Spot where everybody meets everybody. Great beers, pizzas and appetizers. The service is a bit slow and could be improved. It is like they are not interested in having clients (don’t explain well the dishes or promotions, are slow, don’t suggest alternatives etc). Not sure how you expect a good tip with such service. Nevertheless, food is always great. Tuesdays is their taco promotions and they were very tasty. The place is also always reinventing themselves which is quite refreshing, maybe with this in the future is accompany by better staff (hopefully).

we ended up here after a suggestive review as kids-friendly. it didnt disappoint us. quite nice to see a dedicated staff to supervise kids in the play zone. nice atmosphere, nice prawn tacos. we enjoyed!

Mundo’s: One of the best spots in Maputo to hangout with friends, family, etc… During the day, and night! I love the drinks and the fact that they have vegan friendly meals. Totally recommend it

Because i do plenty of business in Mozambique 🇲🇿, both Mundo’s Matola and Maputo, is always a great spot to meet with cuzzies or just to have a great meal! On weekends the night scene is such a jol! You cal always guarantee on a great night out. If i could visit more often i would! If you ever find yourself in Matola or Maputo, then make sure to add this to your activities.

Good service,tasty food best location

No longer child-friendly restaurant: We went last night with kids including 4 of age 7-8, and some of them were not allowed to enter the kids' play space saying that it's just for age 1-5 (but other children obviously older than ours were allowed in). Moreover, we were told that children should not walk around and stay at our tables. We did not feel comfortable at all, and our children were very sad. Thus, not recommendable for families with primary school age children.

Great place for sport and ambience. Came here for my tacos Tuesday cravings—it did not disappoint. Unless you absolutely hate mosquitoes, the patio will treat you very well . Food was tasty and service was quick and friendly. Would definitely come back!

Delicious restaurant, large menu with options for everyone, food just takes a while to come out.

Such a memorable place. Located in the heart of Maputo city in the corner of two iconic avenues namely Dr. Eduardo Mondlane and Dr. Julius Nyerere. Perfect location and vibes. The prices are ok and the service is good. They also have child friendly zone so bring your young ones to the party. The food is good too. Let me know what you think! Peace!

Very average place catering expats and tourist, looks more like an English pub than restaurant. Prices on the upper side especially considering the quality.

Went there on the 1st of January 2024, for dinner. The restuarant had a great overall fun and casual ambiance. It was excessively full, however, the folks tried to be effecient with the service which was appreciated. The food though...we ordered 2 pizzas, both were EXTREMELY SALTY. Super salty to the point where neither could be completed. As a South African visiting- I think it's worth visiting. However, be weary of the salty pizza.

This place used to be really good before. Now this place is horrible! The service is REALLY slow, the food take like an hour to be served, and the food is bland. They didn’t even bother to put ANY SALT on the food.

The menu offers a wide variety of delicious and mouthwatering starters and main courses that will appeal to youngsters and adults alike. (I'm a meat lover at heart ) But I enjoyed vegetarian pizzas here, they serve the very best. It sure an awesome chill out spot anyday. The atmosphere is conducive for all.

Good place to watch sports, Unfortunatly food is quite poor... the city evolved with many new restaurants and higher quality when mundos keeps at the same level. I wish they upgrade their chef/menu/ingredients so it get packed as it was!

Great spot for beers with friends. Unfortunately half of the things we ordered weren’t available and we were only informed when the other things were already being prepared. As we came especially for the great Shrimps it kind of blew our visit.

Went with my wife for Taco Tuesday. The tacos were average, and the service was just bad. We felt abandoned (we sat at the new BBQ Area), and the waiter was literally behaving like we were bothering him for being there. This was also the only time there weren’t beers “accidentally” added to the bill. I personally admire the capacity Mundos’s Management has the ability to re-invent itself, always bringing newness to the business. But that staff just doesn’t help, unfortunately.

What an absolutely brilliant restaurant. They have ample space, phenomenal food at really good prices and are conveniently located. In my short stay I will be doing dinner there every night.

The Marguerita pizza exceptional. No wifi though and that sucks if you're coming from South Africa just for the weekend. You wanna share the good pictures with the world real time and you can't.

I was here 3 times, to make sure it wasn't me but actually the place but 20usd for 600g spareribs - 60% fat??! food is average if not to the low side and prices are relatively high. Go here for a local beer if your bored but I would not eat here again for sure. Service is okay and waiters are trying to do their best.
