummy. There shahjahani platter that was normal seems like malai booti was hard and some items were not looking fresh taste was 7 out of 10 but there location and atmosphere is 10 out of 10 Fabolous ❤️. I would love to visit again. Especially on a rainy day because I have never experienced such a beautiful rainy night before.

A great place indeed! A pleasant resort in the lap of nature. From Rooms to their service, everything is perfect. I highly recommend it.Rooms are spacious Cleanliness is superb.All staff is co operative, especially Mr Ejaz is a very nice guy. The whole experience remained memorable. i'd love to come again.

Daako, chor 😡 Well, the hotel is good and it is situated on good location if u r looking for some chilly nights and mornings. I had booking last week, on call i was told only GST with room charges but when i arrived there i was told that there is also another tax which is bed tax. Sadly, having no other option i had to pay but this was strange thing to know. I have heard and paid the city tax in different countries but never paid bed tax. The management and the receptionist who ever confirms booking is a number one lier as they did not mention when i asked them while booking is their any other hidden cost ? Mr. Shoaib, said no sir there is not. But scene was changed when i arrived there. So i had to pay extra 2000/- tax which was not even mentioned on any document. It was said that it's the KPK's tax. So it's an expensive hotel in the 3 star category. The booking guy simply robbed me on counter which i ignored because i was with my family. So, whoever book this property please ask them categorically and get a computer generated receipt.

This is an amazing place to visit any stay especially during your holidays. However we did not spend the night over there because we could not have room of our choice. However I found mostly things were outstanding

Resort with hotel, restaurant and views. It’s a great place to stay/hangout with family. Rooms were decent and so was the food. Access road needs a bit of attention. I will recommend this place

Service is ok Rooms are ordinary, not that great. Charge too much for refreshment items. Additional Bed Tax other than sales tax is not separately informed Rooms are not quiet
