Nothing short of incredible. Took our 8-year old son and both myself and my wife rented a bike and got on the tracks as well. Plenty to do from beginner to advanced, nice easy tracks to ease into it. Our son loved trying out some air in the foam pit. Our only complaint was we felt like we didn’t have enough time! Will definitely be returning next time we’re in the area! Updated Sept 23: we returned a second time and had just as much fun as the first time. Made it to the outdoor track this time which was a fantastic experience as nobody else was there, so we had the area to ourselves. Only issue we encountered on this visit was a family of 3 (2 parents and their child who was on a beginner bike, the ones with no pedals) trying to use the intermediate ramp section. Their child was probably only 3-4 years old and despite there being 5 or 6 of us lined up waiting to use the jumps, they continued to allow their child to walk through the track, nearly causing an accident on one occasion. Wish there had been one staff member on that side of the park to tell them they shouldn’t be there as they were posing a safety risk not only to their child but the other bikers.

I drove from Buffalo to check this place out. Is it bad? No, there is a lot to do, but $32 for an indoor bike park during the outdoor season is WAY TOO MUCH. I would rather spend the extra hour driving to Ray's in Cleveland. In addition to the price, I could not ride for most of the day because of children. I am not saying ban them, they should be able to ride as well, but when you are faced with sudden and random stops, riding out in front of your bike without looking, and running around without regard to other riders, the park is nearly impossible to use. If you are going to have children under the age of 10, close the park so it's only them. I can only see myself coming back if I happened to be in the area. I wouldn't drive back solely for this.

This is an amazing indoor bike park. My son loved the green courses that were just right for him. I honestly don’t know if there are other bike parks like this in the area. The place is huge and has multiple courses suitable for all ages and experience levels. After taking him here the first time he immediately didn’t need his training wheels anymore for his pedal bike.

I don't ride myself but my 10 year old loves it, he wishes we lived closer. It is well laid-out with beginner to advanced area's, basically good for young children to very advanced (flips and stuff). It seems chaotic at first but with signage (one-way and difficulty levels) it is amazing how everyone self regulated, even the young kids. I headed over to the advanced areas to take some pictures, these guys were good.

Such a cool place, you really get your money's worth. Laid back environment and the kids can just have fun. Some parents being dumb and letting their crying toddler onto more advanced tracks but you'll never escape stupid no matter where you go! The place just keeps going too it's huge! Ontario (and Canada!) Is lucky to have such a great place, wish I knew about it earlier!

We’ve been going to JR since my son was 2 and now my 3 year old daughter loves it too. Definitely family friendly, for all the different levels of riding. The owners are super nice and support the community, and the GM is one of a kind.

Awesome place , looked forward to coming here for years and when I finally did it was worth the trip out from Nova Scotia! The goal in mind was to learn back flips and that happened the first day there! Lots of stuff to ride and the different rooms keep things interesting. The jump lines are pretty sweet and the foam pit is great for learning some new tricks.

We celebrated my Son's 8th Birthday at Joyride this past weekend. Dave was a great party host. Very organized, kind, friendly, attentive and had great first aid skills (Niece injured her chin). We were given party room #1, which was a great size. Accommodated nearly 30 people. The kids has a blast biking. The overall atmosphere of Joyride is second to none. The bikers are all so courteous, helpful and kind. On numerous occasions I witnesses children helping others, without even knowing them. It was so lovely to witness. I truly believe the code of conduct at Joy ride helps all the riders maintain respect and helpfulness. Way to go Joyride for instilling this into your guests! We will definitely be back. Thanks for the great party!

This was all around a great time. We drove over an hour to go and I will be going back soon. My son's chain came off his bike and they fixed it for him no problem free of charge! Staff as well as other riders were all so helpful and polite. I wish there had of been more food options but next time I will pack a picnic. We'll done joyride150.

Great staff, great place and great fun! The kids always have a blast and even when it’s busy it still seems there is a place for everyone. Riders have always been respectful and mindful of others (especially smaller kids!) during our visits. Would highly recommend for a day of fun!

I had such a bad experience. My son got hurt and feint , no guards or anyone supervising. I was shoked when they came and all kids still playing with bikes arround my son in the floor which was very dangerous. I was screaming all 911 and the guy asked me what do you want me to do. After all this no one followed up to even ask what happened, how my son is feeling. It is definitely the worst place and experience I ever had. I will definitely not recommend and make sure you watch your kids at all time if you decide to go because no guards , no one cares .

First time here for some of us and 2nd tine for others. Place is AMAZING! Lots to do from beginner to experienced. There is an outdoor dirt jumps but unfortunately this is closed. Great value..can spend the day. If you into any type of riding definitely worth the drive. We will be back!

NOT FOR KIDS! Unless they separate the areas by age, this place remains quite unsafe for younger children. You can see a novice toddler in the same area with 20 year olds who have beards, and most of those big guys were quite rough and totally ignoring (if not bothering) the little ones. I would probably recommend for adrenaline-seeking teens only. I didn't see any girls the day I visited. The place is not clean and not well-cared-for. Not impressed.

Action sports paradise! Something for everyone and every level of skill and I would say put joyride on your bucket list if you bike. Well worth the drive whenever we go. Also staff are always so helpful and accommodating if my son or his friends have any issues or need advice with their bikes. They go above and beyond and I appreciate that so much!<3

It took my 6 year old a little bit to navigate his way around. After 20 minutes, he was a pro. All 4 of my boys loved it. Didn't want to leave after 4 hours, fell asleep as soon as I pulled out of the parking lot. Quiet drive home. 😀

Clean. Great design! Great atmosphere. Went with another old guy on a Friday during the day and it wasn’t busy at all. Didn’t feel out of place. Really 2 hours was long enough for my semi out of shape legs. Bring a lunch they only have junk food. Its a blast!

Joyride 150 is the reference for indoor bike parks in Canada! From jump-lines and pump-tracks to a big old XC loop and various skinny lines to a street style park it has everything that BMX and Mountain Bike riders could want in an indoor setting. I always enjoy going and I‘m looking forward to my next visit already.

So great for kids! And all ages but really amazing for getting your kids into biking. Took our son there - doesn’t know how to ride a bike and just turned 5. Rented him a bike without pedals and he caught on quick and had a great day!

We had an incredible time! The place is amazing and our 4-years old kid enjoyed a lot. Our kid’s assigned instructor (I wish I can remember his name) was patient and kind.

Was it worth the 2 ½ hr drive from out of town? Absolutely. Joyride is larger than my local Costco and is designed really really well. Offering everything from mini features for the tiniest of riders to full'on drop'ins and rezzie. You can practice your tricks, flips and street all under one roof. We will be going again.

  • 1/5 The H. 1 year ago on Google
It’s a great place if you don’t mind your child getting hurt/injured. They have a lot of rules like no spectators in the riding areas, but parents are just standing on the tracks or there are kids with balance bikes on tracks they shouldn’t be on. What’s the point of having rules if you are not going to enforce them? There should be areas for specific levels. Also more advanced riders are on the beginner course going crazy fast and cutting off kids. There is also no capacity, it’s more of a cash grab. They fit as many people in here without supervision. This place isn’t supervised at all. We spoke to management, but they didn’t do anything about it. It’s a poorly managed place.

  • 5/5 Tim R. 11 months ago on Google
Great fun for people of all ages. My two kids loved it and they are both different riding levels. Me and my wife also got bikes and had fun.

  • 5/5 Richard C. 5 months ago on Google
Great facilities and service. Brought our ~2.5 yr old toddler for the first time and she loved it on her strider. Wasn't busy at all for a 10am on a Saturday, but slowly had more kids trickling in. Plenty of small little hills and balancing beams for her to gain her confidence and increase her skill/speed. Will look into coming more regularly and get their packaged / half yr deals.

Joyride is always such a fantastic place to be. The staff are amazing and the whole facility is well laid out. All the features are very approachable, and it’s easy to progress to bigger, more challenging areas. I’m so glad a good friend introduced me to this place many years ago now. It’s definitely a great place for kids as some point out, but if you do bring a little one along, please make sure they are very aware of their surroundings and only riding in areas they’re comfortable in, and can ride through entirely. Everyone does a great job of being alert to kids on track, but it’s also not easy or safe for others to come to a full stop on most of the tracks, and there’s a few blind corners. The different lines and runs are all one way, and there’s signage in most places reminding everyone, no stopping or standing on the tracks.

Not busy anymore, its like having a park to yourself almost except the resi may be fairly packed, and the foam pit when they open it again but still not too bad. Good price, awesome shop, rentals and all.

The staff were on point when you walk in. There are three iPads to fill out your waiver then head over to the counter to pay and get you're wrist band. This place is a lot of fun. I started on the beginner area to warm up, then there are a variety of pump tracks going from beginner (blue) to white (slightly harder), beige (high berms), and an XC pathway that was a load of fun. Just make sure not to miss your turns and commit to your lines!

Great place for kids and birthday parties. My son loved all the beginner ramps. There’s also some expert ramps where some guys do some cool stuff so if you are taking a break, you can watch the show. Sons bike also broke at a birthday party and most of the staff were quite helpful. Just need a few more smiles to make the place seem more friendly. When I went into the repair area, the whole process was quick and efficient and my son was back out riding in less than 10mins. But definitely going back as it’s different and the kids love it. Keep up the great work.

If you like the BMX scene or mountain biking this place is pretty sick. You can bring your own ride or you can rent, you can rent everything from mountain bikes to BMX bikes and all the protective gear. There are lots of beginner pump tracks and obstacles if it's your first time out or you can advance to All the table top lines which are also in beginner intermediate advanced and pro I'd say. I blew out my tire when I was right in one day and I took my bike down to the boiler room which is their bike shop and they fixed it for me for ten bucks! It's nice to see that they're not hitting up people or kids for services since they are there and need a fix. Good on ya joyride! Pro Ramp section, Street course, halfpipe, foam pit, beginner and intermediate pump tracks, amazing!

It's a pretty cool place. Much larger than it looks from the outside. You can bring your own food and drinks. They have bikes there or you can bring your own. My 3 year old daughter has been going there for about a year now and she loves it. The other older and more experienced riders are very mindful and aware of the few little kids like mine while they're on the track and you can also walk beside your little one if you want while they ride so it's fairly safe.
