The Alley is one of my favourite places for bubble tea. The reason it only deserved 3 stars at this location was because the female worker there was really impatient when I was placing my order. When I asked her a question about their points collection program, she answered with an attitude. Despite her poor service, the drinks were good and consistent.

I just recently visited the Alley for the first time. The staff was nice and quick. I ordered Deriocca Puff. The bubbles was crunchy and tasteful. Now, it will be my favourite store.

Small cafe with limited seating but the aesthetic is very cute! Service has definitely taken a hit in the past year - staff is rude, swearing loudly and no customer service skills. The quality of ingredients has gone down as well.

The Alley now has a few stores in the GTA. I've been to the location on Main Street Unionville many times. On this night I was with friends having dinner at a restaurant in the same plaza. We decided after eating to hit a 'Bubble Tea' Joint. Just a few doors down we found The Alley, and it was packed. We waited a little while for the crowd to calm down a bit and went in. This is a smaller location but the staff there are on the ball, and very helpful as I was looking more for a juice drink on this visit than a Milk tea or Bubble tea. The Alley specializes in 'Deerioca' which is their version of tapioca. I've had the Deerioca a few times and I do like it. On this visit, I just wanted something sweet and not milky. My friend got their favourites and I got something I hadn't tried before. On the advice of one of the staff, I got an Orange Lulu a sweet, orangy juice drink that was ice cold and very refreshing. I highly recommend this location but be warned, at night this smaller location is very busy with the younger crowd, and you may have to wait a while for your drinks. Like most of the other Alley locations, the drinks are consistent and always very well made.

The best bubble tea place in town as of today. It uses real tea leaves and milk. No powders and chemicals and nothing taste better than the real thing. Ok I had another try today and ordered the Alley trio milk tea. The tea taste is a bit more dilute this time. I liked it better the first time I had it. Please try to be consistent 😀 still good would have given 5 stars. The cashier is always friendly no matter how busy they are.

Alley is one of my most visited bubble tea stores and my favorite drink is white peach Oolong tea with tapiocas. I give this store a 3 stars because the ventilation inside the store has lots of room to improve and it’s always very humid and feel stuffy. However, the location is centrally located and convenient so I give it a 3 stars.

I had an amazing time trying the JJK x Alley Boba drinks. They were some of my personal favorites that I've been really looking forward to trying. The prices were pretty much the same as any other drink resteraunt and I was very happy about that. The place was not crowded at all and my group of 7 had plenty of space to sit down and hang out.

Music way too loud, space way too small. Making the drink was pretty fast but probably because I was the only customer. The guy just yelled your drink and left, I wasn’t even sure what he said because music was too loud. I came up and had to look for my drink because also, I didn’t even known where he put it and he just left.

Ordered the first passion fruit & green tea bubbletea! It was so good and fresh, highly recommended if you want something fruity.

As of this posting the best bubble tea in town. Asian hipster kind of a vibe and decor but quality drinks. Love the Royal No.9 milk tea. In-house made tapioca is excellent, soft and flavourful. On a weekday after lunch in the summer this location was quite busy, took some time to get our order but it was well worth the wait. In the ultra competitive landscape of bubble tea joints in the GTA this place shines.

Another great spot to enjoy some bubble teas. Nice flavours and something refreshing to enjoy in summers. Must try…!!! 🧋

Great tea, well done boba. The sugar and ice level was just as requested. The royal number 9 is one of a kind.

I work very close by Hwy 7 and everytimes when I wanna go BBT...there must be plenty of choice on Hwy 7...however The Alley has the upmost professional and great selection of BBT to choose...their prices are damn good... everything is expensive now day...if any of you thinking drinking The Alley BBT is expensive or anything...then I would suggest those people just buy water and finish it...why no complaint the gas prices are increasing? Or flight tickets are increasing? Anyways...talk back to their location! This location may be small but and however the staff inside are professionally train with great attitude! Delivering a very warmth and friendly feeling...that's something you don't often see from other BBT places! 5 out 5 star since I know I am always coming back here for BBT!

I always heard about their famous bubble tea, it was good, I would appreciate if you guys tell what is the best on their menu? I got one deerioca fever with fresh milk! Was great but if there is anything with tastes even more intense let me know! I also ordered one snow velvet brown sugar latte! Was good as well.

We ordered the crunchy tiramisu milk and kiwi slush. Both were very delicious. The person serving us was very friendly !

First three (3) items on the menu that I asked for were not available at the time of my visit. Tiramisu Crunch and Signature Milk Tea were my alternatives. They were not bad, indeed, they were unique, different from other milk teas. Unfortunately staffs were not accommodating and I am not fully confident if this tea shop was impressive enough to revisit, especially there are at least seven (7) more tea shops within one-minute walking distance.

Their Deerioca Puff is the best. Much better than the one i have in downtown location. And it’s consistently good- the brown sugar tapioca is so soft and chewy- never disappointed even one time at this location. Highly recommend!

Favourite bubble tea place! Feels like it’s a better quality than a lot of others in the area.

Royal no 9 is fantastic. One of my favourite drinks. DO NOT get the Oreo devils slush. It's basically chocolate syrup with ice/water and some Oreo bits. Ended up throwing it out.

Un-updated menù and didn't have two things that we wanted. They didn't let us customize the sugar levels or ice levels because a majority of the drinks are "fixed". It's not hard to add tapioca to a "fixed" drink.

Favourite bubble tea chain in all of Toronto but a bit on the pricier side. Make sure to sign up for the app to get rewards like free toppings and free drink on your birthday

Real milk tea! The flavor of milk tea was very rich. I ordered the alley's pick menus 1 & 2. Deerioca fever and Royal no9 milk tea were great.
