lack
of
professionalism
and
disrespect
towards
the
customers
is
disheartening.
The
way
he
interacts
with
members
is
far
from
welcoming
or
supportive.
His
condescending
attitude
and
dismissive
behavior
towards
inquiries
or
concerns
have
created
an
atmosphere
that
is
anything
but
encouraging.
It
is
essential
for
a
gym
owner
to
foster
a
sense
of
community
and
motivate
individuals
to
achieve
their
fitness
goals,
but
Paulโs
actions
have
done
the
complete
opposite.
Secondly,
the
exorbitant
fees
and
constant
changes
to
membership
plans
are
a
clear
indication
of
Anytime
Fitnesses
profit-driven
motives.
It
is
evident
that
their
primary
concern
lies
in
maximizing
their
revenue
rather
than
ensuring
the
satisfaction
and
well-being
of
their
customers.
This
approach
not
only
undermines
the
trust
between
a
gym
and
its
members
but
also
sends
a
message
that
your
customers
are
mere
sources
of
income
rather
than
individuals
pursuing
a
healthy
lifestyle.
As
someone
who
used
to

and

in

gym,
it
saddens
me
to
say
that
Paulโs
actions
have
effectively
extinguished
my
passion
for
this
hobby.
It
is
my
hope
that
the
owner
will
man
up
and
take
these
concerns
seriously
and
take
immediate
steps
to
rectify
the
issues
I
have
highlighted
(Paul).
A
gym
should
be
a
place
where
people
can
better
themselves
physically
and
mentally,
and
it
is
your
responsibility
as
the
owner
to
create
an
environment
that
facilitates
that.

i
could
give
lower
then
a

star
I
definitely
would
paul
is
the
most
rude,
unprofessional,
discourteous,
inconsiderate
and
thoughtless
seems
like
to
me
they
are
only
looking
at
how
much
goes
in
to
there
pockets
