Always a treat. The teas are wonderful and the prices are reasonable. They have a 2 for $8.00 special which is great when you want to watch what you spend. Their specialty teas are awesome. They have a great selection of products.

Drinks are great but customer service is brutal. It's the end of the day and a few customers were ahead of us, I witnessed nothing but Angel being irritated with each customer, giving them snarky smart responses. She even yelled at a kid. I also got yelled at by her because I didn't take my receipt. Seriously? Okay, I needed my order #, but she didn't even end up calling it out. The boss lady seemed so much nicer. Visited on March 24 and yet another disappointment. This time to redeem my birthday drink. I showed the girl my phone with the email telling me to redeem my drink and she said she can't do it. I had to download the app. I explained that the app kept crashing when I use it and she asked me to come back tomorrow, when she clearly saw me holding my baby. Obviously I'm already here and it would be an inconvenience for me to JUST come back for my drink. There's no flexibility, no exceptions to be made. Said the tea lady wasn't there. Okay - I'm sure you make drinks for yourself while you work/take home, but you couldn't keep a happy customer. I'm done with Tenrens after this.

Bought the two for ten dollar drinks. No ice option NOT available. We were forced to have 75% ice. Even before the ice melted, the drink itself was very watered down with VERY little tea taste. We are very disappointed since Ten Ren was known to having high quality tea leaves. The service and attitude also was not good.

Customer service is absolutely brutal here. The older lady at cash is the worst one out of them all. There were no customers in line or waiting for a drink, but it still took 15 minutes for my single order drink to come out.. What’s the point of having more workers than customers at all times. Please beware of the older lady who works here, will ruin your perception of Ten Ren.

Nice select of drinks one can buy. They have teas for sale as well as loose leaves. The drinks were tasty though a little costly

There is no taste in our drink. We order Taro coconut milk but it only taste like coconut milk with water. Will never be back

This Ten Ren's location is the best Ten Ren's. The staff is always polite and helpful. Their drinks are always sp flavorful. We got the Lychee, Mango milk, Taro coconut black and the Pina Coloada. All were so tasty.

The girl opened today got bare attitudes. No greetings, just standing at the cash register. I told her my order and she goes, “oh we don’t have any teas yet. We just opened.” So they didn’t prepare teas early for opening and still got the audacity to give people attitude amazes me.

One star is still probably too much for this shop. That Asian mandarin speaking Karen with the ugly false eyelashes served customers with extremely poor service. Me and my girl friend went there for the ice tea and we forgot to get the straw. We tried to ask them for the straw and got refused. She said it’s for their customers. We got confused because we just bought it a minute ago. Management team, please, if someone begged for a job, they might be doing well in the interview. Once those people got hired, they started to act rude and failed to fulfill what they promised when they begged for the job. Just get them fire without paying them any compensation like most of the Asian companies. Let them go and make your business better in the future. All the best.

Older lady at cash was very rude, did not want my fiancé and I in the store because she said it would be to crowded BUT THE STORE WAS EMPTY . They have 4 PEOPLE working but me and my fiancé waiting inside the store is an issue??? And this isn’t a small location, when I asked the lady for the reason because I thought I miss heard her she said because she’s old& doesn’t want it to be crowded. She then continues to laugh and whisper with other associates who are not wearing their masks properly around her as well, if being maskless was the issue I wish she could of just said that instead of making up nonsense. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. The quality has also gotten worse over the years every time I got a slushi or smoothie it was so watery. They need better employees, who have proper training on how to communicate with customers instead of spewing nonsense. What a disappointment.

I ordered Hokkaido milk tea tug grass jelly specially requested less sweet. It tasted so sweet and the jelly is one big piece that I cannot eat through straw at all. I request échange and they refused
