Got invited to try their new grapefruit series! I really really liked the Grape Trupioca Slush with Mozza foam. Many different flavours and consistency especially that mesh very well together. cozy little bubble tea shop with a large menu and different daily specials. service is really friendly. I tried the honeydew jelly lush which was fresh and tasty.

The drinks are so refreshing and staff is so friendly. Highly recommend the lychee dragonfruit, you can taste tiny bites of real fruits at the bottom of the drink. Would definitely come back again!!

The staff was very nice but my friends and I waited way too long for our drinks. I personally felt that some of the drinks weren’t the best combinations such as the Matcha strawberry drink. But if you like innovative drinks definitely give this place a shot!

Honestly amazing bubble tea place. The drinks were all made from fresh ingredients, no powder, and were really delicious. Staff is friendly too. It's worth to wait a bit longer to have your drinks to get ready when it's made from fresh ingredients.

We got their Honeydew Slush w/ Mozza Foam and Creme de la Creme. The Honeydew Slush was like Melona in a cup, it came with fresh Honeydew, Konjac Vegan Jelly topped with Cheese Foam, the Konjac Jelly was so chewy, refreshing, Honeydew Slush was delicious, and the Cheese Foam added the right amount of creamy-ness to it! Creme de la Creme had Cake Cream mixed with their signature Bubble Tea, it was so creamy, RICH, definitely something we have never had, and it tasted absolutely amazing

So excited that TRU Tea has a new Markham location! If you're looking for a bubble tea spot with drinks made with real fruits and unique toppings, be sure to check them out! I tried the Lychee Dragon Fruit Miracle and the presentation of the drink is so pretty with pink and orange colours and real lychee and dragon fruit bits in it! I also tried the Coconut Mango w/ Soy Pudding - such a unique topping! In addition to drinks, they've also got a pudding series! I got the Oreo Cake Creme Milk Tea Pudding which was so smooth and the milk tea flavour was quite strong too!

Tru Tea just opened up beside HSBC, in the space formerly occupied by Chun Yang Tea. There have a small amount of seating towards the rear of the store. Staff were friendly and helpful with deciphering menu options. Like other bubble tea establishments, there are options to customize ice and sugar levels. We purchased best selling drinks Mango Trupioca and Lychee Dragonfruit Miracle. I enjoyed the fruit-forward flavours and freshness of these drinks. The mango drink contains crystal boba which I have preferred lately as a chewy, lower calorie alternative to tapioca in my bubble tea. This location of Tru Tea is currently in their soft opening week, and are offering a buy one, get one special.

New store opened! Staff was super nice and helpful in helping me decide what I wanted out of their huge menu. Lots of other tea places around but Tru is my favorite!

The drinks were amazing and luckily when I went there was no one there so there was no wait. It's a bit pricey so I probably won't be coming back too often, but definitely worth a try

Highly recommend giving Tru Tea a try. I have been coming here at least once a month for the past year to try a different drink or as part on Ono poke bars meal+drink special. The customer service is consistently very high. The people working here are very kind and professional. Major reason why I keep coming back to see some friendly faces. The drinks are also very tasty and there is a nice variety. I also enjoy trying the various and changing snacks/candies they have for purchase at the front.

Good place. I used to come here a lot with my friends afterschool, as they give student discount of 10%. It's a bit pricey and some of the drinks are hit or miss--I'm not a big fan of their tapioca, but some of them are stunning. My personal favourite is the soy pudding mango drink!

Trú Tea is one of the BBT spots I like coming to, though I usually visit the Yonge/Sheppard location. Ordered the limited time offer: pearl jasmine coconut with less sugar, no ice. It comes with water chestnut boba and only costs $3.95+tax. With the less sugar, the drink was pretty sour. The coconut water wasn't sweet, but the water chestnut boba was, which helped balance the flavour. I liked it, I'll remake it at home. I won't rebuy it. If I could buy the boba in bulk I would!!! Service was good, to the point, helpful. Not outstanding or memorable. There's limited seating inside: 2 2-person tables, 2-3 high chairs by the ordering counter. I made my visit at ~2pm Saturday. There was only 1 couple ahead of me, 2 people dining inside. Overall, I would recommend this spot as a reliable place for BBT.
