Palgong Tea is a Korean bubble tea chain which has just opened up shop in Metro Square. I really like how they have a strong focus on the ideal tea brewing temperature and bringing out the tea flavours in their bubble tea. Palgong offers one of the best coffee milk teas of those I’ve tried. I also enjoy their taro and their original milk teas. I ordered a houjicha milk tea which was delicious and had a pronounced houjicha tea flavor. The staff were friendly and although they were still in their soft opening, were quick to complete my order. Palgong also offers a number of delicious sweet treats including love me sweet cheesecake, the social blend Macarons, and Filipino Silvanas.

Ordered "mango earl grey tea", both me and boyfriend thinks there wasn't much earl grey tea taste, tapioca was very hard, not much mango flavor either. The liquid tasted good, like winter melon drink taste however not mango nor earl grey. There were some small pieces at the bottom along with tapioca, not sure what it is, its white and soft. Service is good and clean interior. Probably won't try that drink again though

I ordered 2 cups of jasmine milk tea through uber. They taste like plastic. I and my friend couldn’t take a sip of it and we threw it away. Tabioca looks like it's been left for a long time and it's very soft

This was my first time trying this place. We ordered 2 Taro milk teas with no ice and 50% sugar and 2 Original milk teas. The size of the large cup seems a bit bigger than other stores which was decent but my taro milk tea was so sweet I could barely drink it. I filled half the cup with white milk and it was still way too sweet. The tapioca was also quite hard and definitely not as good as some other places.

Visited for the first time and loved this place. We were greeted and the server had good knowledge about different flavors. I usually love mint but never tried mint in my tea, tried it after consulting with the server. Mint milk tea turned out delicious, it was sooo good. Another one was Mango tea, and that was delicious too. 10/10 would recommend this place.

Very nice place with refreshing and delicious drinks. Definitely will go there again. Plus I like that they host some K-pop up events.

This has to be one of my favourite bubble tea branches! The space inside was a bit tight however the service, the display and the staff were amazing!

The store was tiny but very brightly lit and welcoming. They had a banner of their popular menu on the side which made it easier for a first timer like me to decide my order. I tried the Black Sesame Milk Tea and it tasted SO MUCH like Black Sesame, I was pleasantly surprised. So good! Also tried their Strawberry Cheesecake Milk Tea and it tasted like I was eating a Strawberry Cheesecake -- how do they get their flavours so on point? I'm not a fan of their tapioca though but I would come back to try other flavours :)

Palgong Tea here in Markham always puts on the most fun Kpop events with great decorations and drink selections. The workers are always kind and helpful and put so much effort into the events that are being held. Will always come back for the Mint Chocolate Milk Tea!!

Their straw size is too narrow to comfortably consume drinks with tapioca. Actually getting anything up the straw is a feat of exertion on the jaw. Drinks are good aside from the topping issue. Also they frequently have cupsleeve events but never order enough supplies, I've attended four or five at this point and they are always out of stock of something by Saturday of their multi-day weekend long events. The last time we went, they asked if we were interested in the cupsleeve event and we said yes. We were then told that to get the cupsleeve we needed to buy a large size drink, and for a lomo card we needed to get toppings. It wasn't until after we ordered and paid for the more expensive drink that we were informed they were sold out of half of the cupsleeves and cards that were advertised as being available directly in front of the cash register. It's not a huge deal as the difference is literally less than $2 between the upgraded drink and regular, but it feels extremely misleading on principal to withhold that information until after we had already paid with the understanding that we were going to get a specific add on.

Came here and there was a 2 for 1 promotion. The location's address was listed and I asked the girl if this was the location. She mentioned that her manager said that they weren't honouring the promotion despite their address being listed as one the locations participating. Asked for light ice in a beverage yet there was none at all in one of our drinks. Taste was relatively bleak.

Cool and re-freshing for a very hot day. We had cotton candy and mint chocolate milk tea.

I ordered lychee soda and maple milk tea, and the clerk took out the opened canada dry soda from the refrigerator to blend. Milk tea is similar to that kind of milk non-dairy creamer (not the real milk tea) and the taste is very strange.

First time trying a strawberry yogurt and first time at Palgong Tea. Forgot to take a picture before I drank it all. Lol The drink is tasty but the ice bits are too big in the drink. Would go back to try other drinks. The one staff that was there is friendly and helpful answering the questions I had about the drinks since I was unfamiliar with any of them.

Small store (no seating in the store) but the vibes are great and the service is friendly! I went for their August KPOP event and it was nice, though they were out of photo cards by the 2nd out of 3rd day! They had a lot of variety though and it was the perfect treat for a hot day!
