My 1st time here and not impressed. We had to wait almost an hour for a table on a weekday and we were told when we put our names down that we might not get a table if it was after whatever time. I was shocked and asked if they really tell customers that regularly, apparently they do. I spent my time waiting looking for other restaurants but my teens insisted on waiting. We did get a table... but we definitely should have gone elsewhere. We waited forever for our food. 2 of the 4 of us got salads and we finished those and the 2 baskets of bread we were given. And we waited more. Then I realized the resturant was closing and people were going home. I had to ask the bar tender about our food because the kids were hungry, she bought them each a basket of bread since they were closing and looked for our waitress. By the time we got our meals we were pretty full on bread which for me was good because even though it looked pretty my steak was very over cooked almost burnt on the bottom and chewy. The kids enjoyed what little of the meals they ate and we pretty much left with full meals in to go boxes that I don't know if they ever got ate. I know mine didn't. What a waste of over $100.

I want to offer a better review, but that's difficult, given the circumstances. As we were sitting in the booth, a roach crawled along the wall beside me. Matt, our server, was so nice! He tried to kill the roach but was unsuccessful. He was so apologetic and accommodating. But, after seeing that, it's hard to erase the bad taste in your mouth, literally! The manager came out and said, "Heard you guys had a little visitor." He assured me that an exterminator would be called out and offered a free appetizer, which was a nice gesture, but unfortunately, we won't be returning.

The wait time was a little lengthy - just shy of an hour. But I could have just as easily used their online tool to join the waitlist before arriving and cut that time down myself. I wish I knew our server’s name so that he could get some credit. He was medium height with black hair. He was so very attentive. We didn’t have to wait for refills, our food came out fresh, he was very polite the whole time. The food was cooked exactly how we wanted it. We didn’t have any special requests or anything but the meat was cooked exactly how we liked it. And we left there wondering why you don’t hear people raving about Texas Roadhouse steaks more often. Every bit of the meal was delicious. We will be returning with our friends

After my last visit on a Sunday afternoon I submitted my comments on the website. No one followed up with me so I will share them here for potential patrons. When this restaurant gets it right they are my favorite steakhouse chain but they have been in decline for years. My last visit was the final straw. I stopped going at dinner time because of wait times and food temperatures. So we went at opening time on Sunday since we typically have better luck at lunch time. I should have walked away when entering in and seeing the manager in the red polo remove his mask, blow his nose, and then continue cooking without sanitizing his hands. But we figured we would just get in and out. When we entered there were only two or three other table seated. Somehow we needed up waiting an hour for two meals and then when it got to the table it wasn't hot. I only sent back my fries because we did not want to wait another hour potentially for fresh food. The server was somewhat combative and said she had just picked the food up out the window. Okay but how long was it there or in the kitchen before you brought it. The manager in the red polo came out to check on us after everyone else in the restaurant already had food faster than we did. He kneeled down at our booth and asked what we wanted him to do when we started to tell him about our issues with the food and service. All he did was hand us a Togo box then walk back to the kitchen. Between the slow service, getting our food, and waiting to pay our "quick" lunch took nearly two hours. The manager here gave the staff no direction and could not care less about our experience. Please save yourself some time and money by visiting some of the other steakhouses along Barrett.

I am a strong believer of rules. I also believe in people following their own rules. My family and I arrived at Roadhouse at 9:10 p.m. The closing time is 10:00. Once we entered the restaurant a signed was posted that said they will stop sitting guests at 9:30. A girl came up and asked us how can she help us. I told her we wanted to be seated. She stated that she couldn’t seat us because it was 5 others people before us. First, there wasn’t anyone in the waiting area in or outside. Second, the restaurant wasn’t full at all! If you say you close at 10:00 and 9:30 is the last of sitting. It shouldn’t matter how many people come into your restaurant as long as they are there by 9:30. I have been to this restaurant for takeout since the Pandemic and there has not been one time my order has been corrected… never!! So, I will not return to the restaurant. If you are going to set rules!!! Play by your rules!

Always liked TRH.. This was my first time trying this particular one! Very busy on a Sunday afternoon.. The wait was 30-40 mins but they do ask for your cell number so they can text you when your table is ready.. Me and my wife had the appetizer combo with mild boneless wings, fried pickles and tator skins. They were all delicious!! For dinner I had the 11oz steak with BBQ chicken and seasoned rice and fresh veggies.. The steak was smothered with mushrooms and grilled onions and pretty good.. The BBQ chicken was tender but the sauce was too sweet tasting.. I wish they had another option for BBQ sauce on the chicken.. To my surprise, the fresh veggies were delicious!! Carrots and broccoli with butter on them.. Mannnnn lol I enjoyed them!! My wife had the 8oz steak with shrimp and broccoli, she enjoyed the shrimp and said that the steak was good but seemed well done instead of medium like she asked.. The bread rolls w the cinnamon butter spread melts in your mouth, soo good!! So in all, not the best experience but very good! The highlight of the day was our server Susan!! She was so nice and funny and made our date very special! Thank you Susan, very much!! I would definitely recommend TRH to family and friends! Thanks!

Three words: Bone in Ribeye! Just get it you will not be disappointed. Juicy. Just say “No” to the sirloin it dry and has gross seasoning. Susan was an excellent server! She was delightful from moment we met. The call ahead seating works wonderfully. Awesome job with Veteran parking! My dad loved it!

Everything was great. All the starters came out fast and very fresh. Loved it, the bread and the potato skins was spot on. Our main plates took a moment to come and when it did it wasn't so hot but the meat was thick and it tasted good. Our fries was a little cold to warm but overall it was a good plate. Steak cooked great and seasoned well. Our waiter was great and friendly. Would go back again.

This steakhouse doesn’t take reservations but the waitlist wasn’t that long. We waited around 20 minutes before getting a seat. But let me tell you, the variety of cuts they've got is just as fine as cream gravy, and the meat quality is good to regular, but for the price, it's worth a try. The seasoning they put on them ribs and meat is plum on point. And if you ain't tried their loaded baked potatoes yet, honey, you're missing out. It's like adding a dollop of butter to a pan of cornbread - it just takes it to a whole 'nother level. We ordered up the Ft. Worth ribeye, cooked medium well, and some of them good ole bbq ribs. For the price, this place is the best thing since sliced bread. Just don't go in expecting a five-star dining experience, now. I'll be fixin' to come back soon, though

i typically never review places especially working in the industry myself but this was completely unacceptable. i am so disgusted, i ordered a well done steak and this clearly is so undercooked for starters. we got a greeting 15 minutes after being seated and it was barely a greeting, for this service and quality we experienced, i could’ve had better at mcdonalds.

I've never been disappointed with Texas Roadhouse at any location. I choose it over Outback and Longhorn without question. Food and Service was outstanding. The only issue with this particular location was it didn't sound quite as fun as other locations. Other locations have music playing, random dances, and much happier Birthday celebrations. This one was quiet. That's part of the charm of this franchise. Otherwise, no negative comments. Great food, consistent quality and our server was attentive and friendly.

The Marietta branch is the worst I've been to. I usually love Texas Roadhouse, but this is my first time in Marietta. We registered on the waiting list online 20 minutes before our arrival, but then waited another 25 minutes. When I went to ask how much longer, they simply let us in (probably forgot about us). We were waiting right in front of the kitchen door, and it wasn't a pleasant sight. You can see for yourself in one of the pictures. If you're going to have an open door to the kitchen in front of the main entrance, you need to make sure it is at least semi-clean. We received our food quickly, which was nice. As always, there's a huge variety on the menu, and everyone can find something to eat. The margaritas were awesome and HUGE, and the bread with cinnamon butter was delicious. The kids loved the "LIL' DILLO STEAK BITES", The "HOUSE SALAD" was delicious, The "SWEET POTETO" was not good. The "GRILLED SALMON" had a bit too much butter for my taste, though it was still good. The "HAND-CUT SIRLOIN" was just okay—not good, not bad (a little over cooked) . We've had better at other Texas Roadhouse locations. Some of the silverware was dirty, and the floor was sticky. On a positive note, the bathroom was very clean and nice.

I'd give it 3.5 stars if I could, but I'm rounding up. Some things were excellent, others not so much. Nothing was terribly bad, but some not-so-good stuff off the bat: I got a hamburger, and the roll was burned. The burger itself, the meat, was excellent, but the roll was burned on the inside from being left on the grill too long. The bathrooms were clean, but the paper towels were just sitting on a roll on the corner of the sink. They weren't in the dispenser. Not a big deal, but not the best presentation. Finally, one of the servers, not mine, was definitely not having the best day. She walked in the same time as me; when I greeted her with a "welcome to work," she made no response. Who knows? Maybe she thought I was being creepy. Finally, I ordered a Coke Zero but got a root beer. Turned out it wasn't my server's fault; someone had mixed up the lines when they connected the syrup. But still, I initially didn't get what I wanted. None of these things were terribly big, but several of them piling up definitely dulled the edge of the experience. To the good: the decor of this place was pretty good. I liked the NASCAR driver cartoons above the bar. There are plenty of TVs in the center of the restaurant, but if you ask for a table on the outside, especially in the corner, you can't see the TVs as well. I like that because I don't like to be distracted by a TV when I'm eating; I want to eat and to enjoy the company I'm with. My area was clean, and the my food, aside from the drink and roll, were excellent. The burger itself and its toppings tasted delicious. I also enjoyed the tater skins. Finally, a big shout-out to Abby. She was an excellent server. Right on top of things. She's the one who fixed the incorrect soda lines. She got me refills every time; she got my custom order right; she never asked me to repeat anything; she remember everyone's exact order (no bringing the food to the table and then announcing what she had and waiting for people to say, "That's mine"). If you go, definitely recommend asking for her. Truth is, I doubt I'll be back. It was okay, but not quite worth the money I spent. That said, I wouldn't turn it down, nor would I turn anyone away. It was pretty good. Didn't knock my socks off, and for the price I paid, I would have liked better. Enjoy if you go.

Had my birthday dinner there recently. Can’t say how perfect the experience was. All the staff was courteous and spot on. Our server, AUTUMN, made my birthday one for the books. She was, in a word, AMAZING!! Great food (park chops), service and prices. Highly recommend!!

Organized for veteran’s day. They was able to come up with a system in place to speed up guest wait time. Also Victoria and Joey amazing servers at the bar. Overall service was amazing on this day. It was not chaotic

Update: it appears that they have shrunk in their meat portion sizes to keep prices under control, hot dog used to be a lot bigger and so didn't the chicken breast... Price point goes up, and meat size goes down... Wow, what a great experience for a chain restaurant. I have not been in a Texas Roadhouse in about 15 years, and on a whim we went because they support the local HS football team with a discount card. While the interior is a little dated (which I don't mind) the service was great and primarily all of the servers are KSU students and are very friendly. Bread is picked up fresh from the oven at the front door by the server as they seat you. Rattlesnake bites were very good for an appetizer, we had fillets and they were a good cut (as far as I can tell). Ribs were literally fall of of the bone and the sides were delicious and plentiful. I can't really complain at all. Around the area is a Longhorn and Outback. The Longhorn ambiance is very nice (think date night) and the Outback I had during Covid-19 as takeout so I can't comment on their interior or service. I think that with the ambiance, fresh bread when you are seated & peanuts that you can throw on the floor, Texas Roadhouse is the better choice for a very similar dining experience but with a family fun atmosphere!

It was our (my children and I) first time at this location. It was great! Our server was new and did an amazing job. I forgot her name. She said it was her 3rd day there. A marketing person stopped by to ask how we were doing. A manager and he got us something we needed. Our server. She made our experience a great one. I forgot her name bc it's been a long week at work and that day. It was Mother's day. I had a busy day. Thank you so much! And the flower was a great touch. Thank you all!

This was our first time eating here and we were impressed with every aspect of our experience. Jessie, one of the managers, sat us and was so warm and welcoming, just a very sweet young lady! Our server, Avery, was extremely attentive and didn't miss a thing! Our steaks were of great quality and cooked exactly as ordered, exactly! The broccoli, although it has begun to flower, was cooked perfectly, the salad and baked sweet potatoes were fresh and delicious! Of course the rolls were amazing! All is this at a great price!! We will come back!

We are from NC visiting GA for the aquarium. We stopped in here yesterday for dinner, yes of course it’s Texas Roadhouse so you already know there was an hour+ wait. However our waitress, I believe her name was Susan, was the most wonderful waitress I have ever had! And DEFINITELY BY FAR the best service we have had in Georgia. We’ve been here for 3 days and went to 2 other restaurants the other 2 days - absolutely horrendous service. Susan definitely went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience and a great meal!!!!!!

Had to wait about an hour to be seated. Luckily the weather was perfect to sit outside. The service was good and so was the food. The manger was very active checking on everyone to make sure we had everything that we needed. They are reasonably priced which is a plus. I will say we had a small "hiccup" that was handled with grace and all was well in the land of Texas Roadhouse.

Never had gone to the local TRH, although I’d always find time to go during my work trips if there is one around. I must say this is one of the best locations I been to. Right from the host to hot and warm bread (roll) to the main course, it was all great. I’ll def go back here again!

Great, great, great, excellent experience! Thank God for Ashley! She was awesome! Her politeness and kindness towards us will not go unforgotten and the staff over all are greatly appreciated. I was finally served a center cut filet cooked medium perfectly prepared over a grill! That is such a challenge now days for many restaurants! It has been maybe ten years, since I worked as a food runner at Texas Roadhouse, that I finally got to enjoy a meal here as a guest. A1 Sauce was available (my favorite steak sauce), yet not needed because the steak was perfect and I enjoyed it with steak fries and broccoli. I will try the rice next time, but am looking forward to Texas Roadhouse offering more quality side options (no beef/hate to what y’all already offer).

Wait times were inaccurate. Waited 65 minutes for a table for 2 when 30 minutes was advertised. The poor hostesses had no idea what was going on and just didn't communicate. I don't blame them. They're making hardly anything. It was busy, so wait times for food is understandable...but we already waited over an hour. We had food before we got our silverware.. The shirts they make employees wear are ridiculous. The shirt says they love their job. I guarantee they all hate it and half of them go home to drink themselves to sleep.

  • 3/5 Zoey Z. 1 year ago on Google
You can get on the waitlist on their website but make sure you do it ahead of time or expect ~1 hour wait. Their service is pretty good. Besides their bread and butter, food is mediocre at best. Attached a “medium” filet salad which was way over cooked.

We love coming here to eat steak. The best one is the New York strip steak. On Mondays they have $5 margaritas. The best steak house from all the ones in this area. The staff is always welcoming and the place is clean.

Our first experience, and it was outstanding. The extra precautions the restaurant takes to ensure your first experience is done right is what's missing in so many other businesses. Thankful Texas Roadhouse got it right. The Chick-fil-a experience of steakhouses!

It was a crowded Saturday night. Used the Join Waitlist on website and it was a great experience. We arrived at the time listed and immediately got sited, while there was a long wait at the entrance. Food was ok but I didn’t like not having a good mustard or sauce to go with my steak. They had packaged Heinz sauce and it was not great. They were out Prime ribs by 6 pm, so it was disappointing. Service was good and we liked the tablet with games for kids at the table and paying with it. We didn’t like the $1.99 fee to pay with the device, as it looks like there was no other choice if we wanted to pay with a credit card.

I always hesitate before ordering ribs at any restaurant. so few times are they juicy & tender. This visit was for my wife's birthday celebration. She just adores the steaks here, (I agree). Being a celebration, my only hesitation this time was whether to get only a 1/2 rack or go big and get the whole thing! I got just the 1/2. How were they, you ask? Should I have gotten the whole thing? Usually when Google asks me for reviews, if my visit wasn't up to par, I just submit pics with no review. I know restaurants can have a bad day now and then. However... The ribs were tender, kinda, but when the prep cook did the initial cooking, they did it too long or they had been stored in the open so when the line cook cooked them to serve to me, the outside was hard and chewy, the inside was tender but very dry. The line cook was not at fault for this condition. Regardless, the server was on point & the wife's food was delicious. She had a wonderful time and that was all that mattered to me.

I'm giving them 5 stars because I know the issue we had is just because of the state the world is in right now. We got on wait list said it would be 1 1/2 hours. It ended up being 2 1/2 hours. We just all have to be patient. I did get a little upset then I had to remind myself it isn't there fault. But as usual the food was amazing and the service was great. Definitely eat here but you will have to wait.
