I usually get mine at the midland location after meal, today I tried this location, boy was I disappointed. I bought a Matcha Red Bean Smoothie with slight sugar, but when I got home and started drinking it, I realized it had NO red bean, NO milk, it literally tasted like sugar water with a slight hint of matcha.....

Great taste. Good staff. Quick service. Nice ambience. I recommend going here if you want to get a quick tasty drink after a meal, So many options with flavors, milk or no milk, sugar level or even no sugar. I love the taro milk tea and also their mango smoothie.

5/10 Another chatime so what makes this store different than their other stores.... Their staffs will. Non of their staffs had any smile on their face. One of their staff is having a drink and playing her phone on a table by herself and 4 of us standing beside her with no where to sit. I ask her can I sit here she gave me a look and did not say anything and continue to play with her phone. Please treat your customer like a customer even you are on break time. Just a simple yes or no respond will do.

ARROGANT and DISRESPECTFUL Chinese female staff. The drink she made was disgusting too. So I was friendly and nice while ordering and this female staff was making face and looks and talks in a disrespectful way to me. She obviously has poor people skill or partially racist. Staff here needs extensive training with their behavioral and service skill. Also on how to properly make a Thai bubble tea. The Chinese female staff also grabbed the napkin box while I'am just starting to take a napkin, awful Chat time store.

Don’t waste money on the roll cake. It’s frozen😂we can even feel the ice in the cake. The sponge cake is super super super dry😭not fresh at all. Advice for staff: defrost the dessert in advance. Also please prepare the enough forks to customers. We only get one for two people.

Was in a rush and didn't check my order. Ordered a grass jelly roasted milk tea with Sago as an additional topping. Only received my sago but no grass jelly at all. Very disappointed.

I'm extremely upset with the poor customer service. I felt that this particular Chattime took advantage of us with promotional offer making us pay more and they took it away was because we used our points. They contradicted what they said they could offer for us as customers. Yes they did charge my points knowingly and ended changing their minds.The issue we had was completely mishandled and they didn't the accountability for their action. I dont mind to pay a certain amount but when you don't apologize for things that went wrong, I'm really not okay with it.

I saw a lot of complaints and bad reviews. Honestly, I didn’t feel any service or quality problem. It just same as other Chatime.

They have fast service but are very skimpy with TOPPINGS. Purchased a chatime triple and only received little amount. If your paying 7.00$ for a large PUT MORE TOPPINGS. The drinks they made for the previous customer who had a small drink had more tapioca then I received. I did not want grass jelly, so they should compensate with more of the other two toppings. Not coming to this location anymore. Pacific mall location blesses you with toppings!

The worst drink and service I’ve ever seen in Chatime. This drink is so yucky and muddy. But the most disappointing thing is the attitude of the manager. She is very rude. I’m a fan of Chatime but will never come back since now.

I've been to this store plenty of times and they have never charged me for a bag and the service is usually pretty good. I went today to order a drink for a friend and asked for a bag when they finished making the drink. The employee tells me it cost $0.15. There was no notice or posting about this change in policy. The employee then says to me next time I can bring my own bag and use it.

Few times I got drink from here got sick , either they leave the milk out too lo g or not sanitary. I order brown sugar roasted milk tea it was not same as other locations no foam crema

This place is completely packed all day and night during the summer which is expected as it is a good refreshment during that season but they also get crazy busy even during winter or fall because some people like to hang out there. Reason why it's 3 stars. Other than that, prices are reasonable. I usually get the roasted brown sugar milk tea or qq mango juice and they're really good!

Had Kitkat roasted milk tea! I am so happy I tried this. Highly Recommended!

I come to this place for their boba even though I have two other locations closer to home - this location give a bit more boba than many other locations and I love them for that. Keep it up for us boba addicts out here heh :)

They took my order even though they were mopping & getting ready to shut down with no attitude/issues. The cashier even gave me a good recommendation for my topping and I am quite pleased with the service & professionalism :)

Unfortunately, Chatime has fallen a few levels. While many places have increased drink prices, Chatime has done this as well as start charging $0.15 for a bag and ask for tips for take out. Shameless

Embarrassingly small amount of toppings. They now give half of the amount they used to give. I go to several Chatime locations and it seems to be the same across all of them, so it's probably a corporate decision. Go to Mr. Sun, they give 3 times as much toppings.

Rude and disrespectful female staff which do not smile at all. While I was asking a question, I was inturupted while talking, multiple times. After looking at the reviews, other customers had the same experience. Need new staff with a better additude.
