Excellent place for pool. Had a few drinks and the servers are extremely helpful during COVID times with sanitizing and orders. The atmosphere is chill and relax.

I’ve been there many times in the past two years, this is one of the best billiards facility in Canada, with world class tables and great maintenance by the management! The service is great! The food is good also, very enjoyable atmosphere overall! Most recommended place if u want to enjoy a chill night out playing pool and snooker with ur friends

Lots of tables for snooker and 8 ball. Prices are reasonable and a large menu to order food and drinks from. The place is clean with a nice sitting area.

Clean and nice alternative to the near by location of Lecue. They got good service and friendly staff. The beers were good too.

I would say Master Q has the best snooker and pool tables across the country. They all are maintained very well. Staff is nice and helpful. The bar offering drinks and basic pub food. A perfect place for hanging out with friends playing snooker & billiards as well as darts.

extremely huge space with tons of billiard and snooker tables. this place also has darts which was affordable and extremely fun. highly recommend!

Tables are in decent shape. I asked for a brush because the one they assigned me had metal shavings all over it - they didn't have a brush which is shocking given how many snooker tables there are. Got moved to another table also with metal shavings on it. Picked off as much as I could but kept getting pricked by little pieces. I asked if I could move to a table with cleaner cloth and they said no, even though there was no waiting list and the room was practically empty in the middle of the day. Aside from that the price was reasonable compared to other rooms in the area.

Never again!!!... they will charge you all these fees unexpectedly???... covid disinfect fee?, day pass? Plus hourly rate and etc?!. Plus never come at night... you get employees playing in the "BACK ROOM" and will get in your way when playing pool. We were playing snooker at the end close to exit doors and some old guy spits on the floor? 🙈🙉🙊

Came here with a group of friends few days ago. Ordered a few beers and snacks. Service was beyond amazing. Alvin and Nicole was fast and the drinks were nice and cold when delivered.

The place is excellent. The pool tables are in great condition. Ordered a few drinks, they were all terrific as was the food. Servers are friendly and helpful, especially Nicole, Chloe and Angelo. Would come back again.

The pool hall is amazing. The atmosphere is cool. The servers are very professional and fast. Nicole was helping us the whole night with food and drinks order. She is very helpful.

An awesome place to hang out with friends after work. They sanitized the table stuffs every time, also their servers are super friendly. The price for playing pool is not expensive.

Pros: Lots of tables, both snooker and billiards. Cons: Far too noisy. It's a pool hall, not a club or lounge. The very loud, head banging music is unnecessary and distracting. And trust me, it's loud. No long bridge sticks. There is an apparatus to slide your cue into but it is shaky and unreliable. We won't return.

I use to come here all the time around 10 years ago. An amazing place to just hang out and chill with your friends. I cant believe after years, they are still in business and seems like even have more tables! Prices did go up a bit. But still worth it if you split it with friends. Also noticed that they don’t have much food options anymore. Overall, 100% recommend. This is a pool place that is not sketch like some other ones out there in downtown toronto!

Darts machines are in bad conditions. Fries are very good! Ordered a pitcher of sapporo and it tasted like they mixed bud light and sapporo to save costs.

Sweet hangout place with lots of pool tables available. For darts, you'll need to bring your own. Good pricing all in all and the calamari and fries were delicious

I want just after lunch on a Friday with my kids. They were fine with young ones playing pool and (somewhat wholesomly) said they don't serve alcohol to your group if you bring in kids - fine with me! Tables are in decent shape, and we were able to find cues that served the purpose. It was fun to teach the kids to play pool and we a great time.

Lots of ppl everytime we go there.. pool tables ,bar, darts... but the only 1 star deducted is the foosball table always out of order.. need more love on that foosball cmon

Nice place to play pool or dart. Good food at a fair price, but the alcool is high.

The place is amazing and spacious but expensive. The place really needs to improve the lights on top of the pool tables as the Grey pool table cloth makes them very dull boring and hard to see.

Fun spot to spend and hour or 2 playing billiards or snooker, often find myself playing for 2 hours or more with friends. The tables are well maintained, we did find a few of the cues weren't straight but they always have more you just have to ask. Their tables automatically collect on one side and and racks are housed just above that. During this covid period we were limited to 3 players per table which didn't work so well for our group so we left shortly, no fault of the business as I'm sure this is a covid related policy.

I liked it there, the tables are good, but just the nachos are basically chips. It just has a little cheese no meat

Price isn't bad but space is a bit tight on busy nights, foosball table was out of service, to use darts they asked us to pay cash only, and their fries was bad quality (very greasy). Not a bad place but not so good either.

Kind of expensive to play pool nowadays with the daily membership fee and the COVID cleaning.

pool tables here are always in mint condition!!!!! they have been in business for a very long time... the foods need a lot of improvements(barely pass as snacks), but there are plenty of good food around the area. at end of the day, YOU ARE HERE TO SHOOT SOME POOL, and that they can deliver.

I thought the $17/hr charge for a weeknight was not terrible, until I saw the hidden charges which include the $3 daily pass and $1 covid disinfection fee on my receipt. $24 (including HST) for an hour of pool is a bit too much to stomach. Otherwise, this is a big facility with many tables. Quite dirty though, floors are unkept and there are splatter marks on their benches and tables.

Love coming here for food, darts and occasionally pool and foosball. Only thing I wish is that they would add a few extra dartslive board or two as in the past it would get pretty packed. Even if they were in the back, it's fine, but I just want more dartboards included, as well I wished they try to maintain the dartboards better (change the mesh or at least poke out the broken tips inside the board etc)

Here for a holiday gathering. They closes at 3 and the staffs are amazing and friendly. Nicole, David and Chloe are super helpful with our group. The tables are also in great condition. We all had fun
