My amazing experience started with booking my appointment. I’m used to calling Dental offices and going through the automated line to book but, guess what? This time, even AFTER HOURS, a cheerful, nice lady Carrie picked up, was very empathetic to my tooth pain and booked my appointment right away. This seemed soo amazing in this day and age of long wait healthcare..! Then, my experience with Dr. Mig (as he is fondly called). I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Mig, the dentist and how they exceeded my expectations and provided stellar service. But what I loved MOST was that, Dr. Mig, is extremely knowledgeable, patient and one of the only doctors in over 10 years to actually take time to explain and answer all my concerns/questions. He even helped me with a non-dental medical referral. It was like a family visit to long time family. 😊 My urgent dental pain was quickly resolved and future preventive care fully discussed and planned. This has been BY FAR my BEST MEDICAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE. Period. I know dental services are not cheap and some of us don’t even have proper insurance but the cost of my appointment was very worth it. I fully recommend Dr. Mig and Cornell Dental Centre with the lovely Ms. Carrie. Many thanks to them for an amazing experience!!

I went here with an excruciating tooth ache since my regular dentist was away on vacation. Dr Veerasinghe was kind enough to move his busy schedule around and saw me within a couple hours. Later that evening I had the extraction done. Everything was meticulously explained and professionally taken care of. The dentistry is spotlessly clean. The staff were caring and exceptional. Excellent Service, DR. M. WEERASINGHE is amazing. He helped a kid from a refugee family. Him and his assistant were extremally kind and caring with one of the kids who were very scared. witnessing this, made me really proud to have him in my community.

My daughter recently had a dental emergency and needed to see a dentist right away. I called Cornell Dental Centre the minute they opened and was greeted so warmly and compassionately by Keri who listened to our situation and despite not being our regular dentist, managed to fit us in that same morning, and we are so grateful for their help. Both Keri and Dr. Weerasinghe showed patience and kindness, ensuring my daughter was as comfortable as possible, explaining each step with detail and distracting her with fun chit chat throughout the entire procedure. I am so happy with the results of the treatment and my daughter made it a point to ask me to pass on her gratitude to them the next day. They did an excellent job and my daughter is recovering nicely. We are definitely returning as regular patients. :) Thank you Keri and Dr. Weerasinghe!

Best dentist in Markham! Dr Migara and staff are extremely friendly and thorough with their work. The dental centra is very clean and they definitely have the best hygiene I’ve seen with any dentist. When I do cleaning I am no longer wincing in pain as the hygienist are very gentle but effective. My overall oral health has improved based on the tips and recommendations Dr Migara has provided. I usually brush off what my previous dentist have told me about flossing and mouthwash but Dr Migara provides compelling advice that finally convinced me the importance of taking my oral health seriously. The mouth guard I got here was also much better than one provided by a previous dentist. Dr Migara even gave some helpful tips on how to maintain my mouth guard which my former dentist did not. You can tell he and his staff care. Highly recommend this place especially if you live in the neighborhood!

Cornell Dental is fantastic! The dentist and staff are all very knowledgeable and friendly. They put you at ease and get the job done. They are excellent at explaining things to teenagers such as the reasons everyone needs to floss daily, and if you need a referral, they help oversee that process as well. I am so happy that my family and I have been patients at Cornell Dental for 23 years now. Thank you very much Cornell Dental Centre 😊

Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and honest. They took good care of me. They are a staff of 3, but appear as they are a Staff of 6. Hard working team. Glad to have found this team.

This may be an oxymoron - but for a dental practice - it is a very happy place- all staff are knowledgeable and helpful and I was treated with respect during all the procedures.

I was referred to Cornell Dental from a friend and was so happy with the service I received. I was dealing with a quite deal of pain as a result from a different dental office, and Dr. Weerasinghe came to the rescue. He analyzed my situation carefully and really put a lot of thought and care into finding a solution. I’m so happy with the results, and have since returned for my regular cleaning. Dr. Weerasinghe, Kerri, and their team create such a welcoming environment; I recommend this dental office to anyone!
