Extremely poor quality food. Everything was cold. This despite a long wait which I expected was for preparing the food fresh …. But the burgers and the fries. A disgrace to the Burger King brand. £12 for a meal grossly substandard. Also worth mentioning is that the milkshake is only 70% full.

The fact that how inexpensive the Burger King is does not make up for the taste. The pattie in my Tripple Whopper was burnt to a crisp, and tasted terrible, my girlfriend had a cheese burger which had no taste. Don't believe the reviews, they go around asking for your phone to leave a review on their own restaurant. Not up to Burger King standards.

This is the third time they charged me more for a kids menu, than it's written. The price should be 29 dirhams - the same price as in El Jadida or Casablanca -and when you pay, the charge 35 dirham. The second and third time I asked what's that?!?! They said: 1. It's an old price And when you don't accept it 2. They don't have small fries I told them, they have to tell their reasons aka lies before and I want my money back. I got it back with a little fight Then the kids menu come withe the smallest fries you ever seen, that the called "medium" and of course no icecream as a "present".... I saw that they did the same to a family of 4. But the weren't informed, because they didn't check their payment. I made this time the attached fotos.

We wanted to order chicken burgers, but there weren’t any chicken patties, so we decided to order Rodeo Burgers. And then when we got served, there weren’t any onion rings in it, and they didn’t even tell us before that they ran out of it. The Big King burger was also a disappointment, unappetizing, beef patty burnt and tastless. Worst Burger King experience ever.

i really enjoyed my experience at burger king Menara Mall the food was good I tried the new menu it was satisfying the service was fast and professional my kids enjoyed their time at the kids area in total it was a good experience to re do it again inchallah.

It was a terrible experience. They've had a very limited supply of products, so we couldn't choose what we wanted. The size of the burgers was dissapointing, as well as their content. I've ordered a King Box, which wasn't King at all. It was a scam as it contained way fewer stuff, than I anticipated based on the size of the box.

Excellent. Great tasting burgers with the original grilled patties you expect from BK burgers. We tried King Gourmet Lux whopper burger which was tasty and huge ! Sides were great too. Potato wedges are crispy, cheesy fries have fried onion on top which is tasty and the curly fries were fabulous. Drinks did not taste watered down and true to flavour with maximum fizz which was rare in most of the fast food joints in Marrakech. Seating outside the restaurant in the mall is great too and feels cooler than the restaurant itself.

Go to delight. Usually very very very busy towards closing time. Otherwise, very nice, although hard that it only opens at 11am

Food and ambiance is awesome. But the play area is broken and closed

We got coupons for 2 big king burger and chicken big 20 dirhams each (original prices over 40), but the girl charged us 60. She refunded me 20 dirhams but at the end all we got was 2 small burger and chickenburger that arent even worth 40 dirhams. Unpleasant service, I will not visit this place again.
