Beautiful surf beach. Doesn’t always have a wave and can be really crowded on nice weekends but it’s one of the best beaches in Rotherham California.

Good luck with parking. But this beach is so awesome! Dogs and people everywhere. Some dogs off leash. Very long Beach to walk. Come here often from the north bay.

Great place to launch a kayak from if you are comfortable with surf launching off the beach. Parking is limited, so get there early if you don't want to walk far!

Found lots of seashells, saw a dead seal, half eaten shark and lots of dead crabs washed up on shore. Although it was very hot in Martinez, it was foggy and cool at the Beach.

First of all, this is the Bolinas Beach you want to get the directions to. The other one gave me all sorts of incorrect streets to turn on. Went for a spontaneous drive to this beach cause I heard it was dog friendly and it sure was! Every dog was pretty much off-leashed. I went on a Tuesday and so the beach was pretty empty and I had no issues with parking but I can see the potential for parking being an issue. There's another entrance to the beach closer to the Bolinas Rod & Boat Club which I prefer because the water on that side had less waves and was more like a lagoon. Seems like a good place to for beginner surfers too. There were lots of younger surfers out there today. The surrounding neighborhood is quaint. There are some small shops and restaurants in the "Downtown" and I even came across a pickle ball court as I was walking around. There are no public bathrooms just FYI. I'd definitely come back here again but never on a weekend! Oh and bonus...on the drive over, I came across Marin Cheese Co. and got a sandwich!

Wonderful, less busy, beach area to relax and enjoy some beach time. Just past Stinson by about 15 minutes

Great atmosphere in the streets for July 4, a national holiday. Pork burgers πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹.

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Tennessee valley trail is a cool hike to enjoy nature and dip your toes in the ocean all at the same time. This trail is about 1.75 miles one way to the beach but is absolutely worth it. Beach lovers would love the views and variety of beach sections and the rocks around. Small stones, smaller stone...

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Dog friendly to the point that I call it, "Dog Beach." My favorite place to go walk the beach in search of beach glass. Don't expect to lay out here. Watch it if you bring food. Parking on street is for one hour with limited spaces. No bathroom.

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Free parking, wasn't busy on a Wednesday evening. Saw people swimming here, water was too cold for me in May but it was really nice to nap and take a walk along the beach with my feet occasionally in the water. There're bathrooms and place to wash off the ocean water. This is a really pretty place f...
