By far the best Mr Sub store in the city by a landslide. Place is always clean, the toppings, bread and food are always fresh and they know how to make a sandwich properly here. I know it’s not rocket science but you’d be surprised how many places screw it up. These guys do it right here so be sure to stop on by one day and enjoy yourself a proper submarine 💯

Great subs and wraps. They have on the TV shows from the 60s. It's great seeing the older shows. The daily specials are a bargain. The store is always very clean and bright. Lots of parking on a corner. The 3guys are friendly and helpful.

Horrible experience. Low quality food and old toppings STAY AWAY, ITS DISGUSTING. I was there on March 8th to buy a submarine, and i really do regret the $11 i spent on lunch. Unfortunately, i didn't realize the terrible food until i got home, or for sure, i demanded my money back. Learn from my mistake and avoid this terrible franchise location. i uploaded my receipt to prove i was a real customer.

I really love Mr Sub I think they're sandwiches are very delicious although this place looks very drabby and needs desperate upgrading it feels like it's stuck in the '70s or mid '80s I would definitely see how I can improve it from the outside and in

This review was not only for this particular location, overall we liked Mr Sub and have been a regular customer for years, however notnonly the quality of the food has been lowered, also I am not quite sure in year 2023 what is stoping the food preparation staff from wearing a mask?! I could see spills when asking customer about the ingredients, we for sure won’t come back until they put a msk on while preparing food.

Great staff, one guy I think was learning but made our subs perfect. Too bad there is not enough Mr subs

This is one of the best Mr. Sub locations in York Region. Every time I'm in the area, I try to stop by here for lunch. Bread and toppings are always fresh, the restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. You can't ask for much more than that.

This location has exceptionally good quality and service. Always friendly and patient wether it’s a single item or I am buying for the office
