It was therapeutic as its name "Forest Therapy Trail" suggested., Very peaceful in the weekdays. The trail is pretty short, part of the trail is in a loop. It is about 4km in length. It is along a small creek and it was sceneric. Parkings can be found either at the tennis club on the east side or at the Church on the west end.

This is a beautiful park for walking, easy trails, there are a kids playground, tennis court and soccer field here as well. There are not public washrooms here. The parking lot is pretty big. This park is perfect for summer and fall photo shoots.

Awesome short trail for a stroll. Downside is the small parking lot. Probably better to park on the side streets (not John st)

Beautiful trail with a nice stream of water and cute bridges. I enjoyed the “pause” signs to remind me to breathe and enjoy nature. Easily accessible from Henderson avenue and there’s plenty of street parking even on a nice and warm day. It took about 50 mins with stops.

Beautiful trail with a nice stream of water. It took around 45 mins with stops. There is no lot of parking space but you won't find difficulty since it is not crowded most of the time. I think amazing place in different weather conditions.

The trail was great for a nice walk. It was very calm and not crowded on a weekday. It took us almost 50mins to complete the loop with a few stops to take photos. The parking lot near the tennis court entrance was very small. It may be a better idea to park around Forest Park Crescent.

This Forest Therapy Trail is nice and peaceful. It’s wonderful because there is a river along the path you walk. It’s total about 3km only for the whole trail (a loop), I will say that it’s good for seniors to walk too, because there are some benches here and there for them to rest when they want to. It’s also kid-friendly too, because there is a playground and grassland for soccer playing. It’s great to have a picnic with your family and friends as well. A good place for a quiet walk.

Beautiful small park with a lovely stream running through it. The whole route is about a 40-minute walk if you enter from Henderson and stop at the top of the large staircase.

A nice park to take a walk in or to try out the mindfulness/well being activities that are posted around the park. There is a bridge over the river and a double tunnel under the roadway as well which are great for photos.

A hidden gem! Beautiful trail along a winding river. At most places along the trail, there are grassy areas and benches, so it also gives a feeling of a long park. I could not find any washrooms in the park.

A cozy park with a short walking trail , a narrow river inside , lot of trees and birds

One of the nicest walks in the area. Really beautifully maintained and peaceful. Highly recommended. (Except, selfishly, maybe not, as it's a bit of a "hidden" gem!! Haha.)

July 2021 a nice trail with a playground, running stream and lots of bridges. Very nice for walking, cycling is good (except near the exit at church st. As there's lots of stairs.)

Absolutely beautiful. The sound of the trees and the stream make it an oasis in the neighborhood. I often find friendly people happy to share a smile, say hi, let me pet their dog...or you can sometimes spot bunnies. The trees create a nice shade which makes it perfect for a sunny day.

A very beautiful park in the heart of Old Thornhill. Not so big, but there are so many different places to rest: playground for kids, place for soccer, silencing areas near the Don river, great places for yoga or meditation, good for walking and running, good for dogs.

A small local trail in neighborhood, usually I am going there for cycling. It has a nice atmosphere around. Enjoy it 👌

I play tennis there during summer season. Great place for sport. You can also walk and/or bike the trails all season. Parking can be a challenge as it only offers limited number of spots. So if you can carpool with your buddy/family, you'll have more fun.

Beautiful park for a walk or bike ride with your family. Love the signs along the trail that allow you to "connect with nature".

Great long walking trail that is paved for the most part, with guided meditation suggestions along route. It’s perfect for dog-walkers, baby-strolling families, couples and solo hikers. There’s a playground by the Tennis courts good for kids. Great for most seasons though some parts can get really icy during winter.

Nice local park. Loop takes ~60 mins. A few parking spots at the tennis club.

Nice combination of river, bridges, trees, and grass. Good size for a small hike in the city. I do not like the part where you have to walk through a round, pipe-like tunnel.

Probably the most underrated park / conservation I've been to.
