Not a good experience, we walked in told their busy when half the tables were empty and 3-4 chiefs standing watching us ! We were seated not asked if we wanted a drink, then ignored and eventually the menu arrived in French, we asked the waitress for help just said cod all comes with sauces and just walks off without explaining anything. So we got up and walked out. Clearly our money is not good enough. We found a lovely place not far, warmer and staff friendlier.

I was very happy to discover there was a michelin star restaurant in wimereux. Most people stop here for lunch before heading back to folkestone on the eurotunnel. Excellent window table and lovely friendly staff started things off well and a good selection of menus degustacion and a la carte too. We opted for the gourmande 6 course tasting menu but no pairing as the wine list was pretty good. Sadly the food throughout was a strange mix of bland to overly seasoned and the goats cheese 5 ways was just not nice. Dessert and second course of halibut with squash were excellent but the rest was sadly below par for a restaurant of michelin calibre. Such a shame as we were really looking forward to it. I doubt we will return

Magnificent view with excellent service. The wine list offers a great selection of wines with some iconic labels. Food is 1⭐️ with classic style. Super friendly and attentive staff. A bit pricey for countryside restaurant but 1⭐️ With this view is unique on that coast line.

We have been to several 1-star Michelin restaurants, La Liégeoise is now our favorite one! Great good, great service, great view, everything was perfect. We'll definitely come back.

Proper Restaurant de Posh! A few slightly out-there experimental dishes - strawberries with rocket mousse(!) But overall a delicious, theatrical dining experience

I'm not entirely sure how this place got a star, but they manage to possess, impressively, both the worst food I've eaten and the worst service I've had in any restaurant mentioned in the Michelin guide. One to avoid hard.

Amazing menu... To be closed with some very average coffee. How is it possible that every single detail about the wine can be shared, whilst coffee has even more sophistication, and all that can be said is 'arabica'. That is the equivalent of saying the wine is from grapes

Great value Michelin Star tasting menu! Service was a bit slow (they need more staff) but the food and paired wines were absolutely divine. Flavours matched were perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed every single course.

Our best moment in wimereux. We spend a lovely lunch with a precise preparation on the plate added with a nice blend on the wine, just maybe we would like discover more young nice winemaker in organic and biodynamic. For finish, the accept our baby on the restaurant and you were very friendly with her. Thanks a lot

It was July when we visited this gem fine dining in a sleepy seaside town of north France. We made a Virgin drive from UK to the continental Europe as my partner just got his new car, we stopped by here during our weekend short break. It was one of my most memorable dinners so far - with creative serving decorations and presentations using local stones and ingredients like seaweed butter on the rock which were delightful in our eyes and delicious and delicate in our tongues. We enjoyed cold Chablis matched perfectly with our fish plate. The waiter was professional and efficient.

Staff serve food and drink with care and style. Guests are treated with respect. Menu was varied and suited many tastes. Food treated with a lot of care and thoughtful creativity but not excessively.
