It’s sad that I have to leave a 1 star review for them, but I can’t let anyone experience what I just experienced. Terrible service, came here before to fix a watch strap because I came before, and the piece they replaced with it broke. I came back with a great attitude to see if I can pay them to fix it again and they gave me the most ridiculous response to say that they’ve never touched my strap before, and the price is not from them. And all the sudden told me to get out of the store and to never come again. EXTREMELY RUDE AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!

I told the lady that I saw a particular watch for less on Amazon. She told me to “go ahead then…” If she had just said: we can’t match it - I would have probably bought the watch anyways since it was the exact watch I was looking for and they had it in stock… I have been coming to Pacific Mall since I was like 13 and now I’m 34. This watch store has been around for ages… Who the hell is buying watches from here with this “lady” serving them? Shes always so reluctant to get up and talk to you… let alone show you anything… Who has a gun to this woman’s head forcing her to work in a luxury goods business… 99% of Tim Hortons employees treat me nicer.

My favourite watch store as they have the most competitive prices! Speak to sales associates for prices and you'd be surprised! Authentic and good watch selection if they carry the brand that you're after. This particular location carries Oris/Longines/Tissot/Hamilton, and they can order current models without much difficulty. Other unique items are imported Asia versions of Seiko's which are generally harder to find in person around here. I give them 8.5/10!

Went in here to see about buying a 1k g shock and the lady didn't want to waste her time with me as she thought I couldn't afford it, maybe because I was in my work uniform who knows. Needless to say I bought the watch but not from her.

Terrible service. I will never go to a Chinese retail watch store again. This place claims to sell Longines but they say they do not change batteries for Longines watches and when I asked where to find a place to exchange battery for my Longines watch, they just told me to leave so I filed a complaint to Longines headquarters. Longines headquarters was very courteous and professional and kind enough to really arrange a representative to meet with me at L’ Oro Watches and Jewelers in Markville Shopping Centre. Excellent service from Longines but ….. Terrible service from Times Circle Boutique and made me afraid of buying watches from a Chinese retailer,

Customer service is bad. I had a issue with my Swatch. The lady told me I had to take it myself to directly to the Swatch service centre and told me the address is in the little booklet that came with the watch. I couldn't find it. Instead I had to google it. Which turns out to be located in the downtown core and they close at 5pm, I work till 4:30pm about 50km away. So, I call around to other Swatch authorized dealers and they offered to take the watch send it the service centre for me without me asking them to do it.

Unlike the other reviews here i had a positive experience. I was interested in a watch they did not have in display, but as an authorized dealer, offered to check stock and order. They gave me a free catalogues, were not pushy and helpful in looking up the pricing. Coming back, I ordered the watch, the lady was very detail oriented and triple checked the numbers, took a picture of the code I wrote down and verified the picture in the catalogue. After that, it was a very fair price and prompt call when it came in. Coming back to order an additional strap was the same great experience.

Great collection small gift items, world class and sunglasses, frame , region able price for batteries change n service .

Extremely bad services period. They don't seem to want your business especially the sales lady.

Just bought my first watch (Tissot PRX) from this store. Super smooth transaction, sales lady I worked with was very friendly. I was probably in and out of the store in less than 10 min, wallet a little bit lighter but with a beautiful watch on my wrist. I'm sorry other people didn't have as good of a time as I did, but I would definitely recommend this dealer.

The sales ladies here seemed standoffish. No greeting of any type when we went in the store. Didn't make us feel welcomed. When I asked to see a watch, the sales lady plopped the watch down hard on the mat, like she was annoyed that I was wasting her time. Kind of rude. At the very least, they are not gentle with their product. When I tried to negotiate for a good price for a watch, the sales lady would insist on certain percent discount and would not budge from that. Which is fine, I've had that elsewhere before, but she seemed unpleasant about it, like they don't need or want to sell me the watch. The differentiating factors between watches stores could be good price and good customer experience. I felt like I got neither from this store. The discount I was told might be good for Swiss brands, but not good for Japanese brands, as I've had better discounts for Japanese brands elsewhere. The saving grace was they had the watch that I wanted.
