    My daughter and I had a wonderful time in Mindful Toddler Yoga. Stephanie was great with the kids and she always had fun activities planned. My favourite was dance time. I also highly recommend the prenatal classes with Jen. I learnt so much and it helped prepare me for delivery. The studio is cozy and spacious. My daughter loved the play room.

    Highly recommend yoga belly to all pregnant women! I'd never done yoga before and joined Jen's prenatal yoga classes once I was 16 weeks and attended weekly until I was 39 weeks. Her classes not only taught me yoga, but how to breathe and maintain positive thoughts and intentions throughout my pregnancy as well as during labour. She also taught a lot of poses that were extremely useful during labour, and also had a private session with me and my husband so he could learn how to support me during the labour process. She was extremely helpful with all pregnancy related questions and it was great meeting other women in the class that I hope to see in the YogaMama classes! I'm convinced this is one of the major reasons I didn't have any back pain during my entire pregnancy! Love Yoga Belly and Jen!

    I've been attending Jen's prenatal yoga class since I was 4 months pregnant and I found its helped my breathing, flexibility, and being better prepared for the birthing journey both mentally and physically. As someone who's not very active now, her classes encourage me to come out every week. I would recommend Jen’s classes to anyone!

    Jen is amazing! I have practiced Yoga for quite some time now and when I got pregnant, I so wanted to do resume yoga however i did not want to be a part of a "mass" class. Jen teaches only 5 people in a class, and the focus in not only yoga poses - it is more than that. Its about meditating, preparing your body and giving yourself time to be able to focus on yourself and your baby. My takeaways are more than one - correct breathing, and poses helping me tackle everyday pregnancy issues such as bloating, back-ache, etc. Thanks Jen for helping me get through this in a healthy and calm manner. - I am not done yet.. still one month and a little more to go :) The venue, the time of yoga, and the group itself of fellow mamas to be is amazing. Its a small community in itself.

    I attended Jen’s yoga classes for both pregnancies and beyond, and thoroughly enjoy every class. It is a slice of quiet ‘’me” time that I always look forward to. Her classes combine the physical and mental support needed throughout pregnancy and beyond, and I always leave feeling calm and relief from any aches or pains. Her new studio provides a bright clean space for whichever class I’m in the mood for - prenatal, postnatal, mom and baby, barre, and more. This is a space Markham has needed for so long - I am so grateful it is here! Jen’s expertise and support is so appreciated. I highly recommend!

    I've had the pleasure of doing yoga with Jen through both my pregnancies and maternity leaves. Jen is warm, kind, and supportive; her small class sizes allow for very personalized sessions. Beyond helping me feel good physically through pregnancy and post-partum, the breathing techniques and mantras I learned in her classes were extremely valuable in getting me through labor. Most important to me, however, have been the mom and baby yoga classes - a highlight of both my maternity leaves. I'm so thankful for the community Jen has built.

    The prenatal yoga sessions with Jen gave me a chance to make time for myself during a busy week, get in some exercise and practice how to breathe and focus during labour. It really helped to have the yoga tools in mind during labour and birth. I felt more prepared after taking yoga belly classes.

    It has been a wonderful experience to be able to have Yoga Belly as part of my journey into motherhood. I was skeptical as I had only attended a handful of yoga sessions prior to signing up for this prenatal program. But not only was I able to remain physically active during my pregnancy, I was challenged mentally as well. Jen has provided advice and techniques that has positively impacted my pregnancy experience. I would recommend Yoga Belly to all pregnant women.

    I had the pleasure of doing a private session with Jen back in May. Since this is my first pregnancy, I had a lot of questions and fear about what my body could and couldn't do. Jen was extremely knowledgeable in providing me different yoga techniques that I can practise in the comfort of my own home, as well as validate my feelings to reassure that everything that I was going through was normal. One of the best things about doing a private session with Jen was that everything was catered to me and the stage that I was at in my pregnancy. Since I live far away from Markham, Jen was able to accommodate a time that worked for me and she provided me useful yoga techniques to help alleviate my back pain. These are techniques I still do to this day! I highly recommend Jen for any women at any stage of their pregnancy - not only for the physical and mental wellness through her prenatal yoga teachings, but also for her emotional support through meditation and mindfulness.

    I love yoga belly classes. Definitely an hour I look forward to… having a moment for myself, to forget about my to-do lists and all the responsibilities of motherhood/life. Jen is a great teacher, very knowledgeable, friendly, and makes you feel very comfortable. I highly recommend the prenatal classes!
