My sister recommended this place. Not too sweet milk tea, we liked it

It was a good choice to buy bubble tea here. We ordered from The Alley’s Picks. The service with quick and the taste of their drinks were great. So excited to visit Main Street Unionville again in such good weather. Every time we go to Main Street, we always loved to buy drinks from our favourite bubble tea shop ~ The Alley at this location. Their drinks are always in good quality and tasted really refreshing. They make us feel so good after a long walk around Too Good Pond Park.

A super tiny location for The Alley, located in the heart of quaint little Unionville. Came on Canada Day and it was super busy. No AC so it was sweltering hot. Not as nice and comfortable of a location to visit compared to others that have a full dine-in area.

I ordered with soy milk because I’m allergic to fresh milk. The people working there was fooling around and ended up taking 15 minutes to make my drink wrong. They gave me fresh milk so I asked to just return the drink because I was i had to go. One of the people there still dared to tell me that she can make me another one. Like how long do you think I can wait ? I told them to just return the drink and the drink and then they got mad.

The alley has been my go to choice for BBT since it opened up. They make fresh tapioca, and wonderful tea. I can't think of a better place to enjoy bubble tea. The customer service is really fast and for the size of the location they can crank out drinks!

I always come to this bbt shop when i’m in Unionville. This little shop is cute and cozy. The drinks are always better than other The Alley location. However, the service is always slow for some reason. We waited for 45 minutes for our drink last time.

We came in at 12:20 PM and they didn’t have tapioca or derioca ready. We ordered the trio milk tea which comes with 2 kinds of jelly and tapioca. Since they didn’t have tapioca, we asked for grass jelly as substitute. Instead of substituting it for free, they insisted of charging us 80 cents. I know it’s not the staff’s decision and they were just the rules but it’s not fair for customers because everything should have been ready when the store is open.

Had the Alley Trio Milk Tea. Was delicious and the tea made fresh! The toppings were the right amount and kept me full for 3 hours haha. Keep up the good work 😸

The girl whom made us the drink was very friendly, patient, professional. Both me and my kid loved the drink. Will definitely visit again ☺️

Last stop of our food journey of the day. A boba (tapioca Pearl) place tucked in the old town Unionville. Like the smoothness of their milk tea and soft boba.

Am not a bubba tea person but I really like their teas are somehow very good and quite unique. They have some season specials which appealed to me and after trying, must say it was delicious. I would definitely come back if I’m visiting main st again!

I love the tea from The Alley, but I'm not sure if they add ice to the one I ordered. The ice kind of made it taste different and that was not a great experience for me. Felt disappointed, maybe without ice it'd taste better.

Seriously this is the first bubble tea shop says they can’t “no ice”. I asked less sugar, they say it’s fixed sugar level I can understand, I asked to make it warm because my stomach wasn’t feel good, they say it can’t be warm. I say okay no ice then, I just want something NOT that icy, the reception said she can’t control it. ??? Ice is manually added before sealing, why ice cannot be removed? Most importantly, the bubble got hard like pebbles and not tasty at all. 2 stars for product, 0 star for service.

Major highlight of this place is of its location in the Unionville area. Has a decent sitting outside which is perfect for a spring or summer day. I had the crunchy tiramisu which was a unique flavor for boba and tasted really good. Would recommend this place!

Went with friends. It was our first time here. I’d say it’s one of the best bbt places I’ve been to. We’ll be coming back to try other flavours. :) I highly recommend this place! Cute patio too! 😊

The Alley is my fav bbt shop in toronto; this location has a nice small patio area to sip your drink. I find the service here mediocre, but im really just here for the beverage so it doesnt bother me much.

Went on Aug 6, 2022 at noon. Super friendly staff. Had original milk bubble tea. Kids had fruit version. Very well made!

Yesterday i went there and ordered 4 drinks I had hot ginger milk tea, my husband and my mom had no.9 milk tea with pearl .. my daughter had soy milk based drink. We are suffering from diarrhea and stomach... except for my daughter... I think there milk was not fresh. I don't recommend this place. I spent money and got sick!!!!

Came here on a Saturday afternoon. It is a tiny location on main st. They don’t offer seats in the store so there are only about 4 tables available in the patio area. If you plan on grabbing seats and hanging out with friends, you may not find a table available. Drinks are disappointing for me. I ordered a no. 9 with tapioca. The milk tea tastes weak and the tapioca seems like they need more time in the syrup to absorb more sugar to have flavours. I would expect a better, rich drink at the $7 price point.

I was doing Uber Eats today on a rainy Halloween you can imagine how tricky it already is. I walk in to this store going towards the “customer service” to show order number. The girl starts yelling and showing me with the hands to stand behind… I felt so embarrassed everyone was looking at me as if I have done something wrong. I understand there are rules but you don’t need to be like that. Honestly I would never want myself or anyone I know to walk in to this store even if you serve the best bubble tea, there are days I would show up as a customer and your store is a huge no. Wont even accept deliveries from here. I have done over 500 deliveries and no one has ever done this… shame….

Great place for a quick hydration fix, great selection of bubble tea with various choices of sugar levels and the amount of ice. Freshly made for your personal taste!

Always a good time at the Alley. To me, it's the standard. Nothing like a good Royal no. 9 of Apple of my Eye. Great go to drinks all the time. What's great about the Alley is they always dabble in other forms and seems to keep what sticks, like they're brown sugar drinks. The newest one I tried is this "crunchy" one. I have to say it's not my favourite. It has a decent chocolate flavour but the crunchy part didn't really do it for me. In fact the rice crispy they used became soggy instead. I would have like some kind of granola that would have a bit more integrity for the crunch. Overall can't hate on the Alley. They have do many drinks that are just iconic and a staple in the bbtea world..

Ordered a tiramisu milk tea and ended up with an upset stomach and diarrhea. Only reason that I am not rating 1 star is that their drinks are visually pretty, but honestly I'd go to Chatime or Coco's instead.

Tried their newest flavor Strawberry Green Tea. It's ok. The green tea jelly is a bit off-putting--long rectangle going up the straw (you don't know how long or short it is).

The best "the alley" in Toronto. The location is easy to miss but it has very friendly staff and the drinks from here taste alot better than other locations.

Love the location, it is a vintage white house across from Unionville Planing Mills on Unionville Main St. Bubble teas are good with their usual standard. They have better tea selections than their fruit drinks. I love their Earl Grey Milk tea, why‘d they discontinue this drink?

overall has extra stars because gojo (jjk colab) was there, but lowered because service was a little unprofessional. I ordered the geto powerful tropical drink and overall i would rate the drink 9.5/10 the flavors were great and very fruity. But one of the cashiers was a little rude. She told me there were no more stickers, but i didnt understand if she meant there were no more geto stickers and gojo stickers so i asked her after she handed me the drink and she gave me attitude. “no, i already told u there arent any stickers!”

Waited 25 mins for this watery buble tea. We ordered royal no.9 ans they put a lot of cream and not too much tea. They even missed our order number and another guest got their drinks before us even they were behind us.
