    I highly recommend this studio. I have been training with Seula and she is friendly and knowledgeable. I've suffered with chronic back pain for years now and the pain recently became unbearable. I decided to try out pilates for the first time and I found it to be more helpful than chiropractic and RMT massage appointments. I feel stronger after each lesson and I am grateful to have met a wonderful instructor like Seula.

    I have finished 42 classes with instructor Stella and I have to say that she is really amazing! The reason I started pilates class was because I lost all my core strength after giving birth to my son. At the same time, I was experiencing back pain because of holding baby in my arm all day. Luckily, my friend referred me to Bodylink Pilates! I had one trial class with Stella and I decided to purchase more classes with her because she was very professional and patient. I noticed that I gained strength after 20 classes!!! When I took my son to Earlyon program, I could dance with him (holding him in my arm and I dance) for more than 30 mins! when rest of the moms didn't have enough strength to hold their babies and complete those moves, I could!! I can't believe that I became the strong mom!! 💪 so I purchased another 20 classes with Stella! The second 20 classes brought me more than strength, but the shape of my body!! I used to have very bad habit of shrug my shoulder, so my shoulder was very ugly.... but now it is NOT!!! My neck looks longer, and my shoulder is flat! So happy with the changes!!!! Highly recommended Stella!!!

    have been taking one on one lesson since last year and it made a huge difference in my posture, neck/shoulder pain and general health. I’ve tried everything from massage, Physio to chiropractor to improve upper body pain (specifically neck, shoulder and lower back) but didn’t get as much benefit as this Pilates class. MJ is very specific in her instructions, effective and knows exactly what exercise to teach based on accurate assessment. I highly recommend her to anyone!!

    The instructor is really knowledgeable and very patient with showing all the details and movement that comes with each routine. I had a chronic shoulder pain and I see noticeable difference after training with her one-on-one. I’ve never done a pilates training before so I was not sure what to expect, but she is happy to help you and tailor each traning sessions. Highly recommend!

    I started practicing pilates with Heidi a few weeks ago. The lesson is one on one so the instructor can fully focus on my position and body condition. Even though some postures are still hard for me to complete, Heidi would keep encouraged me and “pushed” me to do little by little 😎I really need someone push me to complete and motivate my potentials. Heidi is doing well in this part and I can feel the progress through a few classes. I came here to help release my hip joint and lower back pain. I enjoyed the sessions and hope can get better me! Would highly recommend! 😍

    Very clean and nice view studio. M.J has a knowledge of body structures. I’m Very lucky I have her as a trainer :) Best pilates instructor in North York. If you have a back pain like me you should try!!

    I started my workout with MJ @ bodylink studio couple months ago and I already feel the difference on my back. My RMT recommended her to help me with my chronic back/shoulder pain and I am very glad that I listened to him. MJ is very knowledgeable and thorough; she lets me know which muscles to use for each workout and makes adjustments right away if I can't use the targeted muscles properly. There are various reformer machines that help you do different exercises without putting too much pressure on your joints. It also makes each workout session more interesting. I highly recommend this place. The studio is clean and cozy and has free underground parking.

    All instructors are friendly and professional. It gives me energy to my boring life and I feel that my body is getting healthier. My instructor always cheer me on, so I'm having fun exercising :)

    Had a couple classes with MJ now and really recommend her. She is not only leading you on Pilates but also explain the reason behind. Personally I am new to Pilates and barely do any exercise at home, still feel like adapted to her classes.

    It was pretty painful after the lesson for the first few times, but as my body get use to those equipment and the exercises, I felt that it was much more interesting and helpful. Master MJ is an excellent instructor, personally I prefer private lesson, because I felt  that I could get more focused, therefore, the outcome is much better.

    I have been going to Bodylink Pilates for almost one month now, the studio is amazing and always clean. Instructors here are attentive and very knowledgeable. Thanks to mj, her detailed explanation is clear and helpful, cause my core muscles became weakened and stretched during pregnancy, mj helps me know how to build my core muscles and my core becomes stronger. Pilates is a great low impact workout for postpartum, I will continue attending the classes.

    I've been having sessions with Bella and she is great! She is patient and design exercise routine to help to stretch and adjust posture. New studio is nice and cozy as well.

    I am a senior , and have been working as a chef orve 30 years. I have had pain all over my body from a few years ago. After take 10 sessions of master MJ's private lesson, I felt that I could wake up with less pain every morning. And a few months later, I felt that my body was much lighter than before, and the pain was gone. I strongly recommend MJ's pilates program to people who has body pain from hard working and lack of exercise.

    I've been attending 1:1 classes with Heidi for several months now, and I am very happy with my progress. Heidi is professional and knowledgeable in her teaching. In the sessions she caters the workout to your body + does specific exercises for posture correction and core strengthening, in order to help you reach your fitness goals. I highly recommend her!

    I had my first private intro class at Bodylink couple of weeks ago and absolutely loved it . I was impressed with my instructor who was extremely knowledgeable and motivating.I fell great after each class. I would highly recommend Bodylink for overall body health as well as pain management .

    I have been tried 3 different pillates studio (of cours 3 different instructors)she is the best !! She examined my body and immediately knew what is my problem why I have back pain!she correct your posture,train how to balancing your body! I leave in Pickering but it is worth to go there!!very strongly recommend!!!

    The instructor examines your body structure carefully and is able to pin point where and how to train your body to achieve its balance. For my profession, I spend most of my day in the office, sitting, staring at the monitor, under high stress and pressure. Naturally, I suffer from very tense shoulder and pain in my back and hip area. Since I started pilates I experience much less pain and have learned how to pay attention to my body. Pilates will help you to train your muscle properly so that your body can find its balance again. This is why a good instructor is so important for this kind of workout. And the Bodylink has an excellent one. Highly recommended.

    Started my 1:1 pilates session with Heidi almost 2 months ago and I’m loving it. Heidi is very knowledgeable, attentive, patient and definitely knows how to push the boundaries of the body. She will tailor a workout program that helps strengthen the areas that need working on. I also love that she mixes up the workouts every week so I’m never bored and I’m challenged enough to break a sweat. I highly recommend Heidi for overall body health as well as pain management.

    I’m having pilates with instructor MJ and she is so amazing. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She focuses on areas of weakness and teaches how to use my body properly. I have improved my posture, flexibility and strength. I feel a difference every time after the session. I highly recommend her!!!

    I have been working as a hairstylist for over 10 years and I have been suffered from back and shoulder pains. The instructor is very knowledgeable and she explains clearly about how my body condition is and corrects my body posture. My back pain is almost gone now after third lessons. The center is also very clean and well maintained with various equipments.

    I am not very athletic and I'm prone to injuries and have lower back pain and muscle tightness. I've always wanted to find someone who has deep knowledge about the body to train with me. Based on the positive reviews on Google I started training with MJ. Every bit of the positive reviews was right. I appreciate that she took time to work with me to correct my spinal misalignment. Then she chose very targeted exercises for my body. I already felt the difference in a few sessions. I highly recommend MJ and all the amazing trainers at Bodylink. And the location is super convenient with many free parkings.

    For the past years, I haven’t been working out and mostly busy with work. Having an office job, sitting all day - affected my posture and caused back pains. When I discovered Bodylink, I’m always excited to attend my classes here. My instructor Heidi is very helpful and informative. Every class with her is always a new learning experience for me. She encourages and helps me to correct my posture and my lower back pain reduced since. I’ve never been this determined to stay fit and get better. I highly recommend taking your Pilates classes here. Everyone is very nice and only wants the best for your wellness.

    Stella is very helpful and professional. I started my sessions about one month ago and I can feel my muscles get stronger after each session. Sessions are challenging. Definitely highly recommend.

    During Covid, I skipped my work out for three years ; so my overall posture wasn’t corrected and caused lower and high back pains But after I started 1:1 lesson with Ms Yoon Minjung from Bodylink, my higher and lower back pain reduced a lot. She encourages and helps me to correct my posture and teach me how to correct in daily life as well and is very knowledgeable, kind , patient and helpful I highly recommend taking your Pilates classes here, since it’s truly affecting my overall health and let me stay fit. I also love the new studio. It has a great view and very clean environment

    The most knowledgeable and professional rehabilitation approach, massage and muscular stimulation I have ever come across. Regardless of your condition I am confident that you won't ever come across anyone better at bringing your body back to life and on a path to becoming in best shape and health of your life. The facility is super clean and all Covid protocols are being followed.

    I have been attending privates classes with teacher Minjeong Yun for many months now. During these sessions, she was able to identify the unbalanced and weak parts of my body and make it stronger. The improvement made to my golfer’s elbow has come a long way. I am very satisfied with her techniques and will continue to train under her.

    Minjeong is very experienced and knowledgeable. She identified weaknesses in certain areas of my body and addressed them in each session. The exercise is challenging and helps improve my flexibility, core strength and balance. The studio is very nice and clean.

    I am a pilates instructor myself. I was seeking some sources to expand my knowledge as an instructor. I met MJ master teacher and I am very satisfied with her help. I am going through the process of fixing my own probelms as well as deepening my knowledge about the body so I can apply it to my clients. I am so happy that I have such a good instructor around me. The studio atmosphere is very nice and all the instructors are very experienced and kind.

    My core strength was pretty much non-existent after having baby. My physical recommended pilate so I started coming to Bodylink studio after 3 months I gave birth and I'm so glad I did it. I really like my instructor Hanna and the class. My body feels stronger, flexible, more balanced after 10 sessions. Bodylink is a very friendly studio with great instructors and good choice of schedules.This place is clean and bright. Highly recommend if you are a new mom who try to improve posture and regain strength after having a baby. Thanks Hanna & MJ
