I had a really positive experience here. I came to originally change my band because my engagement ring had a knife edge band and it was extremely uncomfortable. Every where else quoted me $500 to replace the entire band, but the lady I spoke to didn't try to upsell me and offered to shave it down instead at a much cheaper cost. She was extremely understanding of our needs and I would definitely come back if I need anything additional.
