was
that
this
building
was
built
by
Boya
Realtors
with
the
intention
of
it
(Boya
Apartments)
being
used
as
a
corporate
housing
for
a
multinational
company,
preferably
a
company
looking
to
house
its
expatriates.
What
a
far
cry
it
has
come
from
being
built
with
the
intentions
of
housing
highly
professional
foreigners
who
are
used
to
a
functional
society
to
now
becoming
a
mixed
purpose
shortlet
specifically
targeted
to
loud
parties
and
get-together
for
fraudsters
and
their
skimpy
dressed
equally
loud
and
lousy
female
companions.
Those
saying
its
peaceful
are
liars
and
are
the
same
fake
reviews
that
encouraged
me
to
commit
for
a
year.
There
is
nothing
peaceful
about
Boya
Apartment,
not
suitable
for
professionals.
