Really
OLD
hotel,
looks
nothing
like
the
pictures
on
their
website
or
advertising,
its
dated
and
everything
feels
old
and
a
bit
'icky'
because
it
is
so
old,
even
though
it
is
cleaned
regularly.
Food
is
not
terrible,
but
below
average,
and
we
had
a
discussion
about
imagining
not
the
most
sanitary
environment
behind
closed
doors
-
(this
last
part
is
not
a
fact,
it
just
gives
you
that
feeling
of
'eeuw'.
Cleanliness
of
rooms
is
okay,
but
because
everything
is
so
old
and
dated,
it
doesn't
feel
clean.
The
Staff
have
to
be
the
worst
service
providers
ever!
If
the
hotel
wasn't
great
and
the
people
were,
you
tend
to
forget
your
surroundings,
but
here
the
people
and
their
attitude
were
worse
than
the
surroundings.
They
are
rude,
obnoxious,
and
make
you
understand
that
you
are
'bothering'
them.
A
colleague
asked
for
a
few
mint
leaves
or
piece
of
ginger
with
hot
water
for
digestion
-
she
was
told,
they
don't
do
that.
The
other
colleague
asked
for
just
hot
water
then,
they
shook
their
heads
at
us,
and
walked
away,
it
never
arrived.
That's
just
1
example
-
everything
is
a
big
problem,
even
the
most
simplest
of
requests.
Oh,
and
they
speak
not
a
word
of
English
...
not
even
Hello.
If
this
is
a
ploy
to
get
us
to
speak
Portuguese,
we
would
bother
to
make
an
effort
if
they
were
nice
people.
I
didn't
bother
to
even
learn
a
few
words,
because
they
were
just
mean
and
terrible
hosts.
