Was given the recommendation to try this place and was pleasantly surprised! First and foremost, it's definitely on the higher of most bubble tea places and the price is reflective of that. I ordered the Passion fruit green tea with aloe and agar and was surprised to hear that the default order is unsweetened, as I normally order 0% everywhere I go. The tea was really delicious and the toppings were fresh in both their taste and texture. I also noticed that they serve their drinks shaken (?) which provided a very interesting additional layer of foam to the drink. Overall, their menu has a wide range of drinks and flavours that are not commonly found at other places, so I'm definitely hoping to come back and try something else! Edit: I went back and tried the pink salt cheese crema mulberry tea and loved it! Although it's a drink without customizable sugar/ice levels, it was definitely worth the try.

TP tea has a very rich flavour to their tea. Quality and taste is really good. I've tried a variety of their drinks and you can't really go wrong. My favourite is their mango pomelo drink. This time around got their 3Q. They've been out of certain toppings for a while so the experience isn't quite the same for some of the drinks. A bit of a premium price but one of the better bbt places. Would recommend to give it a try.

This bubble tea place is a bit of an oddball place, and if you're interested in trying it out, this is the place to go, you've already experienced every sort of tea house in town, they're the ones who usually have the best offerings from across the country, and then you get to go see them a little bit more, and they're all really very nice and well-looking, and you'd probably agree that they are worth a try. The coffee and tea from this place is a bit of a mix up, and is rather pricey, and the price is a bit higher than most tea places

The tea here is nice! The fruit is fresh when they put it into the drink too. Ordered the mango pomelo sago with tea jelly. Love that tea jelly! Something different that I haven’t had in other bbt places. Service was quick and they weren’t pushy to get the order out! Great job! Definitely returning! The location is tiny and thus you can only place to-go orders. The workers are efficient as the drinks came out in a timely manner. The 3Q TP Milk Tea is one of their classics and was not half bad. What made it unique was the three different toppings it contained: QQ Noodles, Coffee Jelly, and Tapioca. On a side note, I love the minimalistic designs of their cups.

Tried the 3Q TP Milk Tea and Mulberry Tea. The milk tea has strong roasted tea flavours and interesting textures from the 3 toppings. I think their coffee jelly could be stronger in flavour but otherwise very good. The Mulberry Tea is unique and tasty—its like a cranberry-grape hybrid with fresh berries in it. A bit of a more pricey option but the quality is excellent and service was fast and friendly

I feel like you can never go wrong with TP Tea! It’s one of my fav bbt spots and this location is always super quick! Pictured: pink salt cheese crema grapefruit tea// grapefruit iced tea with aloe

The new drinks are always terrible. Tried the watermelon iced tea with no sugar. I asked if it’s made with real watermelon. They said yes. All I tasted was some nasty watermelon syrup that was way too sweet. Stick with the classics and avoid their new seasonal drinks.

I ordered the same milk tea at two different TP tea locations and this location was absolutely disappointing. The milk tea tasted diluted and the tea flavour profile was barely noticeable. The quality control is extremely poor for a $10 bubble tea.

I enjoyed the 3Q drink! 50% sweetness was perfect for me. The tapioca, coffee jelly, and noodles were all great. I wish the tapioca were more sweet though, they didn’t have much taste. Would have been better if they were marinated in some brown sugar. Pricey for the drink, after tax $9 but I would still probably get it again

Yummy donuts but the drinks were a bit disappointing. The Mango pomelo was watered down and the Watermelon milk tea wasn't mixed very well... I could feel the milk tea powder in my mouth. Not my best experience from TP Tea.

The owner is so friendly and sweet. She explained to us one time about their teas and what makes their store different from others. To this day I really appreciate that conversation. It makes a huge difference. It makes me want to continue to support TP Tea over other bubble tea places. Thanks again!

This is one of my go-to spots for a late night bubble tea with friends. Their drinks are great (and there’s a large variety of milk teas, fruit teas, and other speciality drinks) and it has good seating availability to accommodate both small and large groups!

Been there few times, they are fast speed and one of the best bubble tea I have nearby. FYI they only accept visa and debit card.

We used to get TP tea more often since our favourite drink was the 3P milk tea but now they no longer have the sago in it and instead have these weird textured noodle things. We still like the milk tea though!

I got the pearl TieGuanYin tea latte last time and 3Q TP milk tea this time. They both tasted great! My son also ordered a strawberry drink and it had tea in there. The lady told me that she could change the tea to the milk for me coz it was for a kid. That was really nice of her to think more about customers.

My friend and I went to TP Tea for the first time and boy, did that Mango Pomelo Sage hit the spot. It might possibly be the best Mango Pomelo Sago I’ve had amongst other chains such as Coco’s or Chatime and other similar stores in the Commerce Gate Plaza as it’s reminiscent of the Chinese mango sago pudding but in a bit more liquid form. I’d recommend only getting 30% sugar because it’s already pretty sweet as it is. I didn’t get a picture of it but we also tried the TP Golden Milk Tea but the coffee jelly inside the drink just didn’t go well at all with the drink, hence only 4/5 stars. Keep in mind as well, the store is pretty small and there’s not a lot of space to wait so if there’s a line, you’ll have to order the drink and wait outside. If I’m ever looking for mango Pomelo Sago though, this is my go-to until something new surprises me! Immaculacy of vibes: ⭐️⭐️
