Wanted to book for New Year’s Eve, and I called to make a reservation. They told me I had to pay in advance, which was fine for me. However, I asked whether it was possible to pay via PayPal and to get a vegetarian menu for one of the guests. They told me it was fine, and that they’d get back to me. They didn’t , and even though I followed up with two calls, my reservation was cancelled with an automatic message , making me waste two weeks. I’d urge the restaurant to just say no from the start so that people don’t waste any time.

The food was below average for the price you pay. The pasta was overcooked, the lamb sauce was way too salty. I ordered virgin mojito (I absolutely do not drink alcohol) the waiter brought me regular mojito, I asked him to check because I felt the taste was bit weird he denied at first then took the drinks and brought new one without saying anything. What bothers me that he didn’t apologize at first he waited for me to find out that the drink was different. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend if you are looking for great food experience. The food looks good but the taste is below average.

I have had my birthday dinner at this restaurant with my partner. It was the most romantic and beautiful place to spend time together. The food was excellent and the staff were very nice too. Cannot wait to get back here. Must be one of the most beautiful restaurants I have been too.

The perfect location in the very centre of Marrakesh, this cozy restaurant is the best you can find. The lights, the design and the food are just perfect. Excellent service with staff friendly and super kind. Strongly recommended.

the worst restaurant experience in my life! Do not waste your money here, terrible food and too expensive for what it is. But the worst is not that, it is the bad treatment of the employees, especially the manager. a pretty rude girl who serves a wrong dish, and when you tell her that's not what you ordered, she insults you and throws things on the table. It was quite an awkward moment, the girl is moody, and she treats people badly. Look for better places, this one is not worth it

Not sure where to start. But the one thing that stood out for us more than anything was the smoking within the premises. A group next to us starting puffing away without regard for anyone and when we asked the owner to move us to a non-smoking area he seemed to be making fun of us in French with the 'perpetrators' rather than addressing the issue. 10 minutes later they found us another table that was basically 2 meters away from that group. Who continued smoking unimpeded. We should have left by this point, but we had ordered drinks so decided to soldier on. The food was well below par, the octopus was so overcooked it had become mushy. The salmon was the opposite, completely raw on the inside. When I pointed this out I was told "this was a French kitchen and as such this is how they do it", if this is how they do it then I take it back but having had similar dishes in the past, for me it was unacceptable. The owner did ask to take it back and cooked it more but given the manner in which he dealt with things, we just wanted to get out of there ASAP. This is not a place I would want to visit again.

Cozy atmosphere and great food, it was a really good choice during our stay in Marrakech. Also the staff are so friendly and educated, I’d come back again.

It was my first time there without reservation I was alone a Sunday but Aladdin the waiter and all staff makes me enjoy it and dishes are good and delicious special thanks to the lady and Aladdin and the door man I recommend for sure

Very nice restaurant, quality cocktails and dishes in a cosy atmosphere. The staff does a good job but they seem to be constantly under scrutiny so interactions are sometimes a little awkward. Might be related to language barrier but it'd definitely be a 5 stars if the staff could be a little more relaxed. Recommended.

Popped in for a drink because the restaurant we were headed for hadn’t opened yet. Stayed all evening the food was excellent as was the conviviality and service. One of our best nights in town. Highly recommended!

I will start my review by sincerely and wholeheartedly apologizing to this place because I had my days and places mixed up and I thought we went there when in fact we went to another place which was horrendous. This, La Palette, was spectacular! We absolutely loved it. The place itself is very cool, the music, the decor, the ambiance, everything was great. The food was amazing, the drinks were super good, and the service was excellent! We had a fantastic time and fully recommend it to everyone. Again, apologies for my previous mistake, and thanks for a wonderful evening when we were there!

My favourite restaurant in Marrakech. Period. The food is delicious. The atmosphere is amazing. The owners are fantastic. Lauren Hill playing in the background. What more could you want? Oh did I forget to mention, the octopus is absolutely delicious. Truly a gem of a place.

We went here for dinner in July 2022 and the food was absolutely amazing (try the lamb!) and more French than local. The service was impeccable and we really liked the cool interior and ambience. Highly recommend!

Everything was par excellent! Service, wine selections, they have a bar too! I had the risotto, but instead of arbol rice they used tiny elbow macaroni. The consistency and flavor were there but I wish they would have used the rice. I had lemon sorbet and that was a delicious end to a food meal.

Nice atmosphere and ambiance, lovely host and excellent server. However the food was not top notch as I was expected from #3 on TripAdvisor I order the tempura shrimp salad, the sauce was bland and the shrimps under seasoned and too much lettuce which was not tasting good. Then for main dish I ordered the lamb shank on mash potato with gravy on the side which was so so.

Great food, great service, funky decor. A real pleasure to find such a chilled spot for lunch in Gueliz. Well worth the trip outside the Medina!
