The food is what you pay for, personally a deleted the app, and don't use the card as I found it difficult and stupid you cannot purchase anything before 30mins after first purchase , to cloect points. Why this is I don't know but someones stupid idea, I personally boycott this place, the only reason to going to this place is for my mother's coffee. Personally not impressed by this huge company.

First time at this location. Not a good experience at all. The place was very busy and they had no staff to handle the rush. There were 6 ppl in line in front of me and about 4-5 behind me and there was only one cashier working. The garbage bins in the front entrance were overflowing and it was a complete mess. It took about 10-12 min to get a coffee and a toasted bagel. If you are going here be ready to wait.

Terrible service for dine in. We were only 2 people waiting to be served inside. There were 3 staff on duty. We were ignored and not acknowledged. One staff was doing drive through (there were only 3 cars) one staff was doing food prep. Third staff looked at us went to order screen punched a few keys then walked away. This repeated twice. After waiting a few minutes to have our orders taken and being ignored we asked loudly if we could have order taken. We were not acknowledged nor served just ignored. We walked out. It was not busy either inside nor in drive through. Totally unacceptable. Will not stop here again.

Not even worth one star, if I can, I would give them ZERO. Don't order mobile order if you are visiting this location!!!!!! I stood there for quite some time until some nice person came up to me and told me that I NEED to speak to one of the staff to let them know my order number then, they would start making the order. Seriously?? If you start to making an order when I ordered a mobile order what's the point???? They should really learn their customer service skill from Starbucks.🤦🏻‍♀️

Sad really. I think they get measured on drive through performance. So if there's a line of cars don't bother going in. 1 til open. Almost 15 minutes to get a coffee. Better to be idling I guess? 😥 Even better, the ONE person working the front counter switched to deal with a door dash order. No sign of a manager managing. Won't likely bother again, unless this elicits a useful reply.

Staff need to be more friendly and with a smile. The tables, seats and floor are always dirty whenever we stop in, these need to be kept clean at all times. Better management is needed at this location. Coffee and donuts are good.

Places are some times so busy and when the ice cap was introduced way back when the whip topping was ample now they don't even serve it unless you ask and then charged for a small amount just isn't right they should not advertise it like that if not supplied.

Went to Tim Hortons in Pitt Meadows They had no hashbrowns and made a Farmers wrap without a hashbrown and charged for a farmers wrap even tho there was no hashbrown in it🤷‍♂️ The bacon egg biscuit had Ham not bacon and the food was cold. Would be nice to see this store appreciate the hard work the workers do and have more staff and support for them. Terrible and expensive.

The last time I was there I handed peoples food, it took so long for the food to be made and guests were asking and asking until so much time went by they sat down, most in house guests are elderly and can't hear so I ended up just handing out everyone's food, bringing it to their table. And when my sausage breakfast sandwiches on a bagel finally got called out. The girl called it a cheese bagel. No wonder nobody knows whose food is whos. They don't take the extra step to ensure people get their food. They just throw it on the counter and dint even say the right name.

This Tim Hortons is a bit messy, but is still a good place to have a quick lunch, dinner or just an enjoyable daily base coffee with a doughnut. It is what it is. Don't expect the best user experience neither a gourmet food. Expect for a good affordable place to have your quick food needs to make them solved.

Went with family and friends for a quick get together at 5:30pm at the Tims/Wendy's combo restaurant. No long lineups at either Wendy's or Tim's. The restaurant was clean. Usual food at Wendy's, burgers, fries, salads, frosty and soft drinks. Tim's had coffee, donuts, soups and sandwiches. Reasonable price at both restaurants.
