What a great little place in downtown Markham! Loved the service they provided and they let me know that it’d be a few minutes extra because they brew the tea fresh through an espresso machine! They call it teapresso and this little added extra is really worth it! The flavour for me could’ve been a bit stronger, but the quality of the tea is bang on! Ordered the original bubble tea with crystal jelly. Love the crystal jelly as it’s got a different texture on top of the chewy tapioca pearls. It was really nice to find this bubble tea shop in the neighbourhood. They have a great variety of tea (Teapresso, Latte, Milk Tea, Teaccino, Specialty, Winter Flavours) and toppings. The price and size were reasonable. They only offer take out at the moment. The taste of their tea was very refreshing. The staff was very helpful and the service was quick.

One of the better/best bubble tea shops. The dedication to freshness and quality is showcased in the soft, chewiness of the tapioca pearls, and you can really taste the tea - it has a stronger, intenser favour (vs being diluted). Comebuy Original Bubble Milk Tea is easily recommended - it simply differentiates itself from other shops.

Best bubble tea I’ve had. Got the Neptune and it was really floral. The tapioca was chewy and perfectly sweetened. Service was also great! Would come regularly if I lived closer by.

One of my favourite and most consistent bubble tea spots in Markham. There toppings (Bubble and Crystal Jelly) is always well done, and the tea is always freshly brewed with lots of flavour.

This might be my all time favourite bubble tea place now. The Neptune milk tea was fantastic, had a hint of fruit in there. I also loved the tapioca + jelly combo. Note that the seating area is closed due to CoVid, still now in summer 2023. Overall excellent

I don't usually review food or drinks but I actually have to just mentioned this: Truly what bubble tea should taste like. It's definetly just unique in it's flavor but also just overall a higher tier of bubble tea. If you love any kind of bubble tea you cannot miss this opportunity. It slaps hard.

This bubble tea shop specializes in unique and different flavors you may not find at other places. For example, you won't find items like Brown sugar but you will enjoy other refreshing variety of flavors with tea bases such as oolong and ceylon. I especially like the menu of hot drinks which I enjoy during the winter. Service is very friendly and they manage high volume drink orders very well without a super long wait.

Come buy some COMEBUY bubble tea! Had a great experience at COMEBUY. The boba is very refreshing and the toppings taste fresh. The interior is well-decorated and you can even buy COMEBUY merch like a tote bag or boba bag! Service was good and boba came out quickly

Great place for bbt. They got an Expresso machine for some their drinks which is rare to see. Real quality drinks with a lot of milk tea to choose from. They got my order wrong but fixed it right away. Great service

The seating area was still closed due to COVID. You could see the hats and items of the staff scattered on the tables. I got the bubble milk tea. The server recommended to lower the sweetness since it might be too sweet so I did, however, I think they put less sugar than other bubbletea places like Chatime and Cocos so I would recommend keeping it at 100% rather than 70%. The tapioca was chewy but could have been softer, but the flavour was good. Most of the items seemed very niche and healthy. The servers were nice and gave people tips on how to drink their orders which was nice (eg. Shake before drinking).

Easily one of my favourite bubble tea spots. Came here for the first time and was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable employee. She gave me great recommendations on what to order based on my taste preference. Tapioca was the perfect consistency too- not too hard and not too soft. I ordered the neptune milk tea and was mind blown on how delicious the drink was. 10/10 for taste and 10/10 for customer service.

I am a huge bubble tea person and this is hands down one of my favourite places to go for a drink. I love the wheat milk tea with crystal jelly; the jelly is chewy and a nice alternative to the typical tapioca.

The bubble tea is great but the service is rude. The woman that’s always there is super bossy and seems to be in charge of everything in a very unpleasant manner . Improve your service and maybe you won’t lose as much business!

Best bubble tea I’ve had. Had the Neptune and passion milk tea with the crystals and tapiocas. And both were amazing. There is so much flavour in each drink. You won’t regret it.

When I first started coming here the tea flavour was really strong. As of recently, it tastes a bit more watered down now. This became my favourite bubble tea place at first because of how good the milk tea tasted.

I've gotten drinks from this location on multiple occasions, and the drinks have consistently been tasty. The staff is friendly and the store is clean. The only negative comment I have is that there aren't many non-caffeinated options, and the street parking is terrible.

Best drink store in the area hands down. Fast service, super friendly people, delicious drinks, reasonable price. Definitely my number one go to place for bubble tea.

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. I had the mango storm drink. The drink was not to my taste as it had a "candy" flavouring taste. Atmosphere of the shop and the location is nice. I will come here to try other drinks.

Visited just once, had 4 different drinks with the family, and every single one was so unique and flavourful. The high quality of the tea really stood out for each drink. Although this location is from from where we live, we'll make the drive out just for it!!

My go-to place for a deep tea flavoured bubble tea experience. Staff is great and your drinks are prepared quickly. They use an espresso style extraction to brew your tea which gives it a deeper flavor. If you like that style, this is definitely a spot that should be on your list.

COMEBUY is my favourite place for bubble tea now - our top choices are their Jasmine Jade Milk Tea (which comes with crystal boba) as well as their Passion Blast, imagine a better version of Chatime’s QQ Passionfruit. Their staff is always extremely friendly and also patient with everyone that walks in their doors. This is the place I bring all my friends to whenever we want to get bubble tea!
