Good pizza and pasta restaurant, suitable for families. They also have bar seating. Restaurant was half full on a Saturday night, without any special games on TV. Restaurant is typically busier if there's a Leafs or Raptors game. Interior design is starting to feel a little dated, and could use a makeover. Most guests were Asian at this location.

The buffalo cauliflower bites are tasty. It would be more tasty if it can be a bit crunchier. Pizza taste is as good as you can expect. A Lot of options in terms of pizza, spaghetti, pasta. Overall good experience of the dine in. They have maintained cleanliness and takes all the precautions.

Food wasn't bad. The service here needs alot if work serves seem to be doing there own thing. Tried to get drink refill and couldn't. Thought I was going to choke while eating. Then when time to get the bill for almost an hour. If your Hungry or have to be somewhere after I don't recommend this place at all. If the service was better would be worth the food. If the restaurant was busy it would be understandable but wasnt busy at all probbly because of there service. This is the 3rd time have had this experience here i gave the first 2 times a chance but the same bad service 3 times i would never come.back.They do have a nice atmosphere.

Happy to dine out with my family for my birthday even though we have to sit in separate tables. The patio is pretty much covered and the threat of a rainfall didn’t matter. They set up two big screen TVs to play sports. Our reservation was 6:30 on Friday night and the server already told us they’re out of fries and onion rings! We ordered yam fries and they were okay, not as crispy. The Royal Hawaiian pizza has prosciutto instead of ham and was a nice change. My son ordered the ravioli which was good but the shrimp fettuccine looked more like spaghetti. Nachos were loaded and crispy. Double order of chicken wings in Thai chilli and honey garlic flavours were tender and tasty. Rack of ribs were also tender and fell off the bone. The French onion soup is good size and passed my dad’s taste test! The garlic bread slices were soggy though. The overall experience was great and the service was good.

Very nice and tasty food. Service was amazing. Very quick service as well. One consistent thing about Boston Pizza is that the food and service is amazing in all locations and this service is no different. Definitely try the holiday specials they taste amazing. Jalapeno Dip cactus cut potatoes and brownie s'mores were delicious. The free refills on refreshers are very good and a must have. Do miss the cucumber lime refreshers which is a summer favorite. The kids menu is also lovely and the staff is super friendly as well.

First time at this location. It was a good experience. They have proper Covid protocols in place. The restaurant is clean, washrooms seemed maintained well, and the overall cleanliness was visible. (Tables and touch points being sanitized, windows being cleaned, etc) Our server, Francesca, was phenomenal. She was attentive, ensured we always had everything we needed, and her attitude was amazing. She made good recommendations and knew the menu well. Thank you Francesca, for making this visit worth while. You’re awesome! For the food, We started with the Bandera Bread and “Hot Honey” Wings For our entrees, we had the, “The Big Dipper” with a side of Spaghetti. Also, the Seven Cheese Ravioli, which was delicious. Overall, a fantastic experience. 100% recommend this location.

Went there after some time but had an amazing time there. The change of management has worked wonders here. Was pleasantly surprised to see a separate halal menu. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. Loved the pizza, pasta, and wings here. Highly recommended!!!

Boston Pizza has made lots of changes in the way they serve their customers.We saw a robot going around,bringing customers their food,which seemed fun,but it never came to us,even though my children kindly asked several times to see how that robot works,and it made them feel sad. We had a nice dinner,but the waitress was in such a rush that stressed us and made us rush too... Food was in general good,although it could have been better. We asked for a well done sirloin,but when we cut it it was undone...That showed that even in cooking the meals they were rushing too... The bill also was quite salty... Over-all I am being generous to give it a 3 star review.

Tonight for dinner, I had Boston Pizza and ordered their new Garlic Shrimp Mac & Cheese! It was really good with the Garlic Bread pairing!! I really liked how there was cheese in every bite!!! I'm saving some for leftovers during lunchtime. Thanks BP on Warden for a delicious takeout dinner!!!! 😋🙏🏻❤️

Second time coming here for a UFC event. It’s a great location with standard food and great service. The nachos are a great option as a snack for the table. Good amount of toppings, spicy and flavourful, and not too filling.

Pizza, steak, and drinks, you can't go wrong. I love eating at Boston pizza. It's great to sit down, watch a sports game, and eat some great food. I highly recommend this location. The staff are friendly and the food is fantastic.

Went there for a quick lunch with some friends. We dont have to wait which is good for us. We oreded a larger meat lover pizza and some other food. Love the quiet place and service is good

The food was delicious. The spinach and artichoke was amazing and highly recommended. Only reason 4 stars was because when the first severs shift finished no one came after and we wanted more drinks.

I and my friends had a disappointing experience due to the unprofessional behavior of the host who made faces and created an unwelcoming atmosphere. This behavior was off-putting and negatively impacted my visit. Management should address such issues for a better customer experience.

Always the best place to watch a game. Server was nice and food was good! No complaints ever, just miss how this place used to be packed during the leafs or raptors games. They were nice and put the leafs game audio in the bar for us.

We ordered dinner to go. It was mostly good except for a few issues. For the calimari, not only were the pieces small, but at least 20% of it was pieces of pepper. Edit: We also requested no onions or bell peppers in the salad, as well as no mozzerella on the pizza. None of these modifications were done.

Good place for families to have a lunch. The food is tasty and fresh, drinks look beautiful. All staff is friendly and professional.

Ok taste and ok atmosphere I was surprised only one server was working and two-three other staffs were hosts (?) In the dining room. Only one server was running busy others were just hanging around and did not even bring drinks to the tables. Food tastes were nothing special, I do not think I would go back to that specific BP location.

Came on a Saturday for lunch. Was seated promptly. Servers were polite and attentive. The food was good, although the appetizer (calamari)took a long time, and arrived after the pizza and pasta was done. Bathrooms and decor could use a little freshening up.

Although the food was good , me and my group of friends had a bad customer service experience, We had waited 30 minutes just to get water to the table and an extra 30 minutes just for the food we order to get to the table as well. The servers were also very rude and gave us alot of attitude despite how nice and patient we were.

It's not even comparable to the other branches, as a regular customer of Boston Pizza I say. Poor service. When I asked the waitress for sanitizer, she referred me to the washroom! Steake was dry and pasta Alfredo was greasy. I would never go back there.

We had lunch here again. Usually bowl vegetables are raw in other restaurants. But here is cooked. Sure different.

We had a very good experience at this location. Pooja was an amazing manager and accommodated us without a reservation. Our server Michael was very attentive and patient with us.

The food was so good specially the Rib which I can say it was one of the best I ever had. Wasn't dry at all and the sweetness was very good. The pizza was the medium size and it was so good too. The only negative point was the waiting time for having our drinks at the beginning which took a little more than usual.

Food was fine but the service was absolutely unacceptable. I arrived around 6 pm, not much customer was around. The server looked tired, there was no greeting and no smile, talked like a zombie. It was a horrible experience and I lost my entire appetite. I should have checked the reviews before I visit.
