Never going back to this clinic. This doctor is very unprofessional. She does not make me feel comfortable. Throughout our virtual phone call, she made some really rude comments about my decisions of going to a different doctor about my health. I did not like the way she has spoke to me. From my past appointments with her, she spends most her time talking about her husband and childrens elections instead of your own health. The waiting time is extremely slow. I would have to wait more than 2 hours to be seen by the doctor. I would not recommend going here. You will not receive the support and respect you need from the doctor.

Dr Logan is not look like professional doctor, she does not spend more than 3 minutes with a patient, always rushing, not even talk with patients softly, not worth for star rating. if a patient go there with many medical problems, the doctor listen only one problem at a visit, want to go another visit to other problem.

When a patient goes to their Doctor, they expect care and empathy, I believe that all Doctors perform an oath to their patients. But I came to Dr. Logon seeking the expected care and empathy, BUT, SHE made me wait for 5 hours, and when I had requested help, she was very cold, and for some reason angry. I left her office at McCowan and Dennison in much worse shape then when I entered her office. I never saw such anger and cold heartedness from a Doctor. I have never entered her office since the bad experience. Maybe I am Indian and she serves her own Tamil community.

Honestly the service is very poor my wife and I were there on Saturday saw the doctor who was supposed to send our prescription to the pharmacy the same day... today is Tuesday still no medication. Every tme you call that place you end up getting upset and frustrated. Everytime you call they put you on hold and forget that you are on hold...I honestly think they treat individuals differently their based on culture and nationality. Time to change doctors.

Imagine being a “health clinic” and denying someone access to the restroom . There is nothing to discuss further , no I am not mistaken I was DENIED access to your restroom facility with no hesitation at all by one of your staff members. And by the looks of your many one star negative reviews , seems as though there is no improvement on your clinics part at all.

I don't even consider giving this "doctor" a one star because of her unethical behaviour and profession. She and her team is still using the privilege of the covid pandemic to not effectively diagnose any patients, (take in mask restrictions are lifting soon and vaccinations). Many patients have had severe issues that are left to be treated because of this doctors stupidity. Additionally it is quite hard to get a new doctor because the of the pandemic. It is certain that she will eventually get reported. I am writing this review to let any current patients or any new patients to understand how attending her care can affect your current health issues more than what you expect as she does not listen to the issues that you have and just goes along and prescribes what she thinks you have over the phone. Don't expect to go into the clinic for an appointment as her appointments have been running over the phone for the past 2 years. She is using the covid pandemic to make easy money without actually providing effective care. The staff will read my comment and say that they are unable to find me in there EMR database as an excuse to disregard this comment but they are still unworthy to get money without helping the patient. They will wait until something severe happens to you to say its not their fault because they never saw you. BE AWARE!!

Stay away from this clinic, you better off going to ER. Emergency hospitals waiting time around 1-2 hours, but this so called family doctor wait time is 3 hours if you are lucky.

Worst doctor ever. Does not take any time to figure out what is wrong or properly diagnose. Extremely unprofessional.

I don't usually write reviews often but I felt compelled to do so in this case. Dr. Raghubir is not your typical doctor, he's not afraid to grill you to get to the bottom of an issue and to try and understand what's going on. He's thorough when explaining everything and looks at the whole picture. Glad to have him as my sons pediatrician!

First would start off as no one should go to this clinic no matter what the circumstances are the doctor Logan should not be allowed to practice she is very unprofessional and has the least care for her patients if I can give no stars I would doesn’t even deserve one start she doesn’t know how to speak to the patients and even my children hate going to her unfortunately I had to take her as my family doctor as there was no other option but now I’m forced to do so and look for someone Els would strongly recommend that no one ever makes her your doctor.

Doctor is good, but staff is not managing appointment efficiently, many time people have to wait for 1-2 hours after their appointment, I think if she will fix this then this will very helpful for her practice.

Called in to inquire if clinic does walk-in services. Reception says they don’t. Either there was some miscommunication regarding their holiday hours or the Google services is misleading saying they do offer walk in service.

Dr.Logan is a great doctor! My mother recently had a biopsy which was really badly infected. Dr.Logan took care of mom with a lot of patience and took care of her in her clinic instead of sending her to the hospital. She is very nice and very knowledgeable! She is definitely a skilled doctor.

The staff was very friendly. 5 stars to them. However Logan (don’t feel comfortable calling her a doctor) is definitely in the wrong profession. I’m surprised she is still allowed to practice. Not sure how much she charged people for the 5 star reviews...

Dr Logan has been my family doctor for over twenty years. She is a highly skilled and experienced family physician, “A Saying goes like this Patient must listen to the body. The doctor must listen the patient “ Dr Logan exactly does that. She is always very attentive. She listens to everything I tell her. When it comes to assessing, precise diagnosis and tailoring right treatment she is second to none. Over sixty years I have seen many doctors in my life at different times. Each time I get an injection I always remind her no one has ever given me an injection with absolutely pain free like Dr Logan. What a skilful person. She also great social and worker Works with many humanitarian charities helping the needy. An exemplary clinician and a great soul.

I will never stop going to Dr.Logan! She is a wonderful doctor and also makes her patients feel like home! Even during COVID-19, she always makes herself available to call and talk about any health concerns or any medical related things in general! Great doctor and I will highly recommend her.

Dr. Logan is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of me and my family's health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. I have been to many walk-ins trying to find the right doctor, but I wasn't pleased with the care I was getting. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. Staff is great too, very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend becoming her patient!
