Horrible experience. The matcha oreo looked completely different from the photo. The real deal was 2X smaller than the photo and it’s same price. They did not mention that you need to pay 50 cents under a 10 dollar purchase and i had to pay $9.60 for this small drink that’s totally unworth. The drink was pretty good but do not bother getting drinks over there, there are cheaper options around

Very bad customer service. My daughter likes crepes and this place is nearby her school so we come almost weekly for a few months. But we realise they keep increasing price and the quality of food was not maintained. I will not recommend this place.

Good bbt for the price! $2.99 for any flavour regular sized. Best part about this tea shop is definitely its convenient location. Perfect dessert drink to go with your meal at FMP. The service is extremely nice also!

Customer service was terrible. I have been going to this place since I was a kid. I was first introduced when they made bubble tea for my Church events. I collect bubble tea beverage stamps from them so that I can get the 9th drink for free as part of their loyalty program. I briefly stopped going because of COVID then I went back after the pandemic and they said that since the bubble tea prices are no longer the same, I could no longer use the stamps and need to start a new card. When I stated that I am simply buying the SAME item as before (green tea bubble tea) and it wouldn't be fair that she invalidate all the other previous drinks, she said I was being unreasonable to think like that. She then proceeded to rudely comment to her colleague about me in Chinese, probably thinking I didn't understand, but I DID understand. Ridiculous! Chatime, CoCo, Ten Ren, NONE of these stores have ever had an issue whenever the price raises for their loyalty program. What was I suppose to do with my stamps? It really is not MY fault they raised their own the prices. I have bought from this place 100+ times but I will no longer go. Price raises are NOT the issue here but the customer service was really awful, especially talking rudely in another language in front of me thinking I wouldn't understand. My parents, and sisters were also upset.

The best Hong Kong Style milk tea in Toronto with no doubt. Perfectly copied the essence of Hong Kong Milk Tea, the flavour, the fragrant, the colour and the bitterness. If you are from Hong Kong, you would know what I meant. You can smell their tea fragrance around the food court, you can't miss it. A must try in Markham.

Been going here for years and the quality is always amazing! For $2.50 you can get a regular size bubble tea with tapioca included. Or upgrade to a large for $3.50! Staff is also great. I've known the women working there for years and she's super friendly! Check it out!

This used to be at Market Village (R.I.P.) and was my goto place for "Green Apple Lemon soda". The flavour balance was on point I could taste the Green Apple and Lemon. I wish they still had their loyalty drink card. (^__^)

Really friendly service. I got the mango coconut smoothie with tapioca. Love that it’s real chunks of fresh mangoes and the tapioca was perfect.

Best Authentic Bubble Milk Tea in town The bubble milk tea here is made with real HK style Milk tea, unlike 99% of the “claimed” bubble milk tea out there that are made of sugar, milk powder and color. This one has true HK milk tea taste. 👍🏻👍🏻 I always pay a visit when I’m in the area. Bravo! 👏🏻👏🏻

Got my bubble tea at Tasty House. And it was Tasty 😋 and friendly service to top!! Will be back when I visit this mall again!

Love their Mango drink!

This is a great place for refreshing drinks, highly recommending their mango drink. Sweet and strong in flavor. This is a small place but they have a selection of drinks.

Back in the day, this would be an average shop. However, since the new wave of bubble tea chains, this type of shop has become an endangered species. I miss my malt, sesame, almond, and coconut flavours. I'm still in perpetual shock/disappointment/sadness that the new bubble chains don't have those flavours (except occasionally coconut). To me, that's like getting rid of the chocolate and vanilla flavours for ice cream or the like (e.g. malt is one of the two original Vitasoy flavours, or even the first original if you don't count the regular flavour which would be analogous to the plain bubble milk tea).

Best bubble tea in town! The drinks are delicious and really worth the price (only $2.50 for bubble teas!). My favourite drink is the mango coconut milk with sago. It is a bit more expensive, but the fresh mangoes are def worth it. :)

Best crepes, bubble tea and hot milk tea! The owners are very nice and the crepes are always made perfectly - the crepe itself is thin as paper and they give you plenty of fruit and ice cream for what you pay! This place has really been consistently great for the past few years and they always have the best prices!

Friendly vendor, affordable price. HK style hot tea was very tasty.
