I stumbled upon this hidden gem for lash extensions a couple of years ago. It has truly been a gamechanger for me! I’ve had my fair share of interesting lash extensions over the years. The lash extension techniques used here are leaps and bounds ahead of what you’ll find anywhere in the city. Cima, my lash technician, is highly skilled and takes such deep care for my lashes. My natural lash health is the best it’s been in years, and my lash extensions are the perfect mix of natural and glamorous every time. The owner, Anna, displays her passion through the care she takes in curating a skilled team of aestheticians, ensuring everyone is educated, experienced, and well-equipped. All of this creates a truly unique, beautiful experience. You’re greeted with warmth when you walk in and it feels like you’re with girlfriends when you’re here. Cima is incredible at lash extensions! She really walked me thru the whole process start to finish (as a first timer) and made me feel comfortable with each step. I am definitely returning soon to get my lashes refilled. I just love the services you offer and the staff that you employ-everyone is so helpful and wonderful!

I can't believe I haven't written a review for L&L yet! I'm a long time customer of Anna's (from her day's back in the location on Kennedy) and am always thrilled with her service each and every time I visit. The staff and clinic ambiance is fantastic, and each treatment I have received is always comfortable (as much as an IPL treatment can be) I have had a few IPL treatments and my pigmentation is almost completely unnoticeable now. I would HIGHLY recommend Anna and Lashes & Lipstick for all your beauty needs!!!

I have been seeing Cima for lash extensions, and she really is the best! Everyone at Lashes & Lipstick is very friendly, and patient with me when I've had to reschedule appointments. The service is 10/10 & Cima always does a phenomenal job. They even gave me a free lash refill once when my lash retention was not good, even though that was not their fault (I have really oily skin & have trouble with lash retention- this is has nothing to do with their service). Cannot recommend this place enough!

Anna does a great job making sure waxing is comfortable and enjoyable. I’m always left satisfied, and I really enjoy chatting with her as well!

Would definitely recommend to anyone, especially for waxing. Got my wax done by Nayya a couple times and she is so great. Made me feel super comfortable and was just great at what she does. Quick, cleanly and made it as pain free as possible.

This is a long overdue review for this fine establishment. Anna and her team is professional and experts in their field. I am particularly picky about my skin, but I trust Anna wholeheartedly on all of her recommendations. She is straightforward and you know she has your best interest at heart. I always ask her about services that I'm curious about getting but she will let me know if I don't need it. My face feels super healthy and I am confident about my skin, and I have tried every service under the sun here - waxing, threading, laser, IPL, laser genesis, facials, lash extension, lash lifts, face yoga, etc. You name it, I've probably tried it. Absolutely fantastic, can't recommend it enough. Don't hesitate, call and schedule a consult to discuss any and all of your needs!

I love that this place makes customers change into slippers & that they spray sanitize the slippers for the next customer I can smell how strong the alcohol in the sanitizer used for the slippers was -- smells like hospital grade -- which is always what I am looking for in any place that has facial treatments : clean sterile shops 😊 It definitely makes the experience more spa like & relaxing 🙂 Ample free parking too!

This is my second time at Lashes & Lipstick and the team that works here are amazing!!! I got a facial done by Nayya a week ago and she walked me through the entire process and answered all the questions I had. Nayya explained some of the things I can add to my skincare routine and I can confidently say I’ve already noticed a difference. Today I got the LED lash extensions done by Cima and I can’t believe I waited this long to get lash extensions- they’re life changing! Cima was wonderful to talk to while I was getting my lashes done and I would highly recommend her for LED lash extensions. Also, I was able to shower with them right after I got them! I’ll definitely be back for a refill in the next few weeks. Looking forward to going back to L&L for their other services that they offer. Anna is absolutely the best! I’ve been coming here for a couple years and nowhere else compares. The staff are all super friendly and accommodating, the store is clean and cozy, and the services are all really good. I have rosacea and it’s improved significantly since coming here!

I had the pleasure of Lynn( hope I spelt it right) she did a waxing for me which was effortless and not painful, usually I struggle immensely. She also did my lash lift and tint which turned out beautifully. She’s is kind and I’m so happy with her services! The salon is clean and inviting and I will be back one day! Thanks Lynn :)!

It’s often very hard to find a beauty place that can do everything and I’ve finally found one! I started going to Lashes and Lipstick since Sept 2021 and I look forward to my appointments every single time. Everyone on the team is just so welcoming and approachable. The staff are very professional yet fun to chat with during your service.

Mahsan was very patient and listened to my concerns. She adjusted her methods based on my feedback throughout my procedure. The team was pleasant starting with reception. At the end of my first microblading session, we discussed the next steps for my touch-up session. Great experience so far.

Cima was thorough and gentle with her placement of lashes. I almost fell asleep if it weren't for my phone alarms going off. She was able to turn off my alarm after getting my consent and was patient with me since it was my first time. She would gently remind me to keep my eyes closed when I would habitually (unintentionally) try to open my eyes. All the staff were professional and kind, and I will definitely recommend!

I was looking for a place to get my 13 year old daughter’s legs waxed near me and I found this gem of a place. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable to take her there. Lee was the esthetician and she was amazing. My daughter loved it. I already booked a facial for myself and my mom 😊

Loved meeting Marta, she dissolved the migrated filler spilling over my lips and Botox in all of my problem areas. Marta went through a very thorough consultation, showing me before and afters of clients with similar facial structures before proceeding. I felt very comfortable. And of course I love Ms. Anna.
