Came here with my partner, my mom and my in-laws and we found our experience to not be great and found the food to be mediocre. We had Mediterranean Pizza, The Hungry Carnivore pasta and Chicken and Mushroom Fettuccini and Salted Caramel Panookie. The pizza was probably the best thing on the menu as it was filling and topped up with a lot of toppings but still very greasy. The pastas however just did not have great flavour across all of them, and had us feeling queasy after. Plus, the Salted Caramel Panookie was very rough and did not taste that great. Combine all this with the price of our meal and you can see how we did not enjoy our experience. Taste - 2.5/5 | Presentation - 3.5/5 | Portion - 1.5/5

It is the first time I tried the pizza here. They have pizza, pasta, burgers and sandwiches, salads, desserts and so on. The menu is available online. I ordered Bourbon BBQ Chicken for $14.49 and a vegetarian for $13.29. Pizzas were delicious! And Good customer service. Thank you.

I came here on a Thursday evening for dinner. It was quite busy at the bar area but we were seated at the booth instead. It had a nice chill atmosphere for families with little kids. Their were big TVs on both sides to watch your favourite sport games while you eat away. We ordered the following: Slow-Roasted Pork Back Ribs (Full Rack) 🥩 These tender ribs are slow-cooked with their own blend of spices and finished with your choice of sauce (BBQ, Bourbon BBQ or Honey Garlic). It is served with garlic toast, seasonal vegetables and a choice of one side. Their pork back ribs were super juicy and tender. I can strip away every last bit of meat and leave nothing but a clean bone behind. I opted in for the bourbon BBQ as the choice of sauce. It has that tart, sweet, salty, rich and spicy combination that all great barbecue sauces need. When paired together with the ribs, it was legendary as it makes me crave for more. I would give these ribs a fire 🔥 and that is going to get a 'WOW' moment 😋. The garlic toast was yummy as it would give you that 'crunch' factor for every bite I took. The broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes were fresh and will service as a palate cleanser to the sweet and tangy flavours of the BBQ ribs. Pro tip: If you are unsure on whether to get half or full rack ribs, you can order the half ribs first and get the other half later if your stomach is still hungry for more. Creamy Mushroom & Spinach Bake 🍝 This MVP (Most Valuable Pasta) contains baby spinach, mushrooms and penne tossed in a garlic pesto cream sauce. It is baked with Gouda, provolone, pizza mozzarella and parmesan. This also comes with garlic toast on the side. I saw this as a new menu item and decided to try. This creamy pasta is packed full of flavours and makes a delicious quick weeknight dinner. It's warm and comforting and their portion size is good for one or two individuals. I would give this dish a worth it and a fire 🔥. Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful. The casual atmosphere, combined with big-screen TVs in the sports bar makes Boston Pizza as fun for families as it is for teams and groups for all ages. I would be coming back to try out more of their delicious menu items 😋.

Boston Pizza was awesome. Food and environment was great and they're following all COVID laws when it comes to the vaccine Passport. I took one star off only because of the waiter we had. He seemed very confused and lost. He had forgotten about our drink orders and we had to remind him 20 minutes later when half the food was already finished. Overall though, lovely atmosphere and great place to grab food or drinks with the friends.

Amazing service provided by our waiter Tedi. Very attentive and displayed impressive customer service. Ordered the Jalapeño dip as an appetizer, delicious and spicy 👌🏽😋. My main entree was the chicken club sandwich with a side Caesar salad. great flavour. While my friend had the chicken taco. Would definitely return.

There’s vegan options, but the food in general is not that great. The servers are super friendly and nice. The restaurant is nothing special, just another Boston Pizza. At least this time they didn’t accidentally put real cheese on the pizza when I asked for vegan cheese.

Mood is such an amazing manager, he has been nothing but the most kindest and sweetest person ever. His exceptional services and kindness is the reason why I keep going back. I had a minor issue with my order and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure that it was resolved. I haven't had a good experience with a food chain before this place. Thank you to Mood and his entire staff. You guys are just truly amazing. I recommend this Boston Pizza to EVERYONE!! I will definitely be coming here with my entire family for the holidays! Truly truly go above and beyond for their customers 100/10!

Have been here a couple times recently. The food is consistently fresh and staff are friendly. We love the halal options they have. Our fav is the BBQ chicken pizza and Thai chicken wrap. They have really good Caesar salad as well.

Always amazing food. Tuesdays pasta is my favorite get to try so many for reduced price. Best place for family and friends. Amazing dinner selection. Appetizers are amazing and so tasty with good portion sizes too. The kids menu has amazing food. You want to definitely taste the kids menu too. The servers are very friendly and provide excellent selection options too. Heads up - the entire month of Jan is pasta Tuesday for all you pasta lovers enjoy.

Boston Pizza is a popular sports bar/ restaurant franchise that has stores across Canada, the USA and Mexico. Each franchise interior's decor features sports paraphernalia to ecorourage sports fans to come and watch their favorite sports team play on their many big screen TVs. The Markham franchise fully meets expectations in that experience. The staff are friendly, they have a good selection of favorable food and special promotions on beer and food during the week. I like sitting in the booths, then order a good meal and a beer. Then kick back, relax and scream at the Leafs when they lose another game they should have won. Lol. So why not join the rest of the fans and do the same. You could have a great time doing it too. If you like my reviews, photos or videos why not give a Dragon's Den thumbs up. Been to Boston Pizza many times with family, at various locations. This location is the one I go to the most. Last time I was there, the Salmon Power Bowl was yum. Family is always happy coming here, even if it’s for dessert. The service is always good. Friendly staff. Location is clean. They accidently put bacon on the Caesar Salad the last time I was there and they changed the salad once I pointed it out. Thanks Boston Pizza! :)

Great experience. Our waitress Phoebe was amazing and made our night extra special with her suggestions that we ended up loving and will now be my choice. The bourbon chicken pizza was a first and forever for us now. Will be back many more times. Leslie the manager made sure to make his rounds and was very friendly and accommodating. Best location ever! We love this place and the staff are wonderful!

I went to this Boston Pizza for a Blue Jays viewing party and was very impressed with how great the event was. Not only were the staff amazing, but the event was well organized. Our servers were very attentive, and always brought us our refills in a timely manner. I appreciate that she always checked in on us. We ordered nachos for the table. The plate is massive and very filling. I ordered an individual Carbonara Pizza and my friends ordered the Mac and Cheese. Both dishes were good. I like that the manager was around and helping out as well. He was very attentive and answered any kind of questions. I like that he was engaging with every table really trying to get guests to have a good time. I definitely recommend this Boston Pizza location. The staff here are great!

Our server Mike is amazing !!!! He is very kind, he gave recommendations for what to eat, helped me pack my food, had attention to detail (brought wipes, refilled glasses of water, and did not forget a single request we had). He was a positive spirit and we had an overall great chit chat too. Very professional and friendly which I genuinely appreciate when dining out. we ordered the mushroom chicken fettuccine, New York striploin, artichoke dip, and Mediterranean pizza. Came here with my family for my birthday a few weeks ago. It was great! Highly recommend the salmon power bowl! Our server Mike was very attentive and accommodating with our orders since we have some food allergies in our family. He really did an amazing job seeing what he could do for our order, answering our questions, or finding out form the kitchen our options. The kids ate well too and loved it. Will be coming back again!

Been to Boston Pizza a handful of times and tried different dishes there and their food is usually pretty good, no complaints by far. Best Mac n cheese I've had by far when I went the other day. Got the bacon Mac n cheese and it was SO good!

Chicken Club Sandwich is a must try, flavourful and tender. Pizza was good too. Best of all is customer service, even manager came when I was paying my bill and asked if I liked the service. 5 star experience.

My fiancé and I went to this Boston Pizza location for a birthday party. Service was good and food was amazing ! The chefs in the kitchen deserve an award for how good everything was. We ordered the trio pizza deal and everything was what we imagined it to be . Cheesy hot pizza. Service was great all night for a big party. Would highly recommend as we will be back for sure !

Came back to this location for a catch-up with friends. Loved their flight pizza. Got to taste 3 of their popular ones. The pizza was so fresh and amazing. And their dips added to the experience! Still craving it the next day! Our waitress forgot to give us side plates, so we had to ask for them. We were a large group so it's understandable. My pregnant friend wasn't impressed with the size of the normal stalls. We'll be back again for their delicious pizza!

Came here last night to watch game 2, round 2 of the NHL Playoffs, Leafs vs. Panthers. Despite my home team losing, I had a nice time! Tia (sp?) was my waitress and she made sure to check up on me at the right times. I even had other workers asking me if I was okay in between. I thought that was nice. I don’t remember the name of the platter I ordered but it tasted great, and was hot and fresh when it got to me! The Bellini fishbowl was a bit subpar in taste but it was nice to look at. After this, I ordered a Moscow mule which was perfect! All in all, great service, great food, good drinks. 10/10 would dine here again! :)

We had our work party here last night and everything was absolutely perfect! The selection of food they put together to accommodate our large group was spectacular! Everything came out hot, delicious and at the perfect time. Service was AWESOME! Special shout out goes to MOUD the manager who truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more! He kept us laughing all night long and really made our night special! Thank you so much!

The patio is amazing and has heating to keep you warm if it's really cold outside. The food is good. The servers are super friendly. And overall a good night spent with good people.

Our overall experience at this location was great. Location seemed a little under staffed and slightly dirtier than expected. Staff was excellent, our server, Hillman (though he was slammed with all the tables pretty much) gave us excellent customer service. Compared to Boston’s in Texas the food was a 3/5 but overall fresh and tasted good. We ordered Wings (honey garlic and Thai chili), Alfredo pizza with veggies, a panooki warm cookie with ice cream, and a few drinks.

Great place to watch sports and decent beers and food. Especially when Liverpool loose.

Food was good quality, nice chill atmosphere and server was attentive. Updated March 2022: First time back to dine in after pandemic started 2 years ago. Servers and host are still very friendly and attentive. Good portion of food and tasted good as well. If you aren't one for spicy food then the cactus cut potatoes may not be recommended for you even though it's a level 1 spicy. They're cut like chips and spicy on their own then with the cactus dip even more so. Definitely would come back. Updated November 2022: The lack of a server or acknowledgement for over 15 minutes after having been seated was less than desirable. We were ready to order and kept looking out for someone to come but the wait staff just kept walking by even as I tried to catch their attention or were doing other things like putting up signs even though the restaurant wasn't full. Finally we had to ask if there was a server for our table. The person we stopped was friendly and he was going to get us drinks and find our server. No idea what happened but he ended up taking care of us the rest of the time. I gave 4 stars because he (Ryan) was attentive and gave good service and made up somewhat for the bad experience at the beginning. Food was good, the brownie s'mores dessert was wonderful.

Extreme poor patio dining experience. Quite a few issues. Server was away all the time and had to be called every time. Before order I was confirmed that kid’s coupon of free kids meal will work that I gave but then at payment time was told it was applicable to a particular location. Then why telling me so late after I finished dinner !!! Server made couple of mistakes with not adding cheese to my order, wrongly listening “rice” when I said fries. Terrible experience. Not a bit of apology or inner feeling of mistake.

Not ideal for vegetarians. My friends and I ordered a few items: 1. Spicy Perogy Pizza 2. Mediterranean Pizza 3. Creamy Alfredo Veggie Pasta (make your own) 4. Shrimp Tacos 5. French Onion Soup 6. Lemonade Raspberry In veggie item: the Mediterranean pizza were nice. But the pasta was anything but creamy. It was dry, tasteless honestly and a complete wastage of money. In non-veggie items, as per my friends there: The Spicy Perogy Pizza was okay, not as good as it used to be before Corono-era for sure. Tacos were quite decent. Drink: The lemonade was wayyyy too sweet. I ate because I was hungry, but I ate just enough to survive SERVICE: Service was absolutely wonderful! Prompt, courteous, friendly, jovial. Clean and hygienic. Full marks for that. But food, not again for sure.

Quality of food has gone down. Purchased a kids meal($7.99), Cheese Ravioli($19.49), create your own pasta: beefy bolognese w/ spicy Italian sausage($15.48). Total was $48.54 after tax. The kids meal was fine, came with apple juice, fries and applesauce. The Ravioli came with very little, there was only enough pieces to line the bottom, nothing more, definitely NOT worth the price. The create your own pasta was a WASTE of money. They gave very little sauce, I was basically just eating cold plain noodles with a few pieces of protein. We are not ordering or eating from here again.

My family and I ate here for dinner and our server named Mike was one of the best servers ever! I really recommend eating here, the food (especially the pasta) is spectacular and the service is amazing!
