So, I had a craving for hamburgers so I googled the nearest, sadly the first choice was closed so I opted for second (this place) and I am pleasantly surprised! It turned out very good. You can choose your own fixings for free or add a pre-set for ＄2.50 ish or under. Their fries were house cut fresh, you can see the potato skins on, which I love. Craving satisfied and I overall liked the place. ♡

I always like the burgers at South St burger but this location was first time. It is location the first level of the Cineplex. The burger was always tasty. I ordered the mushroom burger, I didn't know the sauce and everything were mentioned on the board. I asked the staff about it. He told me it was written on the menu board. He wasn't rude but not a friendly tone. Glad a supervisor was there. After the movie we had ice cream, and did try out the popsicle with dip. I prefer the soft ice cream more than the dipped popsicles. I found the coatings a bit sweet. The lady that served us ice cream was very friendly and patience.The burger and dessert experience were good. I definitely will visit again when I go see movie.

I finished my burger to realize half of the topping I requested wasn’t there. I wanted to let it go but it was my first time here so I asked the cashier. The gentleman with glasses told me the cashier was in training. He apologized and offered to make me a new burger which I declined. I love the grilled pineapple ! I wished the salad had more dressing options. We weren’t told that the only dressing they had was butter milk ranch. We aren’t fans of creamy dressing either. First time experience here was truly disappointing but the gentleman with glasses was sincere so I give them a 4/5.

Visit: September 2023 The burger I got was quite good. I love the amount of customizations you can have and add, and the price was very fair. I got the Angus burger to go, and added things like onion rings, pickles, etc. to it at no additional cost

Great burgers, Onion rings, and service. What a breath of fresh air. There are so many other horrible restaurants within a minutes walk from this burger joint in downtown Markham it's not even funny. Sometimes it really is just easier just to get a fast food burger then pay premium for the bad food at the other restaurants nearby. If you live or work in the area it's definitely worth a stop by for lunch or dinner. Burgers made with passion and topped the way you want. Again, I'm so thankful for a good food establishment in an area that has some really bad restaurants.

Great food and they do provide a parking pass for the nearby garage if you plan on eating there. However, was kept waiting for 30-40 minutes for what was a burger and a drink. They did not communicate when it would come.

In short form, ITS PERFECT, the food is heavenly good, the service is also nice, everything is so good since the burger patty is fire, the toppings are so good, the burger with like 4 toppings are already good, the Cajun onion is having a good flavour, all toppings are fresh. Overall, this is the best burger place I've ever ate at! 5 stars for sure.

We just celebrated my teen son's birthday at South St Burger at the Markham Cineplex. We had 10 kids in all. We pre-ordered the signature burger combos while they were watching the movie upstairs, and reserved a group of tables on one side of the restaurant. It wasn't very busy at the time so it worked out pretty well. The manager and his team at SSB timed the food order perfectly with the movie ending. The fries were freshly made and all the burgers that we ordered were cooked to perfection. The whole thing went without a hitch despite the big-ish order. The kids finished all their food so it looks like they really enjoyed it! The restaurant has floor to ceiling windows looking out into a courtyard so it was quite a cheery space to celebrate.

We are planning to try most of the burger stores at Toronto. But I am quite disappointed at this one, I thought 4.4 shouldn’t be this bad. The burger is dried, overcooked and a little burned. I totally like Harvey’s more than this. It’s overpriced, the quality does not live up to the ratings that Google has. This is my first time and last time.

Amazing place with great food. I loved the balance of flavours of the combo's. The staff was very nice and loved how they work with care. The place is very clean with lovely view outside.
