Customer service is lousy...very bad experience, poorly organized. I wanted to exchange the size of a dress just after the end of the lockdown, I went to Abc dbayeh and I saw on the system that it existed in another branch...after waiting 15 days and making several calls.. . they tell me that it no longer exists at all!!
