    Quality and speed of execution haven't gotten better in 10 years. At this point there must be a curse on this place. Your best bet is probably to keep going on the 112 and stop at the next Tim Hortons.

    Constantly very slow service. 23 minutes for 8 cars. Should be voted slowest in Canada.

    Served old, expired coffee. Couldn't argue with the employees after all i didn't want to take the drive thru line again !

    The building hasn't been open for well over a month, the drive through line is ridiculously long and they always get orders wrong

    I was riding my bike and wanted to go through Tim Hortons' drive through. I waited for someone to help me for 5 minutes and nobody did and they even took orders from other people that were walking. Why they didn't help me? I can't find any other reason that RACISM. My money was as good as theirs!

    Drive-thru a little slow but thats to be expected with everything going on right now. The food was made correctly (no tomatoes) so a big plus on that side!

    Made an online order Wasn't even ready when I arrived It took me 30 minutes to even be answered to Another 30 minutes to get my food (minus sausage since they were out) Employees were chatting in the back and arguing in who was doing what. Overall bad experience, clearly there was no good manager on the floor

    I've now ordered the SAME drink 3 times at the drive-thru, it was made wrong every time. Gotten cold food, missing items... something is wrong with each order. When I've gone inside to enquire, staff have just shrugged and said "oh yeah, we don't have that right now". If you made a mobile order, they just give you the wrong item and tell you to send a complaint in the app. Save yourself some time, and drive 5 minutes to the next Tims down the road
