love the wings there! I think they have changed owner and new management. They are very friendly & helpful. I recommend this place

Absolutely inconsistent service and the last time I went it was truly abysmal. We specifically wanted just 3 pound wings, no fries or onion rings but the server asked us if we wanted some anyway, and we still said no. He continued to explain that they came with our wings (which they didn't, they only come with 2 pound) and we even asked a third time if he was absolutely sure they came with the 3 pound wings, to which he said yes. Lo and behold, when the bill came, he charged us for the onion rings. We tried to contest it, which OF COURSE, he said "they don't come with the 3 pound wings" we know, that's why we asked 3 times. He gave us so much trouble for an error he made it was absolutely mind blowing. Not coming here ever again and I do not recommend others coming here either. Sure you might luck out and get a decent server, but you might as well just save your money and go to the Markham road location instead, much better. Do not ever come to the Major Mack location, there is a reason why it's empty 90% of the time.

Wasn't very impressed with the food. I ordered the bruschetta flatbread, and this is what came out. The image on the right is what is advertised, and there's supposed to be cucumber and basil on it. When I had asked what happened to the rest of the toppings, I was told the kitchen ran out of cucumbers, and they can't serve basil due to allergies. I just wish they would have told me before making the food because I definitely would have changed my order if I had known all I would be getting is some feta, balsamic, and tomato chunks on top of some cheesy bread. My friend got the fish and chips, and the fish was 5 shades too dark, like they left it in the fryer for way too long. The only redeeming part was the fries that came with the fish. Their strongbow cider was flat and warm too.

Honestly, the best wings and fries i had at any wild wings. Not sure why the quality was so much better here but it was very noticeable. I would definitely come back.

Came in the wing special day and ordered some dry wings, fries were way too salty and wings were also too salty. Also ordered a Gar Par and the sauce wasn't fully mixed and looked like it was just thrown on. Worst part was one of the staff waiting tables wasn't wearing a mask the whole time after serving us, other tables and being in the kitchen. I like Wild Wings but this location really aint it.

Probably the best wild wings in Markham. The honey jerk wings I got were very good and fries were excellent as well! I think the new management that took over has definitely changed a lot for the better. Will be coming back again!

If you've ever been to wild wing, the food is exactly what you expect. I'm assuming the owners are now running the place without actual servers as they are pretty unversed in serving. Slow service and not knowing how to operate the point of sale computer. Foods fine though.

Was my first time eating at this location and I got good service plus awesome food...I recommend eating here...

The classic wings here are just fine, nothing special but they are great wings. The nachos here are also average but nonetheless still pretty good. The restaurant was empty but our waiter is extremely friendly and caring. Would came here again

Wings were very tasty. Waitress was very pleasant. Overall a great experience after a hard day at work. Would recommend this location.

Usually the wings are not bad but today the wings were hard as a rock. Both the wings and the fries were way overcooked. I got regular but it tasted like it was breaded. The only thing not overcooked were the vegetables.

Definitely not for me food was stone cold and didn't bother giving us any dipping sauce including the extra one they charged us for. Needless to say I will not be back again they must be hard up for money if they need to charge us for dipping sauces but don't give the customer what they paid for.

Burgers come standard with globs of mayo?? Not listed anywhere on the menu but my son's bacon cheeseburger came slathered in mayo. Server insisted all burgers come with mayo and pulled out a menu and read it in front of me only to dismiss me saying even if it's not listed mayo comes on all the burgers. Didn't offer us another menu item so my son didn't get dinner Just said he would take it off the bill. My son had ordered Caesar salad with his burger instead of fries ($2.99 upgrade) but the final bill showed $6.00 for a side caesar instead because the burger was removed. The rest of the table had over-salted food that was just mediocre. Also, no soap or paper towels in 2 of the 3 washrooms. Plenty of other places to eat. I'll skip this one from now on.

Went on a Sunday for dinner and had the place to ourselves. Solo server was super nice and wings were solid.

Great service and really good wings. Patio is small and facing residential area but overall a good addition. Enjoyed the food!

Save yourself the time and eat somewhere else. We were the only people in the restaurant and still waited 5 minutes to be served. Ordered Caesar’s. Sever brought them over and left. I’ve been in the bar industry for over 15 years and this was the worst Caesar I have ever had. We waited for the server for over 5 minutes. He was now so we left. We went across Wild Wings walked over to the restaurant, came right up to our table and demanded us to pay for the two Caesar’s. He wreaked of cigarette smoke and he apparently disappeared because he is the cook as well. I am thankful we left because the cigarette smoke coming off of him would probably come through in the food. He was rude, unprofessional, and uncalled for. We wrote a review the first time and instead of taking account for their inappropriate actions, they tell us we’re wrong and they make ‘great’ Caesar’s. Pathetic. EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE!

waters the cesar down we saw him … doesnt come to us when we are the only table in the restaurant waiting to order are food for the longest time , obviously we walk out worst Cesar drink worst service and the guy chases us down to symposiom expecting us to pay for hes bad cesar drinks hahah

I always order the Red Hot and Blue wings and they are usually good but I think they ran low on sauce and tried to cut it by adding vinegar. My mouth has been tingling for the last 30min. It was way to much. Wasted money, I had to throw them out. Why do this?!? Just offer me something else. It was so bad.

It was nice and hot. Server was well knowledgeable.

Good food but way too understaff with only 2 girls serving. Our meals arrived almost a hour later !! But all in all management should have been prepared as the phone was ringing continuously and no one answering at all. Patrons coming in and complaining why are not answering your phone ? Not a good way to conduct business. The 2 girls were running off there feet so i gave a 25% tip !! Well deserved .....😊

Great wings, service and it's one of the better wings spots in the Markham area

Literally the best Wild Wing location I've ever experienced! The food was immaculate. I've never received wings that big before and the presentation of them with the sides looked like it came from a magazine! I'd give 10 stars if I could! Also had a fabulous waiter who was super kind and accommodating to my family!

Took a chance on this location again after a year, following burnt wings being positioned as "that's the way they come"... Now Careless food preparation again. 2 of our 3 orders were incorrect. Then rather than remake my snakebite, they simply drizzled the additional seasoning over the wings they initially brought out which resulted in unbearably spicy wings. As much as I like spicy I was unable to finish them given the XXHot "new" base flavour. I tried to just suck it up, but couldn't.... Moving forward I will only go to the one at on Markham Rd. Never had an issue there... Very disappointing.
