The owner's customer service went above and beyond to help us refine our selection without trying to upsell us on products outside of our budget. At the end we found something nice and within our budget. She was very friendly and patient throughout the process and definitely demonstrated why this store reviews so highly amongst big-name competitors.

Fiance and I went to buy rings. We left with Turkish sweets, a heartfelt gift, and our purchase of 3 rings. (One for him, two for me.) She was very patient and helped me narrow down the type of ring that I would like, as well as informing me of how different rings trend over time, their durability, etc. *And* she swore on her life that the diamond wouldn't fall off of the ring. I wanted to get a pair of earrings for my mother's birthday. Aviani came to mind and I decided to see what they have to offer. Talin was not only friendly, but professional and knowledgeable of her jewelry. After looking at a few pairs, I have decided on the white gold, diamond and sapphire earrings.
